Urban's Fury: The War Dragon God -
Chapter 130
Chapter 130: 130
Gu Mei’s cheeks flushed a deep red as she was picked up and carried toward the rest area of the hall. What did this man want to do?
Could he actually be so sexually driven as to want to sleep with her?
Did he really think she was one of those little girls who could be easily bullied?
Gu Mei felt a mix of shame and annoyance, and with a flick of her wrist, a crescent-shaped knife pressed against Li Feng’s throat, "Put me down."
"If I were you, I would just behave, or else a fall is going to hurt a lot."
Gu Mei snorted coldly.
"If I were you, I’d do as I’m told."
Li Feng looked down at Gu Mei; "Would you really bring yourself to hurt me?"
Gu Mei spat.
"What would I hesitate for, huh? I don’t know you; put me down. I’m warning you one last time, or else I wouldn’t mind getting blood on me."
"Are you really going to be so arrogant when you’re in my hands?"
"Do you want to die?"
Gu Mei was ready to show Li Feng some color, thinking he was treating her as a pushover and as if she were some Hello Kitty.
Hmm.
Just as Gu Mei was about to strike, the hand holding the knife felt like it had been electrocuted, as if a major tendon in her arm had been abruptly struck, leaving half her body numb, unable to summon any strength, every movement an effort.
"Damn it, what did you do to me?"
"I merely inserted a silver needle into the acupoint on the yang ming meridian of your arm, just causing temporary paralysis, it won’t cause paralysis on half of your body."
Li Feng walked over to a sofa in the rest area, making Gu Mei sit on his lap.
"You’re known as Green Fox, with an IQ of one hundred and sixty; it seems you are a smart woman."
Gu Mei turned to look at Li Feng, who was just inches away. Although she couldn’t see his face clearly in the dark, she felt it.
"How do you know?"
Only very few knew Gu Mei’s identity. In the eyes of others, she was nothing more than one of Long Jiutian’s mistresses, retained by his side and even becoming his right-hand woman, not just for her looks and figure.
Much more for her brains.
She managed Long Jiutian’s little treasury and all financial transactions, including business dealings.
"I also know that you manage all the financial dealings of Long Jiutian, and you’re with him not because you like him, but because you want to use him to kill someone."
Gu Mei tensed.
"Who on earth are you?"
Gu Mei never imagined that this man would know so much, even that she wanted to use someone else to commit murder, a plan she had never told anyone.
"It seems I guessed right."
Li Feng curved his lips into a smile, "As I said, you’re a smart woman. Long Jiutian is already dead, and as for Long Ao..."
"He won’t live to see the sun rise this morning."
"Where do you get your confidence from? You might be able to kill Long Jiutian, but Long, sir, isn’t someone that just any Tom, Dick, or Harry can get close to."
Gu Mei really didn’t know where this man got his confidence; Long, sir, wasn’t someone that could be killed just like that.
This Long Ao was not some trash like Long Jiutian.
"Because I’m the one who said it."
"I’ll give you some time to think about it."
Li Feng set Gu Mei on the sofa, suddenly stood up, and with the tips of his toes touched down, he silently appeared in the crowd like a ninja.
Ah!
Tendon-snapping, bone-shattering.
Li Feng acted immediately, dislocating a man’s shoulder, the shrill screams escalating the chaos that had just started to calm down.
This time, Li Feng was fully focused, bearing down on his enemies like a tiger diving into a flock of sheep.
Although the opponents were numerous, in the darkness, they were as good as deaf and blind, easily dispatched one by one by Li Feng.
"Turn on the lights."
Li Feng gave the order through the Bluetooth headset, and the lights in the hall illuminated once more.
The Wolf Guards, who had previously come at Li Feng fiercely, now lay sprawled all over the ground, wailing, as even the toughest men couldn’t help but cry from the pain of their twisted joints and twitching tendons.
However, not all had lost their ability to fight.
Bear Fatty, Sun Mang, and a handful of others got up from the ground; they had evaded the onslaught by lying low.
"You did well to play us to this extent, but this is where it ends."
Bear Fatty lifted his clothes, revealing a vest with hidden compartments from which he drew two short, sleek Butterfly Double Blades.
Li Feng narrowed his eyes, as it dawned on him that the fatty was a Wing Chun successor, holding Double Blades called Eight-cutting Sabers, their blades no longer than a human palm.
The use of these Double Blades came with a particular Saber Technique, Eight Slashes.
Bear Fatty lunged at Li Feng with the Double Blades in hand, brandishing them to create a dance of blades, and in an instant, a flurry of blade light swooped towards Li Feng.
Gu Mei watched from a distance as Bear Fatty pounced towards Li Feng, a smile curling the corners of her mouth. Everyone had thought this fatty was just a night club manager who smiled at everyone, but who knew he was also a master of National Martial Arts.
This fatty was a Closed-door Disciple of the Wing Chun Ye Family, but had committed an outrageously loathsome act due to his lust for his junior sister, which led to his fleeing from his school.
Gu Mei, who had followed Long Jiutian, had seen Bear Fatty in action before; in the blink of an eye, his Eight-cutting Saber could leave more than a dozen wounds on a person.
That time, Bear Fatty had turned someone into a bloodied figure, reportedly slashing them no fewer than three thousand times, leaving their skin like a sieve.
Even after more than three thousand cuts, the victim hadn’t died.
Inside, Bear Fatty was a sick and perverted madman, just like Long Jiutian.
Really thought that by killing Long Jiutian, you’d be somebody? Too naive.
"Fatso, capture him alive—don’t kill him."
Sun Mang’s face wore a sinister smile, but he didn’t step forth to assist Bear Fatty, as he was aware of Bear Fatty’s skills.
Li Feng watched Bear Fatty juggling his blades, then suddenly bent forward.
"Is this your way of begging for mercy? Too late for that."
Sun Mang muttered cynically to himself.
Bear Fatty might always look smiley to others, but in reality, he was a smiling tiger—he would not draw his blades unless necessary, but once he did, blood would follow.
Li Feng grabbed the ankle of a Wolf Guard without a second word and with a burst of strength, flung him as a meat hammer towards the oncoming Bear Fatty.
Hmm!
Bear Fatty, faced with this unexpected misfortune, was somewhat flabbergasted.
While his Double Blades were swift enough to turn someone into a sieve, slicing someone clean in half was a joke.
The human meat hammer smashed Bear Fatty in the face, as Li Feng sprinted forward and leapt up into a flying kick.
"Is that even possible?"
Gu Mei’s eyes widened in confusion; this turn of events wasn’t quite right.
Thump.
Bear Fatty crashed heavily to the ground, the Wolf Guard smashing onto him: "Damn it, I’ll chop you into mincemeat."
Bear Fatty flung off the body on top of him, his eyes bloodshot as he turned towards Li Feng, completely enraged.
Bear Fatty flung his hands, turning the Eight-cutting Sabers into Hidden Weapons flying towards Li Feng, while he himself charged at Li Feng.
