Feng Zhiyin glanced at Lin Chen and then looked at Cao Hechuan, who was silently observing, and couldn’t help but ask, "Who is this? Can he represent the Immortal Palace?"

Cao Hechuan responded, "He’s a special envoy of the Immortal Palace and the deputy leader of this operation. He’s directly responsible to the Domain Lord, so...he can represent."

Feng Zhiyin looked at Lin Chen in surprise, disbelief written all over his face, "Does the Immortal Palace not have any able individuals? How can someone with the powers of an Earth Immortal be entrusted with such an important task?"
