Chapter 1564: Women Are Really Troublesome

Chapter 1564: Chapter 1564: Women Are Really Troublesome

The woman in front of him was a phoenix. Luo Ziling took at least ten seconds to make this judgment.

"I’ve never seen you like this before," Luo Ziling joked as he slipped through the door after the phoenix stepped back, "For a moment, I thought I knocked on the wrong door. You actually look like a woman today."

The phoenix rubbed her wet hair with a towel in her hand, looking at Luo Ziling without any warmth in her eyes, saying nothing.

"What’s up, trying to seduce me?" Luo Ziling glared at the phoenix with the same lack of warmth, "I’ll tell you, I’m not interested in women old enough to be my mom."

With one sentence, he instantly stirred up the phoenix’s anger, "What did you say?"

"Aren’t you in the same age group as my mom?" Luo Ziling continued to belittle the phoenix, not caring at all.

"What do you mean?" Although the phoenix never quite acted like a woman, her nature was still female.

Women absolutely hate hearing a man say she’s not pretty, has a poor figure, is overweight, or is old. Luo Ziling carelessly hit on the most sensitive spot for a woman, and even the phoenix, who was different from the average woman, showed her anger about it.

"Actually, I wasn’t wrong," Luo Ziling approached the phoenix brazenly, examining her face and the bathrobe-wrapped body, "I bet your physical condition is worse than my mom’s, both in terms of reproductive capacity and hormone levels."

The phoenix was instantly dealt a heavy blow, her big eyes displaying a murderous ferocity, "You’re trying to say your mom is pretty and well-maintained, so there’s no need to use me as a counterexample. I don’t live a peaceful life like hers, nor do I have as good living conditions."

"You just don’t consider yourself a woman and don’t focus on maintaining yourself." Luo Ziling actually enjoyed seeing the phoenix get angry and embarrassed in front of him.

Whether it was the phoenix, Lin Lan, or Ouyang Feifei, Luo Ziling liked to tease these women who deliberately acted cool. If he could incite their anger or make them slyly laugh, he felt a sense of accomplishment.

Seeing the phoenix couldn’t hold back her anger, Luo Ziling was ecstatic inside.

The phoenix saw through Luo Ziling’s intentions, so she contained her anger and ignored him, concentrating on blow-drying her hair.

Both the phoenix and Lin Lan had shoulder-length short hair.

However, the quality of the phoenix’s hair was obviously not as good as Lin Lan’s, something Luo Ziling discerned with his professional gaze.

"You haven’t taken good care of your hair; it’s dry and split, and you have much less hair than when you were younger." Luo Ziling pointed out seriously in front of the phoenix, "Fortunately, I brought some medicine for this today. If you take it for some time, it should improve. Oh, and I’ll give you a scalp massage later to improve brain circulation and help your hair maintenance."

"Help me blow-dry my hair, and you’ll get an idea of my hair quality," the phoenix decisively handed the hair dryer to Luo Ziling.

Luo Ziling had no choice but to take it, reluctantly blow-drying the phoenix’s hair.

"There’s no task these days, huh? I thought you’d disappeared again." Luo Ziling struggled to find something to say.

The phoenix ignored Luo Ziling, and he didn’t mind.

He continued to ask, "Tell me about your unusual physical conditions."

"Lack of sleep is a common issue for people like us. Recently, the pressure has been quite high, making sleep even worse, a bit anxious," the phoenix didn’t hide anything, sharing all her physical discomforts with Luo Ziling, "Many injuries are old ones from training and executing tasks. Also, during those special days, we can’t stop training and have to overlook that situation while doing tasks. Many of the body’s anomalies are because we couldn’t rest during critical times."

Although the phoenix summarized it simply, Luo Ziling already understood the general idea of her current physical anomalies.

After blow-drying the phoenix’s hair, Luo Ziling motioned for her to lie down so he could check her physical condition and take her pulse.

The phoenix didn’t resist, pulling the quilt over her body while extending her hand to Luo Ziling.

Luo Ziling took the pulse of both her hands and listened to her breathing and heartbeat with a stethoscope.

"Do you smoke regularly?"

"Occasionally a few," the phoenix did not deny, "It helps relieve stress."

"You can’t smoke in the future. Chew some gum instead!"

"Alright," the phoenix didn’t refuse Luo Ziling’s kindness.

"Try to maintain a proper and balanced diet with three meals a day; don’t tell me you’re often compelled not to. You must carry food with you, eat a little bit from time to time, so the stomach acid can secrete regularly. You have quite severe stomach issues, and if it develops into stomach cancer one day, that would be terrible for you. Also, you have many old injuries, and some are not completely healed. Furthermore, your gynecological condition is quite severe. If I’m not mistaken, you have a heavy flow during your period, and it lasts quite a long time."

The phoenix was a bit surprised; everything Luo Ziling said reflected her actual physical problems. She nodded in response.

"And you have nodules in your chest, correct?"

The phoenix hesitated for a moment, then nodded again.

"Well, as long as you trust me, I can solve all these issues within a month," Luo Ziling said confidently, then regretfully slapped his forehead, "But I’m going abroad in a few days, so I won’t be able to keep treating you. How about taking medicine until then!"

"Maybe I’ll also go to Korea."

"Just to get treatment from me?" Luo Ziling looked genuinely surprised.

The phoenix didn’t answer, showing disdain in responding to Luo Ziling’s question.

Luo Ziling felt a bit embarrassed, slightly irritated, and ordered the phoenix to get up, remove her bathrobe, and let him treat her.

"If you dare behave lewdly in any way, I’ll make your life worse than death," the phoenix saw through Luo Ziling’s revenge intentions and coldly threatened him.

"Sorry, I’m not interested in women at the aunt level," Luo Ziling retorted coldly.

Thus, the phoenix’s anger flared up again, gazing icily at Luo Ziling.

Luo Ziling couldn’t help but laugh coldly inside, thinking, "Women are so contradictory."

They dress up beautifully to catch men’s attention.

If no man notices, they curse men as blind fools. But if men keep their gaze on them, they think all men are perverts.

Similarly, they dress in sexy outfits to attract men’s attention, whether married or single, all women do this.

If they can’t attract a man’s gaze, they feel truly defeated, deeply hurt, and at the same time scold men for being blind.

Yet, if men fixate on their assets, the women curse them as shameless scoundrels no better than beasts, oblivious to the fact that if they didn’t dress so provocatively, men wouldn’t be able to see what they shouldn’t.

The woman in front of him, despite being different from ordinary women in nature, shared the same trait---she was still a woman, and her contradictory thoughts were no different.

Luo Ziling’s intent to take advantage of her made her wary, yet being likened to an aunt left her feeling insulted, almost wishing she could voluntarily unrobe for Luo Ziling to take full advantage.

"Women are such a bother," was Luo Ziling’s inner lament.
