Chapter 903: Chapter 467 Two Souls Three Realms_2

Ivita perceived the true power of the Dark Soul. All logical experiences and memories are derivatives of existence, and the essence of existence is reality.

Now, he was entirely capable of making dreams come true. There were only a few effective forces left that could stand in his way.

In the Dark Magic Forest, the most common forces that could stop him were only the Law, the hidden Spirits, and the witches who also wielded these powers.

Still, the power of the Law should not be underestimated.

Ivita thought, now he could manipulate existence through the Dark Soul, and leave the Existential Abyss, which he could never find an exit from before obtaining the Dark Soul.

But just then, Ivita’s pupils suddenly contracted because he sensed someone had actually entered his Existential Abyss.

It was a wooden person holding a drum, with a body similar to a monkey puppet. The puppet was beating the drum in its hands, producing strange music that disrupted the common laws of the world, allowing this wooden person to enter his Existential Abyss.

Yet Ivita was not afraid, for with the Dark Soul, he could twist anything at will. The thing in the monkey puppet’s hands was magical but was just a trivial matter for him now.

Ivita spoke, "Lord, were you the one behind the scenes in Lombardy and with Ambros?"

"Lord Ivita, hello," Pinocchio stopped drumming. He looked toward the three great realms behind Ivita, his eyes flickering; he was late.

The intended annihilation had become a foolish fantasy.

Pinocchio quickly adjusted his mentality, the smile on the puppet’s face growing more eerie. "I’ve come here to celebrate your successful creation of the Soul of Darkness."

"Congratulations on your great achievement, I truly rejoice for you."

Pinocchio touched his nose and found it had grown longer again.

Ivita scoffed. Coming to his Existential Abyss to celebrate him?

What an unusual way to celebrate.

Could it be that behind this puppet is the Empire and the Kingdom of Alsace?

But where did they find such a capable character?

Ivita said, "How did you find the royal tomb deep in the Star Realm, and how did you find my Existential Abyss?"

"Since you can enter here, it means your true body is currently inside the royal tomb."

Pinocchio, concealing the long unrest in his heart, eagerly said to Ivita, "You know, finding out the operating location of Alsace’s royal tomb deep in the Star Realm is indeed difficult. My master’s domain of influence does not lie in the Star Realm."

"But we have a strong hold in the Dark Magic Forest. We sent someone to infiltrate Alsace’s royal tomb, used magic to shift from the material world to the Ether World, and then into the Starlight World, entering the royal tomb located in the Star Realm from the material layer. Although slightly difficult, it was not a big deal for my master behind the scenes."

Ivita was slightly astonished when he heard his method.

It might sound easy, but the resources it probably consumed could make Mighty Divine Power hurt.

Moreover, the fact they had people secretly infiltrate the royal tomb indicated they might not be from Alsace or the Empire.

Who are they with then?

Ivita invoked the Dark Soul and transported both himself and Pinocchio out of his Existential Abyss, and they appeared simultaneously in the royal tomb.

Ivita, wanting to test Pinocchio’s backing force to see if they were foes or friends, thus not wishing to involve the four Honored Emperor Gods, willed the Boundary-breaking Bronze Boat to carry them away from God Charlemagne’s territory to the outside of the royal tomb, as fighting inside would alert God Charlemagne.

Ivita asked Pinocchio, "Who are you?"

Pinocchio found that he could no longer enter Ivita’s Existential Abyss, and starting from the destruction of the Existential Abyss, after annihilating Ivita’s existence, he felt very disappointed inside.

One wrong move in chess leads to another.

He was slow to act, which now put him in an awkward situation.

Pinocchio smiled and said, "Lord Ivita, you may call me Pinocchio. I am a peace-loving person."

He noticed that his nose had grown a bit longer.

Ivita raised an eyebrow. "You said your family head is very influential. Lord Pinocchio, we have met, but have I met your family head?"

Pinocchio bowed to Ivita. "My master has not been seen by others for a long time, so surely you have not met him. However, my master is keenly aware and informed; he knows about most events in the Magic Black Forest, unless they are too secretive."

"My master also wishes to offer a small, well-meaning piece of advice to Lord Ivita."

Ivita’s eyebrows twitched. "Speak."

Pinocchio said, "My master believes that you should not incite a civil war within the Magic Black Forest at this moment. The natural process of the grudges between the Frankish people, the Alsasians, and the Empire should be allowed to manifest outcomes first. The grievances between the Empire, the northern Tevryl Duchy, and the heretic nations should also reach their outcomes. It is a vast and grand blueprint, and everyone is a chess piece in my master’s observation of the world."

When Pinocchio mentioned his master, he became somewhat incoherent and overly excited. "Lord Ivita, have you ever played Beast Fight Chess? Imagine a great being sitting high in the sky, overlooking the continent with every nation as a chess piece on the board."

"My master sits in that high position, observing everything, discerning everything, and then recording the outcomes. What a magnificent process, what a grand creation it is."

Ivita coughed, interrupting Pinocchio’s frenzy, and asked, "But what does this have to do with me?"

Pinocchio looked down at Ivita and said, "The civil war you initiated among the heirs disrupted my master’s usual plans. He had high hopes for you, but what you are doing is hindering his experiment."

"I want to negotiate with you."

Ivita coldly said, "There’s no need to play the role of an envoy, the Magic Black Forest is replete with Laws, and treating them as mere chess pieces is hardly sound."

Pinocchio spoke nervously, "That is the greatness of my master. He is very familiar with the Laws, but he believes that the Laws alone are not enough. Or rather, most of these current Laws were once under his control."

"Therefore, he is not afraid of the Laws, and he understands their characteristics very well. The Laws you hold, he is also well-acquainted with them."

Ivita was suddenly startled, unsure whether Pinocchio was boasting or speaking the truth. However, if it was the truth, then the identity of Pinocchio’s master was very suspicious.

This was definitely not someone Oyo III and they could control; this indicated that Pinocchio did not belong to the forces of the Empire or Alsace.

Considering this, Ivita again probed, "According to what you’ve said, the conflicts between the Frankish people and the Empire were guided by your master, and so it is manageable. I can swiftly take control of the Empire and Alsace Kingdom without disrupting your master’s plan, as national turmoil is quite common."

"I am young, strong, and more assertive, making it easier for me to clash with the Frankish people."

"In this sense, we could still become friends. Unless you are siding with the Kingdom of Frank?"

Pinocchio blinked. "That actually makes sense; I was thinking too narrowly before. Turns out we can cooperate. Enemies of the past can become friends of today, that’s not bad. We do not stand behind any nation; even the Kingdom of Frank is not worthy of serious consideration by my master."

"So rest assured, Lord Ivita, we will not help the Frankish people. But please hurry, because we do not want the internal turmoil between the Empire and Alsace to last too long. It would affect our experiment."

Ivita frowned, the other party seemed lofty as if they were some hidden, Mighty Divine Power’s Spirit.

Conducting a sociological survey here?

Ivita continued probing. "Was the previous turmoil in Alsace related to your master?"

Pinocchio shook his head. "Not at all related. However, that turmoil was a pleasant surprise for us. We try not to interfere with others’ affairs. We only occasionally make contact to observe their reactions, which is fundamental to observational studies."
