Chapter 620: Chapter 620 Leaving

Li Feng watched his father-in-law drive away with Wang Jin’er, then turned his head to look at Li Mingrui beside him. Li Mingrui turned his head and glanced at Li Feng.

"I can only help you this much," Li Mingrui said. "Whether you can marry a woman from the Wang Family depends on your abilities!"

Li Mingrui patted Li Feng on the shoulder.

"The aftermath at the Marriott Club needs to be dealt with quickly."

Wen Tong, who had now "opened her eyes," realized this young master had a remarkable background. She thought he must often appear on TV, which would explain his obvious confidence.

Li Feng watched his father and Uncle Li leave, thinking that this step-father must be deliberately making things difficult for him, giving him a deadline of one month.

His father-in-law had returned to Sea City, likely to spread the news right away. The Wang Family’s daughter really had no lack of suitors. It seemed he was going to be busy for the next month.

"Do you have a car?"

Wen Tong nodded repeatedly: "Yes, Young Master Li, what kind of car would you like?"

"A car that can drive."

Wen Tong quickly took off her car key: "Young Master Li, if you don’t mind, you can drive mine first. It’s a 911, a bit battered, but still functional."

Li Feng took the car key, walked towards the luxury car, opened the door and sat inside. He thought of something and waved to Wen Tong.

Wen Tong hurried up: "Young Master Li, any other instructions?"

"That batch of antiquities, you can represent me and donate them."

"Ah!"

Wen Tong looked at Li Feng in surprise: "Young Master Li, those antiquities are very valuable. I’ve had a rough look; they’re worth at least tens of billions, not even considering the Lan Country Queen."

"If they were auctioned, the price could be twice as high," Wen Tong, who was clear about the antiques business, added. His double-pupiled purple irises weren’t for show. With his training, Wen Tong’s eyes were sharp, capable of discerning the true worth of items at a glance.

The batch of antiquities from Li Feng included many national treasures. If they were sent to an international auction, it wouldn’t be hard to fetch a sky-high price of over a hundred million Federation Coins each. With the right moves and no rush to liquidate, they could bring in a considerable sum.

"Donate them."

"Also, keep a good watch over the items I’m donating. If someone steals and sells them, don’t blame me for being impolite."

Li Feng delivered this warning, then shut the car door and drove away.

Wen Tong stood there, smacking her lips. It’s tough to compare with others; it can really kill you, she thought. The people she followed before, like Ye Haolong, would stop at nothing for profit and would greedily snatch any valuable find.

But this guy just nonchalantly donated antiquities worth tens of billions.

Li Feng drove straight back to the Marriott Club, ordered the release of Ye Haolong and the others, and did the same for the private guards of the top ten families.

After these groups had left, Li Feng handed over Jin City’s business operations to An Xi and headed to Tengyun Manor.

Over the next two days, Li Feng, through Zhang Chang, directly handled most of the Century Group’s businesses, leaving only parts that were unprofitable and unwanted, like Century Heavy Industry, Century Steel, and Century Shipbuilding.

"An Xi, I’m leaving this side to you."

"Boss, with me here, you can rest assured. By the time you come back to Jin City, I promise we will have established our footing here."

"Don’t overdo it."

Li Feng ruffled An Xi’s hair, confident in her abilities. The renown of the "witch" wasn’t just a front for tantrums.

"I’m leaving."

Li Feng spoke and suddenly turned, while a reluctant An Xi hugged him from behind: "Young Master, I’ll miss you."

"Jin City and Sea City are just a thousand kilometers apart," Li Feng reminded her. "It’s only a three to four-hour train ride; don’t make it out to be a life and death farewell."

An Xi pouted.

"Young Master, you really are no good at indulging in sentimentality."

"Off I go; if you really miss me, come to Sea City."

Li Feng ruffled An Xi’s hair again before turning and walking into the train station. An Xi stuck out her tongue, watched as Li Feng’s silhouette disappeared into the platform, and then turned to leave.

"Miss An Xi."

Liu Yu saw An Xi coming out and hurried over, surrounded by seven or eight bodyguards in black suits, scanning around. Liu Yu walked briskly, opened the car door, and An Xi stepped inside the car.

Liu Yu got into the car himself.

"Are you prepared?"

Just as Liu Yu settled in, he heard a cold voice: "Miss An Xi, everything is ready."

Liu Yu had no illusions about this mixed-race beauty with an angelic face. The more he interacted with her, the more he understood the terror behind this angelic appearance.

"Then let’s begin."

"Yes!"

Without involving himself further in the details of setting up the Jin City branch with An Xi—after all, An Xi, at the age of fourteen, had started stirring up the Northern Federation and had earned the witch’s reputation on her own, not through Li Feng’s favor.

Sitting on the Harmony train to Sea City, Li Feng arrived at Sea City train station in about four hours.

After disembarking the Harmony train, he followed the exit passageway.

"Hey, wife, what’s the matter?"

A man answered a call, only to hear a hoarse male voice instead of his wife’s.

"Who are you, and why do you have my wife’s phone?"

"Okay, okay, please don’t hurt my wife."

The man turned anxiously and then spotted in the crowd someone who matched the description over the phone, promptly blocking his way.

"This guy here wants to talk to you."

Li Feng looked up at the man blocking his path, and his brow furrowed, but the man persisted: "Dude, please take the call. It really is for you; my wife is being held by them, and they used her phone to call."

The man was on the verge of crying. This was a bolt from the blue, and he was completely dumbfounded.

Li Feng saw the man didn’t seem to be lying and took the phone.

"Hello?"
