Yan Ling squatted down, her face serious, "Sweetheart, Mommy knows that you wanted to vent your anger for me which is why you secretly came to trouble Shen Liangshen. But you cannot do this next time, understand?"

Yuan Bao knew that whenever his mom’s expression turned serious, she was angry.

He quickly nodded obediently.

"Are you hurt?"

Compared to lecturing her son, Yan Ling was more worried about whether her son had been bullied.

No matter how smart Yuan Bao was, he was just a kid. If Shen Liangshen had physically confronted him, he certainly wouldn’t have been able to resist.

"Don’t worry, Mommy, I’m not hurt! I tied his hands and feet before he could make a move! Plus, I was wearing a mask, so he didn’t know who I was!"

Yuan Bao blinked, his little face full of triumph.

It was good that her son wasn’t hurt, but she didn’t want him to keep dwelling on the past either.

Hearing Yan Ling’s words, Yuan Bao understood what she meant, and his gloomy mood lessened a lot.

He nodded forcefully, "Mommy, I understand now. I won’t do things I don’t like for those people anymore."

Seeing her son grasped her words, Yan Ling hugged him into her arms and praised him, remarking, "My baby is so good!"

Watching the warm scene of the mother and son hugging, the man at the side unconsciously softened his expression.

She really was a great mother.

Not only did she give her child lots of love.
