Chapter 282: Chapter 282

Li Feng twisted his body to look towards the somewhat self-assured Kang Lan.

"Heh, threatening and bribing."

"Calling you ’Young Master Lan’ and you start to think you’re someone special. Do you really think they can stop me if I want to leave?"

Before Li Feng had finished speaking, he suddenly lunged forward. The burly man in a black suit who was blocking Li Feng’s path flew backward like a kite with its string cut.

There was a loud bang as he crashed into the door of the private room behind him.

Once Li Feng made his move, the other men in black suits didn’t just watch; they engaged him directly.

Li Feng gave a cold smile and glided forward with a ghost-like presence. In an instant, a few more bodies lay at his feet with their tendons misaligned and bones dislocated.

The thugs standing further away immediately pulled out electric batons and charged towards Li Feng with ferocity. Li Feng slipped off a black suit jacket and flicked his wrist, covering the electric baton, then stepped forward and delivered a punch to the throat.

The thug made gasping noises as he knelt down, his face showing signs of suffocation, his body convulsing.

"Ah!"

The bikini-clad girl let out a scream and hid in the corner.

In just two or three breaths, there wasn’t a single one in front of Li Feng who could still stand up: "With these trash under your command, you think you can stop me?"

Li Feng stood with his foot on a man’s chest, smirking coldly.

Kang Lan, on the other hand, appeared completely at ease, not showing the slightest sign of panic, and leisurely took a sip of his drink.

"I know you’re skilled in martial arts, but do you think you can escape from here? Without my command, you can’t leave. This place is my turf!"

Kang Lan arrogantly looked towards Li Feng.

Li Feng stepped towards Kang Lan, "Heh, you think I didn’t see this coming? If I take you with me, let’s see who can stop me."

Li Feng suddenly staggered.

Upon seeing this, Kang Lan burst into a loud laugh, "You want to capture me?"

Kang Lan sneered coldly, "You think I’m brainless? You even killed the Tyrant; there’s no one here who is your match. But besides fists, you also need brains."

"You drugged my drink."

"Just a little bit."

After saying this, Kang Lan stood up with his glass in hand, watching Li Feng shake his head, "Don’t worry, I won’t harm you. You’ll be the strongest fighter under me, my money tree; I won’t hurt you."

"Heh, you want to control me?"

Li Feng looked up at Kang Lan, who sneered coldly, "You will obey, like a dog."

Before Kang Lan could finish speaking, the door to the private room was pushed open again, and Heizi led people rushing in, glancing at Li Feng with a scornful smile.

"Even if you have great Kung Fu, what can you do? In the end, you are still caught in my hands."

Heizi stepped forward, his mouth curling into a sneer as he picked up an electric baton and jabbed it towards Li Feng.

Just at that moment, Li Feng twisted his body like lightning, and the electric baton missed him, instead shocking Kang Lan on the side, causing him to convulse.

"Young Master Lan."

Heizi was taken aback, frozen with surprise. But before he could recover, Li Feng’s hand had already seized Heizi’s throat.

"Aren’t you surprised, isn’t it unexpected?"

Li Feng stared at the lifted Heizi, "Drugging drinks is such a cliche trick."

Heizi’s face turned ashen as he looked at Li Feng, utterly confused. However, Li Feng didn’t give him a chance and twisted his finger with a snap.

Li Feng released his hand, and Heizi’s body collapsed limply to the ground. Without paying attention to the other thugs, Li Feng twisted his body and picked up Kang Lan in one swift motion.

"Don’t move, or I can’t guarantee his life will be safe."

Li Feng swept a glance at the thugs who were about to step forward; they seemed hesitant, as if reluctant to throw caution to the wind. Li Feng turned to face Kang Lan.

"Lan, are you surprised how I could be fine after clearly drinking the wine?"

Kang Lan did indeed want to know, as he had watched Li Feng drink it.

Li Feng smiled faintly, "I did drink, and the drug you put in there was quite effective. It could cause temporary nerve paralysis and hallucinations. If used against someone inexperienced, it would indeed bring them down."

"However, that kind of drug doesn’t work on me."

Li Feng detained Kang Lan. "Have your men carry the case and escort me out. Also, prepare another car for me."

"When we get to the ground, I’ll let you go."

"How do I know you’ll keep your word?"

"You don’t have a choice."

Li Feng didn’t give Kang Lan a chance to speak and immediately dislocated his jaw, then turned to face the thugs opposite.

"You don’t think I’m capable of killing, do you? If he dies, you guys would be in serious trouble. So, do as I say, and once we’re upstairs, I’ll let him go."

These thugs had witnessed the battles in the cage; their opponent was someone capable of taking down the Tyrant. He was certainly capable of killing.

"Fine, I hope you keep your word, or else you won’t be able to escape this city."

One of the thugs, clearly of higher status, snarled at Li Feng, "Take the case, and have someone prepare a car."

With Kang Lan as his hostage, Li Feng had a smooth ride on the elevator. However, when they exited, it wasn’t the previous bar they arrived at but a parking lot instead.

The thug crammed the case into a business car and then turned to look at Li Feng. "Can we let Lan go now?"

"Of course."

Li Feng responded, and the next second, he reached out and snapped Kang Lan’s neck. Li Feng wasn’t about to let the tiger return to the mountain. By letting him go, not only would he be in danger, but so would those around him.

Eliminating the problem once and for all was the best approach.

"You... You actually killed Lan!"

The thug was flabbergasted, never expecting Li Feng to really dare commit such an outrage. "Do you know who he is?"

Li Feng nonchalantly shrugged his shoulders, "If I didn’t kill him, would he have let me go?"

The thug was speechless.

They certainly wouldn’t have; daring to defy Lan and using him as a hostage, with Lan’s domineering personality, there would surely have been retaliation afterward, and it would not be a simple matter of death.

"You all can join him."

Li Feng quickly approached. He didn’t plan to spare these men; eliminating them all would decrease future troubles. As for the audience in the arena, there was no need to worry—after all, nobody recognized him.

Moreover, due to privacy concerns, there were no surveillance systems in the arena. As long as these people before him were dead, no one would know who did it.

The thugs stood no chance against Li Feng, who took mere seconds to finish them all. After dealing with them, Li Feng directly called Chu Wei.

Leaving the aftermath to the shadowy Chu Wei, Li Feng got in the car and drove away.

"Knock, knock, knock."

"Who is it!"

"Delivery."

"I didn’t order any delivery; who are you really?" Jiang Linda peered through the peephole to the outside, but the person was hiding in a blind spot, completely out of view.

At that moment, the lock was suddenly picked, and the door violently pushed open.

"Ah!"

Jiang Linda was knocked to the ground, looking at the person who walked in, "What do you want?"

"What do we want, isn’t it obvious?"
