World’s End: My Keyword is One More Than Others
Chapter 606: The most clumsy way of revenge

"Born with it," Du Ge replied casually.

Janice pouted, clearly thinking he was stealing her thunder.

"Hmph, no gods could be born in a wasteland," Kaska glanced at Du Ge, reaching out to gesture as the hatch Du Ge had tossed aside floated up and moved to seal the gaping hole in the spaceship.

Watching Kaska's maneuver, Du Ge smiled slightly as a ball of Dark God power appeared out of nowhere, stopping the falling hatch.

He wielded the Dark God power effortlessly, without any unnecessary movements.

The snapping of fingers was merely to let others know he was behind it. Kaska needed auxiliary actions to move things from a distance, clearly showing Du Ge's superior mastery of power.

"Kou Nan, what are you doing?" Kaska asked angrily, "Let me seal the spaceship, it might delay the Zorn God Clan's arrival. Continuing to let the Seed of Humanity's signal spread will doom us all."

"No, it'll only doom you," Du Ge looked at Kaska with a smile, shaking his head, "I never stole the Seed of Humanity from the Zorn God Clan."

"How did you know I stole the Seed of Humanity?" Kaska was shocked.

"..." Janice rolled her eyes at him, speechless.

"Not only do I know you stole the Seed of Humanity, but I also know the Zorn God Clan discovered you, chased you for a long time, and you barely escaped, eventually crash-landing on the emperor star," Du Ge said confidently.

"You read the logs on the Starfall?" Kaska's face darkened, "Do you know that reading logs from a private spaceship without permission is considered an invasion of privacy?"

Is this guy really that dumb, or just pretending?

Du Ge shook his head inwardly and said, "Infringing on the privacy of the living might be unethical, but not the dead."

"I said private, not dead," Kaska corrected, "You despicable person invading others' privacy."

Alright!

This one is truly clueless, never understanding the crux of the matter!

Kaska's behavior reminded Du Ge of those guys from the Guardians of the Galaxy, relying purely on luck to survive...

Du Ge chuckled, "Kaska, maybe if I speak plainly, you'll understand what I mean. The Seed of Humanity's signal has already been sent out, the Zorn God Clan will arrive soon, and when they do, you'll be a dead man. No one cares about a dead man's privacy, right?"

"..." Kaska was stunned for a moment, then cursed, "Damn bastard, are you mocking me?"

"Kaska, I'm not mocking you. Facing difficulties alone can be terrifying, but it's different when others help you," Du Ge looked at Kaska sincerely, "Why not tell me about your grudge with the Zorn God Clan, and the origin and purpose of the Seed of Humanity? Maybe we can help you."

"Not helping me, helping everyone. The Zorn God Clan won't allow inferior beings to use the Seed of Humanity," Kaska said, "You'd better let me seal the hatch now."

Du Ge shrugged and withdrew the Dark God power.

Kaska glared at him and resealed the hole with the hatch.

Then his eyes emitted a scorching beam, carefully welding along the seam Du Ge had cut.

After finishing everything, he sighed worriedly, "I hope the signal wasn't picked up by the Zorn God Clan!"

Du Ge waved his hand, and streams of water shot from the sea to the shore, forming tables and chairs as if 3D printed.

Finally, the water-made tables and chairs froze, fixed beautifully on the beach.

Du Ge took out a bottle of fine wine from the dark space and casually crafted some ice cups, inviting with a smile, "Kaska, why not sit down for a drink, we can talk as we drink."

Du Ge's mastery over various divine powers was superb.

In the eyes of ordinary people, he was practically a true deity.

If only the Sun God power's teleportation didn't require flashy effects, he could easily draw a circle in the air like Doctor Strange and step through to another place.

Kaska watched Du Ge's flashy display seriously, hesitated for a moment, then jumped down from the craft and sat on an ice chair.

Janice also sat down. She could also manipulate the Power of Poseidon to create various ice sculptures, but she couldn't manage storage space or teleportation. Her abilities were inferior to Du Ge's, which is why she was eager to improve her strength through dual cultivation.

Du Ge snapped his fingers, and the wine leaped from the bottle into the cups, its faint aroma spreading in the air.

The ice cups floated, one flying to Janice, another to Kaska.

Both reached out to catch them.

Du Ge raised his glass, smiling, "Kaska, to celebrate our first meeting, you're the first alien friend I've made."

Du Ge drank it all in one go, familiar with quickly building relationships with any personality type.

For someone like Kaska, skipping formalities and directly becoming friends was the way to go.

"You know my enemy is the Zorn God Clan, yet you're still willing to be friends with me?" Kaska asked, holding his glass and looking at Du Ge.

"..." Janice's brow twitched, silently lowering her head, seriously suspecting Kaska had injured his brain while stealing the Seed of Humanity.

"Of course," Du Ge poured himself another glass, "I don't know the Zorn God Clan, but if they forced someone as straightforward and honest as you to take such a risk and steal their Seed of Humanity, they must be no good."

"That's right, not a single good person in the Zorn God Clan," Kaska's grip on the glass tightened, shattering the ice cup instantly, spilling wine everywhere.

Then, he stared blankly at the shattered glass, a tear suddenly rolling down his cheek.

Du Ge and Janice exchanged a glance, then looked back at Kaska, "Kaska, my friend, though I don't know what you've been through, sharing your pain will halve it. I'm willing to bear your pain."

His hand gently passed over the shattered glass.

The scattered ice crystals reassembled, restoring the beautiful glass, and even the spilled wine returned to the cup.

This was a simple psychological suggestion, restoring broken things symbolizing rebirth, instantly soothing a restless mind and eliminating the guilt of destroying something beautiful.

Kaska was Du Ge's only chance to understand the universe, and he couldn't let this opportunity slip.

Even if Kaska was a master of disguise, pretending to be wise and foolish, Du Ge accepted it; wrong information was better than none.

Kaska looked at the restored glass in his hand, his mood much calmer. He drank the wine in one gulp before saying, "The Zorn God Clan slaughtered my race."

"Slaughtered?" Du Ge was stunned.

"Yes, slaughtered, just because our planet had the universe's most precious Aoura metal. We refused to submit to the Zorn God King's rule and become their mining slaves, so he sent an army to destroy our planet and seize it."

Kaska's eyes glowed with hatred, "In the end, only one mothership escaped, with less than three hundred people. To avenge our people, the imperial teacher planned to steal the Seed of Humanity. Then, everyone else died, leaving only me."

He looked at Du Ge, his voice suddenly rising, "So, do you know how foolish it was to bring the Zorn God Clan here? My planet's people died in vain, and you'll doom everyone on this planet too."

Du Ge poured Kaska another glass of wine and asked, "Kaska, what exactly is the Seed of Humanity?"

"The Seed of Humanity is the Zorn God Clan's artifact, the source of their power and the foundation of their legacy," Kaska said, "It created the powerful Zorn God Clan. Without it, they can't continue. If all current Zorn God Clan members die, the powerful Zorn God Clan will vanish from the universe."

Is that your way of revenge?

Waiting for your enemies to die of old age?

Du Ge silently mocked in his heart and continued to ask, "So, the Seed of Humanity's function is to create god clans, by altering genes?"

"Precisely, the Seed of Humanity grants the Zorn God Clan divine power," Kaska said, "I sealed the Seed of Humanity in the spaceship, isolating its signal. But its energy still allowed many on the emperor star to evolve divine powers."

Du Ge looked at Janice, whose eyes sparkled with excitement, clearly harboring thoughts about the so-called Seed of Humanity.

Kaska seemed to see through their thoughts and warned, "Don't get any ideas about the Seed of Humanity. If you take it out, the Zorn God Clan will immediately detect it and track it down.

If that happens, all my people's efforts will be in vain, and they will slaughter everyone on the emperor star affected by the Seed of Humanity. They won't allow inferior beings to defile their artifact."

"Kaska, so, to avenge your people, you doomed another civilization," Du Ge looked at Kaska with pity and suddenly sighed.

"I didn't," Kaska said, "If the Seed of Humanity is hidden well, and the Zorn God Clan perishes, the people of this planet will be safe forever. If anyone dooms this planet, it's you, for damaging my spaceship."

"What does it have to do with me? I didn't know the Seed of Humanity was on the ship!" Du Ge snorted discontentedly, "I was just investigating the origin of mutants.

If you had taken the Seed of Humanity and plunged into a black hole, none of this would have happened. The Zorn God Clan might never have found their artifact, but you brought the Seed of Humanity to the emperor star, clearly hoping for a fluke."

"I..." Kaska opened his mouth, muttering, "Yes, why didn't I take the Seed of Humanity into a black hole?"

"Kaska, let me ask you, how long do the Zorn God Clan members live?" Du Ge continued.

"The average lifespan is probably over five thousand years!" Kaska replied.

"Yes, over five thousand years. It's only been thirty years since you stole the Seed of Humanity, and an accident has already occurred. There are still over four thousand years left. How can you ensure that in the next four thousand years, the Seed of Humanity will never be discovered?"

Du Ge's speech quickened, "There will always be powerful mutants on the emperor star exploring this world. Kaska, from the moment you brought the Seed of Humanity to the emperor star, you were destined to fail in avenging your people."

"Was I wrong?" Kaska was tearful, "But this place is already a wasteland, no advanced civilization has ever set foot here."

"Kaska, not only you, but your plan was flawed from the start," Du Ge sighed, "No race has ever avenged themselves by waiting for their enemies to die of old age.

You never considered if the Zorn God Clan might find another way to continue their race. Five thousand years is enough for them to do many things.

Only by killing them all, letting them die in agony, can you truly avenge your people."

"But the Zorn God Clan is very powerful, they possess various divine powers, and my planet only has me left. They often mocked me for being slow-witted," Kaska held his head in pain, "I used to think they were joking, but now it seems I really am foolish...

You're right, I should have taken the Seed of Humanity into a black hole, then they'd never have a chance to reclaim it."

Sigh!

Janice suddenly sighed, looking up at the sea, as if recalling the fate of her homeland. When her planet encountered Pan-Universal Entertainment, weren't they just as helpless and desperate as Kaska?

"Kaska, we still have a chance," Du Ge looked at Kaska with compassion, "Are there civilizations stronger than the Zorn God Clan in the universe?"

"There's the Rad God Clan," Kaska said, "They're equally powerful, but they remain neutral in the universe and won't help us against the Zorn God Clan!"

"Anyone else?" Du Ge continued to ask.

"Maybe the Celestial God Clan," Kaska said, "It's said they created the entire universe, but no one has ever seen them."

Neutral Rad God Clan!

The Celestial God Clan that created the universe!

Alright!

This universe is truly vast...

Du Ge sighed, but his heart was filled with excitement. The stronger the universe, the more hope there was to break free from Pan-Universal Entertainment!

The influence of a saint from the last Alien Star Battlefield was limited to one planet; their power was still too weak!

"Are there any other civilizations?" Du Ge continued to inquire.

"The Giant Clan is also strong, but probably weaker than the Zorn God Clan," Kaska thought for a moment, "I don't know about others.

After all, our planet is only a level-three civilization, and much information is hidden from us. I learned these things while working as a space ranger, from other places."

From Kaska's words, Du Ge inferred that the Zorn God Clan was likely among the top civilizations in the universe.

Perhaps delaying Kaska from sealing the spaceship really stirred up trouble!

But Du Ge didn't regret it. Given another chance, he would still break open the spaceship, because he would eventually need to engage with external civilizations.

The sooner, the better!

After a pause, Du Ge asked, "Kaska, do you think I'm stronger than the Zorn God Clan?"

"I haven't fought you, so I don't know how strong you are," Kaska looked at Du Ge seriously, "If your power only allows you to raise waves a few hundred meters high, you can't even defeat an ordinary Zorn God Clan warrior..."

"Can you defeat an ordinary Zorn God Clan warrior?" Du Ge asked.

"I can take on ten," Kaska replied, "The Barad Warriors have the strongest bodies in the universe, and I'm the strongest warrior on our planet..."
