Urban's Fury: The War Dragon God
Chapter 254: Just That Arrogant

Chapter 254: Chapter 254: Just That Arrogant

Ma Zhiyi pushed his subordinate aside and was about to aim his gun at Li Feng, but in the brief moment of his hesitation, Li Feng had already sensed something amiss and lunged forward with the quickness of an arrow.

Ma Zhiyi froze for a moment, and before he could regain his composure, Li Feng’s fist had already landed on the bridge of Ma Zhiyi’s nose.

Humph!

Ma Zhiyi’s nose caved in and blood spurted out, as Li Feng smoothly snatched the handgun from his hand.

"Gulp."

The Think Tank standing nearby swallowed hard, his gaze towards Li Feng changing. This guy was so brazen, not even afraid at the sight of a gun.

"Bro, let’s talk this out, be careful with that thing."

The Think Tank was genuinely scared. This was a real deal, couple of bangs and someone could actually die.

Li Feng glanced at the man who had spoken, let out a cold snort, and his hands moved continuously over the handgun. In a matter of seconds, a fully assembled handgun in Li Feng’s hands turned into a pile of parts, clattering to the ground.

"I don’t need this to deal with you."

Li Feng spread his hands, the gun now a heap of disassembled pieces. Ma Zhiyi and the Think Tank gulped, marveling at his skill; he hadn’t even looked at the gun while taking it apart, all by feel alone. How many guns had he handled to have acquired such skill?

Ma Zhiyi internally admitted he couldn’t do it.

And thinking that this guy was so slick with guns, no ordinary person for sure, they might have really kicked an iron plate this time.

"It’s a misunderstanding, absolutely a misunderstanding...!"

The Think Tank was quick to react, hastily trying to find a remedy.

"Misunderstanding?"

Li Feng laughed coldly, "Even if it is a misunderstanding, we’ll talk after the beating. I’ve bet a hundred bucks on this."

Before his words even fell, Li Feng had already dashed forward. Though the enemies were many, their courage had been shattered by his and Zhang Wannian’s ferocity, especially after Li Feng disassembled a handgun in the blink of an eye, which sent chills down their spines.

Zhang Wannian knocked down the last man beside him and looked over at Li Feng, "Sixteen!"

"No need to count anymore, I’ve lost."

Li Feng admitted defeat. He didn’t want to touch the hundred bucks Zhang Wannian had pulled from his shoe sole. Both ex-military men, they knew each other well, and money that had been in shoes? That was practically a biohazard.

Zhang Wannian rolled his eyes. Although he had taken down more people, Li Feng had finished at least twenty seconds faster. If the latter had really wanted to win, he definitely could have.

"Hmph, I don’t need you to let me win."

Zhang Wannian’s pride wouldn’t allow himself to be patronized. Li Feng curled his lip, "You’re thinking too much, I just didn’t want to win that hundred bucks from you — don’t tell me your feet don’t stink."

Zhang Wannian blinked.

But that reason was rather convincing.

"What do you plan to do with these people?"

"What to do? Of course, we call the police, we’re law-abiding citizens now," Li Feng said righteously.

Zhang Wannian looked up at Li Feng and kept silent. He had noticed Ma Zhiyi pulling out the gun too, and his heart had tightened for a moment. No matter how skilled in Kung Fu, one still fears a bullet.

Zhang Wannian hadn’t expected Li Feng to react so quickly, nearly the instant the other party drew the gun, Li Feng had surged forward without a hint of hesitation. Such decisiveness was not something an ordinary person possessed.

Li Feng’s adept gun disassembly further validated some of his suspicions; this guy was no simple character. Without handling guns for several years, it was impossible to disassemble one so fluidly.

Li Feng didn’t have to wait long in the company lobby before police sirens were heard outside, and as the police cars stopped, a dozen cops rushed in.

"It’s you again."

Jin Beibei looked up at Li Feng and snorted coldly, "Put your hands up, and clasp them behind your head."

"Officer, but I was the one who reported the incident, and I’m the victim here, can’t you be a bit nicer to me?"

"Huh, nice?"

Jin Beibei sneered coldly: "That depends on the person. With scum like you, a hoodlum, I’m certainly not inclined to be nice."

"Li Feng, right? Could you explain the situation?"

At this moment, the captain of the criminal police walked over, interrupting Jin Beibei.

"The situation is quite simple. Our company has been harassed by these thugs, and just yesterday, our business was attacked by the same people, who smashed things and threw paint. And today, they escalated their actions."

"We were merely defending ourselves legally. You saw it yourself, they not only had steel pipes but also knives, and even a handgun."

"Did you two take down all these people?"

The captain looked at Li Feng with a complex expression.

"Facing such overwhelming force, we couldn’t just let ourselves be slaughtered. However, we were very restrained in our response; they’re just superficial injuries."

Jin Beibei sneered again: "Then why don’t they bother someone else and specifically target you? I don’t think you’re any good either."

Li Feng looked at the sarcastic Jin Beibei: "Officer Jin Beibei, have I offended you? If so, speak up, and I’ll treat you to a meal to make up for it."

"Treat me to a meal? Dream on in your next life."

"Captain, there is indeed a handgun on the ground, but it has been disassembled into parts."

"Take them all away."

After speaking, the captain turned to Li Feng: "We’re going to have to trouble you to accompany us back to the station to make a statement."

"No problem, cooperating with your work is the right thing to do, but I need to make a phone call to my lawyer."

Jin Beibei was gritting her teeth with irritation at Li Feng’s smug look.

"Beibei, go and get the surveillance footage."

"Tsk tsk, who do we have here?"

As soon as Li Feng stepped out the door with the police, he hadn’t even gotten into the car when he was confronted with two tsk-tsks; it was the two heirs of the Wang Family, Wang Mingyang and Wang Mingrui.

"What did I say? Some people are the scum of the earth, incapable of being a decent human being. Just the sort of small-time hoodlum you are. If trash like you entered our Wang Family, you’d ruin our family’s reputation."

Wang Mingrui looked at Li Feng with scorn and mockery.

"What are you here for?"

"What for? A company worth tens of millions, and you managed to empty it in a month. Of course, we’ve got to see what’s going on and think of a way to recoup some of the losses. Otherwise, with even a big and grand family like ours, we can’t withstand the calamity you two bring."

"Why waste words on him? This is our Wang family’s business and has nothing to do with him."

Li Feng watched the Wang brothers turn to enter the Myth building, then sprang forward in a dash, reaching out and grabbing Wang Mingrui’s shoulder.

"Li Feng, what do you think you’re doing?"

Doing what?

The corners of Li Feng’s mouth turned up in a cold smirk, and his fist smashed into Wang Mingrui’s face. Wang Mingrui hadn’t even realized what was happening when his nose exploded with blood and he fell to the ground with a miserable cry.

Wang Mingyang stood by, dumbstruck. What the hell? Breaking into a fight without a word, and right in front of so many police officers.

A flicker of a thought crossed Wang Mingyang’s mind, his body instinctively wanting to run, but his legs wouldn’t move. He watched helplessly as Li Feng approached and threw him over his shoulder.

Crack.

Wang Mingyang’s arm was dislocated.

"Ah!"
