Chapter 1158 - 1158: Looks from all over

When Deng Tong left the room, he didn't waste any time heading to a certain place inside of the Deng Family Manor.

This was a place that was only accessible by those that were in the Deng Family.

At the same time, this was a place where there were many people that were moving around. All of these people were the servants of the Deng Family and it seemed like they were carrying one thing or another.

All of them seemed like they had been ordered to do something.

They were all busy to the point where none of them seemed to notice that Deng Tong was here. They just walked past him as they continued doing what they had to do.

Deng Tong didn't care as he headed into a certain room.

"No, not that cloth. I dislike that colour, it's the colour that woman likes."

"Get me that ornament. I want to use that one."

"Get out of my sight with that handkerchief. If you dare bring that back, I'll break your legs."

There was this shrill voice that kept coming from inside of the room as well as servants of the Deng Family running back and forth.

This room was a special place.

This room was the place where the bride was getting ready.

The bride of today's wedding was the daughter of the third elder of the Deng Family, Deng You. At the same time, she was the third person that was on the report, listed as one of the perpetrators that had gone against Mu Bao Bao's parents.

Deng Tong walked past all of the servants and entered the room where Deng You was without hesitation. Then before anyone could even react, he suddenly said, "Everyone get out right now."

All of the servants were caught off guard when they heard this, but they didn't leave right away.

Deng You looked confused at first, but then a look of understanding slowly appeared on her face. She couldn't help revealing a confused look again even though she understood what Deng Tong meant by this.

"Why would she come here?" Deng You slowly asked.

Deng Tong shook his head before saying, "That's not the worst part of it all. The worst part is who she's with."

"Who?" Deng You said while slightly knitting her brows.

She had been focused on preparing for her wedding, so she hadn't heard anything about the guests that had arrived.

But the moment that she heard who…

"How?" That was the only thing that Deng You could say.

With a shake of his head, Deng Tong said, "I don't know. I really can't imagine how she had even managed to approach someone like that."

"Then is there any way to deal with her?" Deng You said with a cold glow in her eyes.

Deng Tong seemed like he was thinking about it, but eventually he shook his head again as he said, "No, if we were to do anything, then it would mean offending the Junior Sovereign. If we offend the Junior Sovereign, there's no telling what will happen to the Deng Family. In the end, we'll be the ones that lose our positions."

There were grim looks that were on the faces of Deng Tong and Deng You after he said this.

After all, the two of them recognized that what he said was the truth.
