162: 162: Drunk at Night 1 [Requesting Votes] 162: 162: Drunk at Night 1 [Requesting Votes] Tang Feng arrived at He Menglin’s dormitory door; he didn’t enter but listened to the conversation between the two women outside.

Murong Qinglan woke up and felt a bit disappointed not to see Tang Feng, as she thought he would stay by her side.

Alas, it seemed that having a girlfriend meant there was no place for her, his “little aunt,” which upset her greatly.

When she inadvertently saw the necklace around He Menglin’s neck, envy sprouted within her—perhaps the girl had succeeded in her arranged date.

They only realized after starting their chat that the necklace had been given by Tang Feng—how could this be!

Murong Qinglan couldn’t understand, wasn’t she closer to Tang Feng than He Menglin was?

What was Tang Feng trying to imply?

Pursuing his own teacher?

Then what about her?

Several questions in her heart tortured her terribly.

He Menglin was also speechless; she didn’t know how to face her good friend, being with Tang Feng made everything feel even sadder.

“Ah Lin, when did you two start?” Murong Qinglan tried to appear calm, but the change in her breathing was quite obvious, yet He Menglin, distracted by other thoughts, did not notice.

“Qing Lan, don’t be ridiculous.

He and I haven’t started anything.

He gave me this necklace but I didn’t say I’d accept it.

I haven’t had the chance to give it back yet,” said He Menglin somewhat insincerely, as she had not even taken it off.

Murong Qinglan knew her old friend too well; she would never accept something she didn’t like.

A student and a teacher—never would she have imagined.

Murong Qinglan and He Menglin’s conversation was mostly overheard by Tang Feng, who realized her aunt’s mood must be very poor.

With that, the surprise became even greater as Tang Feng opened the door and walked in.

“I’ve brought some drinks,” Tang Feng said, placing them on the table and sitting down next to Murong Qinglan.

“Do you even remember your little aunt anymore?

You’re getting more and more unreasonable,” Murong Qinglan’s eyes reddened as she longed for the old days when they relied only on each other.

But as time passed, she could never find those moments again; time had taken everything from her, and even the closest people to her seemed strangers now.

She feared this feeling.

Without her, the world wouldn’t frown, but without Tang Feng, she truly found no meaning in continuing her life.

“Even if I forget everyone else, I can’t forget my little aunt.

There was a problem recently, not just with my aunt, I couldn’t contact anybody, whatever the reason, it was my fault, punish me however you want,” Tang Feng said as he took Murong Qinglan’s hand and leaned on her shoulder.

“You stinker, how could I bear to punish you.” Tang Feng leaning against her made her feel like old times, which she loved.

“Tang Feng, you’re grown up now, still clinging to people, isn’t it embarrassing?” He Menglin watched the two of them and rolled her eyes.

“I can’t help it, this shoulder is of special significance to me.

By the way, I brought gifts for the both of you, wear them tonight,” Tang Feng stood up, went outside, and soon he came back holding two dresses, one blue and one purple.

The fabric and styles were exceptional, fit for stars; at nearly five feet seven, wearing these would make them look no less stellar.

“Why on earth would you make us wear such beautiful clothes out of nowhere?” Murong Qinglan was still unaware that her birthday had arrived, while He Menglin was also puzzled about the attire—it was too revealing for her comfort.

“There’s a party at a friend’s house tonight,” Tang Feng explained.

“Why would we go to your friend’s party?” Murong Qinglan clearly disliked that kind of event.

“You must come; don’t you want to be my companions?”

“You’re too greedy, asking both me and your aunt to be your companions,” He Menglin rolled her eyes again.

“It’s such an honor, and here you are, acting coy when others would be thrilled to be my companions,” Tang Feng replied.

“Please, I’m not interested,” He Menglin retorted.

“If you dare not go, next time I’ll come in directly, and you should know the consequences,” Tang Feng said so directly that He Menglin bit her lip; she really had a headache trying to figure out what was going on in this guy’s head.

“Just so you know, even if we do go, we won’t stay long.”

“Okay, once you’re there, it’s up to you guys; don’t worry, they’re all friends I know.

I’ll send a car to pick you up later,” Tang Feng said.

“When did you get a car?” Murong Qinglan was increasingly finding Tang Feng unfathomable; this fledgling she had once cared for had truly grown up.

“I didn’t buy a car; stop asking, Auntie.

You guys will be drinking, so no driving,” Tang Feng said.

“You’ve arranged everything; what more can we say?” He Menglin felt helpless.

It seemed they had no choice but to go.

Tang Feng chatted with the two women a bit longer before leaving.

He then went straight back to the villa and walked into a bustling scene in the garden.

Hundreds of people were milling about.

The tables were set, and everything was progressing orderly.

Tang Feng was very satisfied; the barbecue area and music stage were almost up.

Tang Feng saw the four women from the Charming Spirit Sect; they were really working hard, with clear job divisions, so although there were many people, everything was in order, boasting quality both inside and out.

“You’re back.” Shen Yin had been awake for a while.

Not knowing why the garden was being set up or how to help, she stayed inside the living room, keeping Xiaoqing company watching TV.

Seeing Tang Feng, a look of joy spread across her face.

“Sister Yin, you really are disobedient.

Come upstairs; I have something to tell you.” Tang Feng said before heading up first.

Shen Yin told Xiaoqing to play on her own and followed Tang Feng upstairs.

Once inside, Tang Feng picked her up and threw her onto the bed.

“Ouch!

What are you trying to do?” Shen Yin panicked a bit.

“Disobedient people need to be punished, turn around.” Tang Feng climbed on top, dominating, and Shen Yin obediently complied.

Smack!

A searing pain like an electric shock radiated throughout her body from the spot, she quickly covered her mouth; there was a crowd downstairs, and it wouldn’t do to cry out and then face them.

Turning around, she looked at Tang Feng with begging eyes.

“Now you’re scared?

Why didn’t you listen, and even went to open a store?

Look what you’ve done to yourself; don’t you know it hurts me?” Tang Feng was really angry.

“The students are on holiday, so I’m working less than usual, I’m not tired,” Shen Yin said meekly.

She was afraid of pain, but also quite liked Tang Feng’s domineering ways.

Her whole being was consumed, and the trembling fear from his hand’s strike intoxicated her.

“I’ll deal with you tonight.

Next time you dare not listen, it won’t be as easy as now,” Tang Feng held her close in his arms.

“I’ll listen to you, that’s all.

Why did you call so many people; what are you planning?” Shen Yin caressed Tang Feng’s chest, her eyes somewhat dreamy.

“It’s my aunt’s birthday.

We’re throwing a little party at home to make her happy.

Nervous about seeing her?” Tang Feng pinched Shen Yin’s nose and smiled.

“What do you think?

Of course, I’m nervous.

I’m afraid she might look down on us, mother and daughter,” Shen Yin still felt a bit inferior.

“No way; my aunt is a hundred times better than you think.

She is kind and gentle by nature, well-suited to get along with you,” Tang Feng noted how much tenderer Shen Yin looked, her skin so tempting he wanted to bite.

“Let’s go downstairs, you’re not getting any work done anyway,” Shen Yin whispered.

“Seems like you want to get some work done, might as well start with that,” Tang Feng feigned an attack, and Shen Yin quickly blocked him.

“I’m giving in to you; can you leave some face for me?” Shen Yin’s breath became instantly erratic.

Her exhale was fragrant, her face blushing like a peach.

If not getting any work done, at least a kiss or two wouldn’t hurt.

Tang Feng leaned in.

Once a man gains power, his EQ rises, his courage increases, and his tactics grow more sophisticated—his aim being to keep the home flag flying high while banners waved gallantly outside.
