Twenty minutes later, Ning Fan arrived at an entertainment city in South City, where Baldy Qiang and a dozen of his men were waiting for him.

"There are ninety Power Pills in here, plus the ten from yesterday, that makes a hundred in total, worth ten million for the mansion. You shouldn’t be losing out,"

Ning Fan took out a bottle that contained ninety Power Pills, intending to hand it to Baldy Qiang.

"Mr. Ning, let’s forget about these Power Pills. I happily gave you the mansion voluntarily, and if you give me these Power Pills, it might make me seem insincere," Baldy Qiang said calmly as he pushed the bottle back.

He gifted the mansion to Ning Fan, hoping Ning could help him connect with Xu Yourong, not to trade it for some phony dog turd pills.

"You don’t believe that each Power Pill is worth a hundred thousand?" Ning Fan glanced at Baldy Qiang and said indifferently.

"Cough cough, of course I believe it, how could I, Baldy Qiang, not believe what Mr. Ning says. In my view, each Power Pill could be worth a million, so just ten would suffice as a gift for your mansion,"

Baldy Qiang said with a forced smile.

"Alright, if you don’t want them, I’ll give you something else."

Ning Fan nodded, put away the bottle, and scanned the casually tossed paper parcel on the table.

The paper was torn, and two of the ten Power Pills inside had spilled out.

Ning Fan could tell that Baldy Qiang didn’t believe in the Power Pills at all.

Just then, a sudden ’boom’ thundered from outside.

The doors of the entertainment city collapsed with a loud bang.

Following that, a group of fierce and menacing men appeared at the entrance.

Leading them were two tower-like muscular men.

The two were brothers, and like Baldy Qiang, they were also underworld bosses in South City. Their surname happened to be Bear, so outsiders jokingly called them Big Bear and Second Bear.

Big Bear and Second Bear, just like Baldy Qiang, wanted to fight for control of the underworld in South City. The two sides had deep animosity, and they chose today, when Baldy Qiang had few men around, to launch a surprise attack.

"Baldy Qiang, if we don’t cripple you today, we’re not worthy of the Bear surname!"

Big Bear and Second Bear waved their hands, and a hundred burly men with steel pipes and machetes charged forward, shouting as they surged up.

"Holy shit! Big Bear, Second Bear, you’re really fucking despicable! The Ghost Festival Boxing Meeting is about to start, and you’re using such sneaky tactics!"

Baldy Qiang was taken aback. He had only brought about a dozen men with him, never expecting to be suddenly attacked.

"So what if it’s a sneaky trick? Hehe, Baldy Qiang, once we cripple you, there’s no need for you to attend this year’s Ghost Festival Boxing Meeting!"

Big Bear and Second Bear sneered as their men charged forward. In no time, they knocked down a few of Baldy Qiang’s men and pressed on directly toward Baldy Qiang himself.

"If I’m going down today, you save yourself, Mr. Ning. I can’t look after you anymore,"

Baldy Qiang’s face was extremely grim as he grabbed a steel pipe and flung himself into the fray with desperation.

But what could one man do against the tide? He was quickly overwhelmed by the attackers and knocked to the ground.

It seemed that Baldy Qiang, the mighty underworld boss, would indeed be crippled, or even killed, right there.

"Baldy Qiang, considering the mansion you gave me yesterday, I’ll teach you a lesson today and let you see the power of these Power Pills,"

At that moment, Ning Fan suddenly smiled, glanced around, and noticed a subordinate of Baldy Qiang, nicknamed Skinny Monkey, being beaten and crying out with his mouth open.

Ning Fan picked up one of the scattered Power Pills from the table and flicked it with his finger.

Big Bear and Second Bear looked at Baldy Qiang and his men as if they were fools.

A moment later, after Baldy Qiang swallowed the Power Pill, his whole face turned red, feeling the power brought on by the pill, he punched the solid wooden table surface.

The tough, thick wooden table was instantly smashed to splinters by Baldy Qiang’s fist!

"Haha! Big Bear, Second Bear, dare to insult Mr. Ning, I’ll let you personally experience the power of these Power Pills!" Baldy Qiang roared with laughter.

"What?" Big Bear and Second Bear’s pupils contracted instantly.
