However, as Lin Xi stepped out of her room, she saw Jian Shen, Lu Bei, and Jin Yi also picking up their luggage and weapons, prepared to leave, leaving Lin Xi surprised. She hurried after them, "Where are you all going?"

Jin Yi let out a yawn, clearly still drowsy, and said lacklusterly, "Master said we’re going to look for the second batch of Western vampires."

Hearing this, Lin Xi felt puzzled, "What’s going on? Didn’t we agree to wait for the right moment, to stay hidden here and wait for the opportunity? Going out now wouldn’t that alert the vampires to our whereabouts?"

"I’m not sure myself, Master called me up early in the morning." Jin Yi scratched his head, a confused expression on his face, "Strange, Sister Qian Ye, didn’t Master tell you about it?"

Lin Xi was taken aback, then glanced at Jian Shen, only to see that he was actually acting indifferent, even turning his back, not knowing what was wrong with Jian Shen, it felt very off.

Jin Yi asked another question, "Sister Qian Ye, you’re also carrying luggage, where are you going?"

To this, the mysterious masked person said indifferently, "I meant well. Seeing you struggle between two relationships made me want to help you out."

The mysterious masked person added another sentence, "You not only intend to deceive Jian Shen but also entangle yourself deeply. The result is that you will let down both relationships."

"This is my business, not yours." As the conversation progressed, Lin Xi was shocked and quickly asked, "You’re not going to tell Jian Shen that I’m not the real Sister Qian Ye, are you?"

"Thanks for your sense of the bigger picture," Lin Xi said through gritted teeth, hating this mysterious masked fiend.

"Alright, go find Gu Fan and then hurry back to your own time. Since it’s a regret, let it always remain a regret. Don’t think about making amends, don’t do anything unnecessary." The mysterious masked person’s suggestion was sensible, and Lin Xi took it into account, but she still had doubts, "I don’t know where Gu Fan is now, where should I go looking for him?"

"That’s your problem, figure it out yourself," the mysterious masked person replied with an indifferent tone that annoyed Lin Xi.
