Chapter 844: Chapter 437: Nest - Levinbeck’s Awakening

"Development Potential--Level 118?"

Kayna’s heart skipped a beat, stunned on the spot, overwhelmed with shock.

She never imagined that in her lifetime, she would see a three-digit development potential. Her voice was hoarse, still tinged with disbelief, "This, there wasn’t a mistake in the detection, was there?"

"Highly unlikely, the accuracy of this detection device is extremely high." The Swearer’s expression also changed, but to be sure, he conducted another test, and the number remained unchanged.

After thoroughly confirming, the virtual projection of this Conservative leader’s eyes emitted light so intense it almost became tangible.

Although it was known long ago that if Li Ming truly were an S Level life form, his development potential would be astonishing, when this number appeared, waves still surged in their heart.

It’s too astonishing; she doesn’t believe such a life form with this potential could be born naturally. There is a tremendous secret on this Li Ming!

The Swearer looked at the dazed Kayna, unable to suppress a bit of admiration, "Your contribution is greater than I imagined, rest assured, you’ll receive due reward."

Celia snapped back to her senses, gazing with a fervent and excited look at Li Ming sleeping in the metal pod, unable to resist saying, "Swearer, I reapply to obtain his seed."

"Want to take my seed again?"

Outside the commotion, Li Ming heard it all clearly; this Celia seemed obsessed with his seed.

My body is already in your hands, what’s the rush?

Already at the critical moment, whether they could find the opponent’s main nest upon acting was uncertain; the spaceship data might have location coordinates, but it might not; the travel logs were likely erased.

The memories of these people were even more worthless; interstellar locations mainly relied on navigational coordinates to determine.

Kayna heard this, throat moving along her delicate neck, frowning slightly, said:

"Excessive physical stimulation might awaken him; even during the Prophet’s control, he didn’t dare make me forcefully extract the seed."

"I said, I have a way to suppress him; he’s not my opponent." Celia said in a deep voice. Kayna hadn’t spoken yet, but the Swearer shook his head:

"No, it’s unnecessary, Celia. We have him in our hands now, and I don’t want him to suffer any damage."

"Such a precious body, every single hair contains value."

Hearing the Swearer’s words, Celia’s excitement was slightly suppressed; she bowed her head and said, "I was too excited, encountering such a perfect life form makes it hard to control."

"Quickly take him back to the nest." The Swearer had already become impatient, leaving this word before the projection disappeared.

"Fortunately..." Li Ming sighed in relief, not stumbling at this final step.

After the Swearer left, Celia said not a word more to Kayna and completely ignored her.

With a wave of her hand, her subordinates transported the metal pod containing Li Ming back to the main spaceship. Kayna remained silent, following behind.

On the surface of the black spacecraft, silver symbols emerged, twisting like living creatures, flickering, spreading along the hull, gradually intertwining into a complex silver network completely enveloping the spaceship, then suddenly disappearing into the void.

It was as though they had entered a Flowing Light tunnel; Kayna looked out the porthole, silently clenching her fists, her status in both the Conservative and Radical Factions was not high.

If it weren’t for the Mechanical Court’s special request, this mission wouldn’t have fallen to her.

The Radical Faction’s nest she hadn’t visited, nor had she come to the Conservative Faction’s nest.

Soon, the spaceship detached from that special state, and looking out from the porthole, in the silent and secluded Starfield, a building with a strange aura appeared before her eyes.

Its external structure twisted and entwined, like branches forming a vast and bizarre network, overall resembling a black nest, its surface shimmering with faint light.

"This is..." she murmured.

"The mother nest," Celia said calmly.

The spaceship swiftly approached, the mother nest continuously enlarging, with each "branch" comparable to planetary mountains, while the darkness in the gaps was unfathomable.

The Energy Barrier slowly opened, and they passed through the navigational path, entering the interior of the mother nest.

Inside the cabin hall, the Swearer was already waiting with others, all cloaked in fine black gauze, whispering amongst themselves, mixed with exclamations and astonishment, the number "118" faintly audible.

The warship stopped before them, the cabin opened, and a group carried the metal pod out, relieving the Swearer.

Everyone’s gaze was fixed on the metal pod, looking at the life form quietly sleeping inside.

"Truly..." Under the black gauze, the Swearer’s fiery gaze fell on Li Ming through the glass pod, "a perfect being..."

"Mission accomplished!" Celia said in a deep voice.

Kayna gritted her teeth and took a step forward, her voice low but firm: "Mission accomplished!"

The Swearer lifted his head, understanding Kayna’s intention, with a tone of praise, pointed at her, looking around, "It was her who brought this perfect life form back to us from the Holy Mother, the Prophet, and that Azure Dragon."

"Her wisdom and courage are admirable, deserving immense credit, and she will become one of the first rebirth bodies of Li Ming’s seed."

Kayna finally breathed a sigh of relief; though this contribution was significant, her status was indeed modest.

Celia’s promise was not as credible as the Swearer’s.

Hearing this, many life forms standing behind the Swearer cast envious gazes.
