Rose gave a sheepish smile as she bowed back at them.

Jane went forward and hugged Jordan too. His hands automatically went to her back but he did not know his action was making Liam super jealous.

Liam couldn’t help but shift uncomfortably in his seat as he saw Jordan holding Jane’s back.

His little actions were noticed by the elders who couldn’t help but giggle, mother Lu and Mother Yang smiling approvingly.

They broke the hug and Liam felt more than relieved seeing his brother’s hands away from his woman.

Jordan took the microphone and waved at the crowd.

"Who knew that the mysterious president was always together with us and that she was going to give her position to us?"

His statement made the crowd shake their heads as they smiled.

"I will be a fool to not take this wonderful gift from Jane..no, from my sister-in-law...hehehe.."

He sheepishly laughed as the fans genuinely cheered hearing the in law term being used.

"Now that it belongs to Rose and I, nothing, including the name will change, our only priority right now will be to nurture your talents. We will not care whether you are new in the industry, as long as you have the talent, JL will nurtue you and nobody will question you!"

His voice suddenly became serious making everyone act serious as well but his words made most of the newbies shade tears. Joining JL is everyone’s dream and hearing Jordan’s words now made them more than excited!

Thunderous claps echoed the venue as some went as far as standing.

Jordan bowed down and gave Rose the microphone,

"I know most of you have been subjected to bullying in the industry but for the artists under JL, I will make sure to cover you the same way Jane covered me years back."

Once again, a thunderous applause echoed as most people nodded their heads, agreeing with Jane’s choice. With the two, most believed that JL was going to hit yet another frightening level. Just like that, they also became a target of many CEOS who wanted to expand into showbiz.

Alice and Anna were burning with jealousy. Why does it always have to be Rose!

Anna couldn’t accept that! Looking at the way The Yang’s are reacting towards her, she is sure Rose will get married to Jordan in future but that is not what she wants!

"Humph!"

She couldn’t help but look away, lest she does something unacceptable.

Cynthia studied the chemistry between the two but she smirked wondering how The Yang’s will react when Rose embarrasses them?

Rose and Jordan completed their speech and the people started interacting, exactly what Cynthia wanted.

Waiters started passing by with wine and Jordan grabbed one for himself and another one for Rose.

The rest also grabbed their glasses of wine as Liam stuck to Jane not knowing the girl had a surprise for him tonight.

Jordan and Rose were surrounded by many people who wanted to partner with them, some trying to flirt with either of the two.

Others were surrounding the Lu and Yang couples, shamelessly wanting to impress them for either their sons or daughters.

Cynthia was watching with a smirk as Rose drank her wine but she suddenly felt a headache and thought she was having too much wine.

As she was about to walk back and put the wine glass on the table, a waiter bumped into her.

"You moron! Can’t you see where you are going dimness??"

Her loud voice attracted everyone who turned to face her direction.

The waiter noticed this and bowed down asking for forgiveness.

"I am sorry Miss, please forgive.."

He did not finish when he received a sharp slap, making him almost fall.

"Such a lowlife! Who do you think you are? Huh? Offending the Princess of the Xi family Huh!"

Cynthia was now screaming but nobody stepped forward to help her, instead they wanted to get some juicy story.

Nicole on the other hand flinched hearing the name Xi but Mother Lu held her hand tightly, making the girl remember her promise and she immediately relaxed.

By now, people had taken out their phones to record.

The waiter staggered back and fell directly on mother Yang’s feet. The woman, who never cared about class went down to help the waiter when Cynthia’s voice echoed.

"Hahaha! You old hag! who do you think you are helping Huh?"

The whole venue suddenly went silent when suddenly a slap echoed.

"If you dare say another foul word about either Mrs Yang or this waiter over here, I will personally end your career!"

Rose’s voice echoed making Cynthia stiffen a little but this only irked her further.

"What are you going to do bitch? Do you know my family has a whole connection with the Mafia gang, I can just kill you just like I.."

"CYNTHIA XI!" Her brother’s voice echoed the venue while the rest of the people were left in shock.

Mafia gang? Killing? The worst part is that she insulted Thee Mrs Yang! Everyone knows how scary this woman is!
