Chapter 111 Forget It
Chapter 111: Chapter 111 Forget It
Li Feng stepped out of the elevator, and immediately his peripheral vision swept across the hallways jam-packed with people on both sides.
"Hehe."
Upon seeing Li Feng, these gangsters grouped in threes and fives revealed a ferocious sneer, sizing up Li Feng as though wild beasts eyeing their prey.
"Hidden Dragon Li Feng, that’s quite a reputation you’ve got there."
Outside the elevator, a pale-faced youth with dark circles under his eyes, looking very unhealthy, glanced towards Li Feng.
"Who the hell are you?"
Li Feng briefly scrutinized the youth who had spoken; the guy was not only sick but severely ill. A healthy person wouldn’t have such discolored skin.
"You don’t even recognize our Brother Ghost."
"Look at that pretty boy face of his, probably only good at slipping under women’s skirts; might as well call him a duck."
"Haha, duck."
"Yeah, let’s call him a duck. It fits pretty nicely. How about we find you a few rich old ladies later, let you really show what you can do."
Knife Man, observing from behind, watched with close attention as the other men mocked Li Feng, waiting to see his reaction, visibly set up for disappointment.
Such ridicule was child’s play, considering if this could infuriate Li Feng.
Knife Man raised his hand to silence his cronies, squinting as he watched Li Feng.
"A pretty boy who clings to a rich widow, a good-for-nothing son-in-law, and you’ve been quite arrogant lately!"
Li Feng looked at the domineering and insolent Knife Man.
"Who the fuck are you to squawk at me, can you even make your own decisions?"
A hint of disdain appeared on the corner of Li Feng’s mouth.
"Fuck, you dare talk to our Brother Ghost like that, you tired of living, you damn duck?"
"Believe it or not, I’ll chop you up and throw you in soup."
Li Feng coldly surveyed the few men yammering behind him, then without any warning, swung his suitcase and smashed it their way.
Blam.
The thugs in the hallway cursed loudly on seeing Li Feng strike, wondering if this kid had gone crazy, daring to lay hands on someone in front of so many people.
Suicide.
Knife Man’s cold gaze swept over Li Feng: "It seems, you have no intention of listening to reason."
Li Feng looked at Knife Man with a cold eye.
"What are you even worth?"
Knife Man’s pupils shrunk, this was the second time Li Feng had scorned him. Although the few who had tried to intimidate Li Feng ended up frustrated, Knife Man refused to believe Li Feng could turn the tables.
This was their turf after all.
Not to mention, many security guards were present in the hallway, and they were all elite, not the riffraff from the streets involved in petty brawls.
"I’ll show you what I’m worth. Get him!"
Knife Man sneered coldly and crooked his finger.
Knife Man’s fellow thugs couldn’t wait any longer, just a pretty-boy figure, as for being the Crown Prince or whatever, they had never heard of it.
They had indeed heard that the guy had been a live-in son-in-law.
One of the thugs swung his baseball bat with a savage smile towards Li Feng’s head, aiming to kill with his blow.
Li Feng narrowed his eyes; as the stick’s power whistled by his face, he sidestepped, causing the bat to miss completely.
Li Feng lifted his foot and hooked it beneath the man’s feet, flipping him around.
The blundering thug, stumbling and falling face-first like a dog eating shit, crashed into the elevator doors behind Li Feng.
With his pride hurt, the thug swore and turned around to retaliate.
In that instant, Li Feng’s hand pressed down on the back of the man’s head.
Clang.
A resonant clang chilled the listeners.
The force of the thug’s own crash wasn’t severe, but this time, his nasal bone was flattened and broken, blood gushing out. His front teeth were loosened from the impact, swallowing a mouthful of blood that went straight down into his stomach.
Li Feng grabbed the thug’s hair, pulled him back, and threw him forward; against the elevator door, an unmistakable imprint of a human face was left.
Hiss.
This pretty boy duck was ruthless.
Li Feng looked towards the opposing thugs and beckoned with his finger: "If this is the level of your rookies, come at me all at once."
"Holy shit, the kid’s arrogant."
"Let’s do him."
Li Feng’s taunting words ignited the fury in the people present; how dare he be so brazen alone.
Immediately, a brawny man stepped forward.
"Let me handle this."
The brawny man said, twisting his neck and producing a cracking sound. Towering at least two meters tall, with the build of a bear and the back of a tiger, he was hefty enough to equal two Li Fengs.
The brawny man threw two punches. Li Feng noticed that the man obviously had boxing experience.
"With Brother Fierce stepping in, one is as good as two."
"Do we even need to say it, Brother Fierce not only boxed professionally but also fought in underground fights, he could knock out a bull with one punch."
"Coming here to show off, you must not know the meaning of the word ’death’."
The brawny man ripped off his T-shirt with one motion, revealing a body packed with muscle, and while speaking, his pectorals trembled.
"Alright."
"Hey, I hear Brother Fierce has a thing for pretty boys."
"Maybe Brother Fierce really has his eye on this pretty boy. It’s been a long while since I’ve seen Brother Fierce rip off his clothes, he must be excited."
Li Feng listened to the jeers all around and suddenly burst into action, charging straight at the adversary. Brother Fierce showed a slight hint of disdain and contempt, his muscles tensing up as if they were made of steel.
Li Feng raised his palm and pressed it onto the opponent’s chest.
"Feels just like tickling, come here."
The brawny man spoke and reached out with both hands, wrapping around Li Feng as if hugging a lady.
Li Feng lifted his eyes coldly.
"Die."
Li Feng raised his hand a few centimeters and suddenly pressed down with another palm.
Crack.
Right where Li Feng’s palm landed, the opponent’s chest visibly caved in, the sound of breaking bones ringing in everyone’s ears. The brawny man’s arms, which had held Li Feng, suddenly stiffened, and his whole body froze on the spot.
Thump.
The towering man unexpectedly knelt before Li Feng, who withdrew his hand and swept his gaze over the quieting thugs in the hallway.
Li Feng looked at Knife Man’s ashen face.
"Like I said, you guys are just rookies. Come at me together."
Knife Man, having dropped his previous contempt, looked grimly at Li Feng.
"I was going to play with you, but since you’re so eager to die, I’ll oblige," said Knife Man, raising his hand.
"Dragon Gate, get him."
"Die!"
