A group of security guards were staring at each other, big eyes at small. They had thought Lin Zifeng might bring them some spicy stories, but it turned out everyone had gotten excited for nothing.

Even though Lin Zifeng had been promoted to assistant financial director, he still held an honorary position in the security department. If he ever grew unhappy with his current job, he could always come back to his leisurely security guard post any time.

This was also something Nangong Bing had begrudgingly agreed to under Lin Zifeng’s sway. Since Nangong Bing had his own motives for placing Zifeng in the finance department, naturally, Zifeng wasn’t about to let himself be used as a mere pawn without getting something in return.
