Chapter 871: Chapter 453 Igniting the Divine Fire_3

Lottel God whispered, "What if He is unwilling?"

God Charlemagne, without even blinking an eye in His God’s Eye, replied, "Then we will have to resort to violence. Gods cannot die, but they can be weakened and sealed."

"After all, seizing another god’s Divine Power and domain isn’t new to us."

The two sons of God Charlemagne showed a knowing look, for they truly were experts in this field; even in the Tomb of the Gods, they still acted according to their own will, extremely domineering.

What They did not know was that while They were discussing these matters, some Divine Power within the deepest part of Ivita was also observing Them.

By the time Ivita regained his senses, he found, to his surprise, that his three Honored Emperor Gods had come to a consensus to capture a god to help him kindle the Divine Fire.

Although Ivita was tempted, he still needed to maintain his dignity, so at first, he politely demurred, "This doesn’t seem right, troubling you, my esteemed ancestors."

Lottel God, speaking on behalf of his father, said to Ivita, "It’s not without conditions; we hope you can become The Emperor and enhance the Empire in the future, so our efforts would not be wasted."

Ivita was about to speak when suddenly, his inner world shook violently, clearly an indication that someone in the outside world was attacking his physical body.

Ivita found that the straw man given to him by the Eastern witch had already acted once and had teleported him through the void.

A divine voice reached into Ivita’s inner world.

"Well done, lad, it turned out to be you, you bastard. I actually found you. Hahaha, you’ve also entered the Tomb of the Gods; I don’t need to wait a hundred years to return before I can kill you."

Ivita was taken aback, suddenly recalling, isn’t this the female Sea God of the Black Sea?

His Light Soul had devoured her God Divinity, which is what made it start to become so powerful.

On that day, when she had her God Divinity taken away by his divine incarnation, he thought she might not be able to reach the Tomb of the Gods, but unexpectedly, she appeared here.

Well, having her God Divinity taken away meant she just devolved into a Demigod or was left with merely feeble Divine Power.

God Charlemagne asked Ivita, "That deity with the weak Divine Power outside, does she have a past with you?"

Ivita quickly replied, "I am her enemy, but she has weak Divine Power? I remember her God Divinity was devoured by some other entity. How could she still have Divine Power, even if it’s weak?"

God Charlemagne explained simply, "That’s quite normal. I suspect the God Divinity taken from her by other gods was her main God’s Office. But the gods are all beings that leave many contingencies; she likely hid some God’s Offices or aspects she acquired in her early years elsewhere, waiting for an opportunity to rise again."

God Charlemagne looked at his two sons. "I just mentioned going to find a god with weak Divine Power to willingly offer a contribution to Little Ivita, and I didn’t expect this weak deity to take the initiative to come to us."

Lottel God strongly agreed. "Father, your foresight is admirable."

The third son, Louis God, was puzzled: "But wasn’t Pepin guarding the outside? How did he not stop that rash female Sea God? Where did he go?"

Lottel God spoke disdainfully of Pepin, "His character is known to all. Isn’t he fond of playing tricks? He fears that the Empire might have a capable The Emperor, threatening his Kingdom of Frank, so he would engage in petty schemes."

"Wasn’t it he who instigated you to rebel against me when I was still a mortal The Emperor?"

God Charlemagne reminded his sons, "Let’s not bring up the past."

"It’s pointless."

Ivita felt his stand-in doll activate another time; his physical body was teleported through the void once more. He quickly said to the three ancestor gods, "Please help me subdue that female Sea God and persuade her to assist me in kindling the Divine Fire."

"She has attacked me twice in succession; it’s time to settle the score."

The three deity figures were momentarily stunned, and God Charlemagne laughed heartily. "Good, my descendent should be exactly this shameless."
