Chapter 998: Chapter 967 Inspection Work
He Tiantian saw this, shook her head with a smile, and said, "Alright, everyone keep up the good work, I’m just here to take a look."
Qin Suyue was very excited but didn’t put down her work because there were many customers. She just had to have her employees speed up their work, hoping to finish quickly and get praised by the big boss.
He Tiantian nodded at everyone and then entered the shop.
Sun Sihao was in the shop, inspecting the hygiene conditions.
"Uncle Sun, you’ve been working hard." He Tiantian approached with a smile, having briefly noticed that the shop was more organized than before, no wonder sales were climbing.
When Sun Sihao saw He Tiantian, he thought he was mistaken, rubbed his eyes, and indeed, it was He Tiantian.
"Tiantian, is it really you?" Sun Sihao exclaimed excitedly, "Come, let’s go to the office, it’s too hot back here."
He Tiantian shook her head and refused, "Come on, I’ll go around with you and take a look."
"Ok, I’ll show you around," Sun Sihao laughed, "But before we go, you need to change into a sterilized work uniform."
"Sure!" He Tiantian agreed, indeed it wasn’t appropriate to wear clothes from outside in there, especially now that production had increased, necessitating greater caution in all aspects.
He Tiantian then changed into a sterilized white work uniform before following Sun Sihao inside.
Even Sun Sihao had to check his work badge upon entering.
As for He Tiantian, not having a work badge meant she was questioned for quite a while until Sun Sihao vouched for her, allowing her inside.
Inside, everyone was wearing white chef uniforms and hats, ensuring hygiene as much as possible.
After looking around inside, everything was well-organized, and He Tiantian was very satisfied.
After coming out, He Tiantian changed back into her regular clothes and returned to the office with Sun Sihao.
"Tiantian, I’ll get you a work badge later, so next time you can come in without being questioned," Sun Sihao said somewhat apologetically; it didn’t seem right that the big boss had been stopped and could not enter the workshop.
He Tiantian nodded and replied, "No need, I don’t come here often anyway. I’m confident leaving the shop in Uncle Sun’s hands."
"Thank you for your trust," Sun Sihao was very excited. He had received a share of the profits and various bonuses from the shop, and in Nan City, he was considered wealthy.
Moreover, Sun Sihao was good at investing, especially in real estate, which he used for investments.
Over the years, the properties he gradually acquired had increased significantly in value.
Furthermore, they were getting older, and he and his wife had enough to retire comfortably without the desire to start their own business, focusing on doing well here for a promising future.
After sitting for a while, He Tiantian smiled and said, "Uncle Sun, you can go back to your tasks, I’ll go check on Uncle Qian."
"I’m not busy today; I’ll go with you," Sun Sihao said, "It’s also a good chance to talk about the situation in Nan City."
"Great! Let’s go together then," He Tiantian nodded, and they got into the car together.
Qian Shikun was mainly responsible for acquiring livestock and poultry on the outskirts of the city. Every morning, they would slaughter them there and then send them to the shops in the city for processing.
Over the years, the business at Sanfeng Bridge had been good partly because of the seasoning, good service, and also because of the quality of the raw materials.
The father and cousin of Wu Youliang were responsible for the supplies, and they had been reliable over the years.
However, because of the large demand, Qian Shikun and Sun Sihao had decided that the Wu Family couldn’t be solely responsible for supplying the raw materials; they had found another capable supplier as well.
Thus, not only was competition between the two businesses improved, but it also made them devote more energy and develop a sense of crisis.
Even with different suppliers, there was no price competition — they simply offered quality goods at market prices.
Though the effort was substantial, the profits were lucrative, and both suppliers were happy.
Half an hour later, they arrived at the suburban outskirts of the city.
Qian Shikun was inspecting the area, visibly taking his duties seriously.
"Tiantian is here. There’s some odor here; let’s sit in the office," Qian Shikun called out, noting that despite the cleanliness, there was still a slight smell.
He Tiantian smiled and said, "Uncle Qian, I am here to inspect the work, so let’s go inside and take a look around."
"Haha, sure, as long as you don’t mind the smell," Qian Shikun laughed. "This way, I’ll take you around. If there’s anything substandard, point it out, and I’ll correct it immediately."
Qian Shikun, with a hearty tone, led them inside.
However, he also wore a clean suit outside.
Though there was some odor, the place was very clean, with a dozen workers continuously cleaning.
He Tiantian did not find anything inappropriate, so she followed Qian Shikun back to the office.
"How about it? Tiantian, you’re satisfied, aren’t you?" Qian Shikun asked with a smile. Now, not only was his salary pleasant but also because He Tiantian had helped him find his family, Qian Shikun felt deeply grateful to her.
"Satisfied. I’m very relieved having the Nan City business in the hands of the two uncles," He Tiantian smiled. "Uncle Qian, here’s a can of medicinal tea for you."
Sun Sihao indicated the cup he was carrying and laughed, "I’ve already had some. It tastes good, really refreshing for the mouth and throat."
"Anything from Tiantian is good," Qian Shikun laughed. "Then I won’t be shy. It’s almost noon; let’s go have lunch together."
He Tiantian declined, "No, I have three kids at home. I can’t join you uncles for lunch now, but another day, I’ll gather everyone, and we can eat out together."
Seeing He Tiantian put it that way, Sun Sihao and Qian Shikun did not insist further.
Regarding today’s surprise inspection, He Tiantian was quite satisfied. As long as they maintained such attention to detail, the business at Sanfeng Bridge in Nan City was sure to flourish more and more.
Upon arriving home, it happened to be mealtime.
The little one, Huo Ruifeng, upon seeing his mom, clung to her and refused to stay with dad.
"Ah, you little delicate thing," He Tiantian muttered, pinching his little face.
The little guy just kept giggling, unaware that his mom was talking about him.
This little guy didn’t care about anything else; he just knew he hadn’t seen his mom for a long time and missed her terribly, wanting to stick by her.
By naptime, the little guy refused to sleep; he would cry whenever he was away from He Tiantian.
He Tiantian could do nothing else but specifically tend to him.
Finally, when he fell asleep, He Tiantian glared at Huo Yingjie and said, "Look at your son, so clingy, such a delicate thing."
"Yeah, after you left, he wasn’t happy at all. Luckily, Ruimin and Ruihua were here to keep him entertained, or else it would have been chaos," Huo Yingjie said with a rueful smile. "I don’t know who this little guy takes after!"
"Of course, he takes after you; you were just as clingy when you were little," He Tiantian accused.
