Urban Immortal Doctor Master -
Chapter 81 - 81 081 Actually I'm very powerful
81: 081: Actually, I’m very powerful 81: 081: Actually, I’m very powerful “Have you been following me all this time?” Tang Feng’s lips curled into a slight smile.
“That’s right, you should feel lucky that you’re still of some use, otherwise, you wouldn’t have been invited here,” said the young man who was clearly the leader of the group.
In the past, he would have crushed someone at the mere Gathering Spirit Third Layer without hesitation.
“Oh!
Should I be thanking you then?” Tang Feng taunted, staring at the other party without showing any signs of fear.
“Kid, are you looking for death?” The young cultivator emitted his aura, hoping to give Tang Feng a taste of suffering, but his suppression did nothing to Tang Feng.
The other side did not even take a step back.
The young man felt like he had been slapped in the face and his killing intent surged.
He reached out his hand, intent on striking, but Yao Xin quickly stepped in front of Tang Feng, her face cold.
“Silver Wolf, try laying a hand on him.”
“You better move aside, Yao Xin, don’t push your luck,” Silver Wolf snapped, looking like he was on the verge of exploding.
“Don’t forget the promise you made to me earlier.”
“Don’t worry, I won’t kill him,” Silver Wolf’s lips twitched, and the oppressive aura around him dispersed.
“Tang Feng, just do as you’re told, and I’ll ensure you’re unhurt,” Yao Xin said, a hint of apology flashing in her eyes.
“I trust you, but can you tell me why?” Tang Feng had some guesses but wanted to confirm.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t hide those Elixirs well enough,” Yao Xin said stubbornly, but it was a serious situation this time, and she had no power to stop it, being only a part of this force.
“Forget it, let’s leave it to fate.
If I don’t die, you owe me for this scare,” Tang Feng said with a smile that made her heart ache.
“Okay, I promise,” Yao Xin agreed.
Tang Feng did not resist further.
Even though he was not afraid of these four people, he did not want to start a fight.
He sensed with his Divine Sense that there was another group of cultivators nearby.
That group had two more people, who hadn’t made a move yet; Tang Feng wasn’t sure what they were brewing, but he believed they would act.
Yao Xin stayed by Tang Feng’s side, doing all she could.
She didn’t dare to look at Tang Feng anymore, hoping only that things would be resolved quickly.
Tang Feng was taken into an alley where Silver Wolf summoned a Small Flying Boat that could fit about ten people.
Tang Feng was surprised; their Artifact Refining was decent though mediocre, but of course, in his eyes, the Flying Boat was still a piece of junk.
Yao Xin seemed familiar with it and wasn’t too surprised.
She thought Tang Feng would be amazed, but his eyes did not betray even a ripple of interest.
Could he have seen one before?
This meant Tang Feng’s identity was likely not simple; he probably was a disciple of a Sect, and his Alchemy skills were extraordinary.
For some reason, she was looking forward to it.
The Flying Boat was fast, arriving in Southern Sichuan within half an hour.
They quickly entered the Primitive Forest where Tang Feng sensed a defensive Great Formation ahead.
It was a low-level one, maintainable with just over a hundred Low Grade Spirit Stones for a year — relatively impressive nonetheless.
Golden Sun Sect.
As they landed the Flying Boat near the sect’s entrance, Silver Wolf put away the vehicle and gave Tang Feng a cold laugh, “Kid, you’re lucky.
Joining our Golden Sun Sect will liberate you from the mundane world and elevate you to the heavens.”
“Even if I agree, I doubt the others will,” Tang Feng turned around and glanced at the group.
“Now, if you don’t take action, I might just join the Golden Sun Sect.”
No sooner had Tang Feng finished speaking than about a dozen cultivators appeared around Silver Wolf.
“True Profound Sect, what do you want to do?” Silver Wolf was extremely frustrated, as the newcomers were his sworn enemies.
Had he known, he wouldn’t have acted so cool; now it was too late even to call for help.
“The young man is a distinguished guest of our True Profound Sect, how could we possibly allow you to take him to your Golden Sun Sect!” The speaker also looked young, with a higher Cultivation level than Silver Wolf, appearing utterly dismissive of the Golden Sun Sect’s members.
“This is too much!
Xuan Ji, don’t forget you’re on our Golden Sun Sect’s territory,” Silver Wolf angrily jumped up and down, yet found himself helpless; unable to win in a fight.
