"How can we wait? That person has already demanded that I and Tang Xinliang be ready tomorrow, to proceed based on the materials in Boss’s safety deposit box," Qian Miaomiao said. "You know Boss’s habits; before conducting an experiment, he does a comprehensive theoretical analysis. The experiments we usually do are based on these analyses. Maybe if someone else gets those materials, they really could complete the project, right?"

Qian Miaomiao felt choked up inside; how could this be allowed?

Zhou Yuanchao squinted his eyes, fuming with rage, and said, "They’re planning to kill the donkey after it has done its job, pluck the peaches!"

"Zhou Yuanchao, we can’t see Boss right now, and you are our backbone; what do we do?" Qian Miaomiao asked. "We should all ask for them to release Boss, to let us continue the experiments!"

Zhou Yuanchao thought for a moment and said, "You go find Chief Engineer Sun, go see Boss, ask Boss what exactly is going on!"

"Alright, I’ll do my best," Qian Miaomiao promised, hurrying off to find Chief Engineer Sun.

However, Chief Engineer Sun was very busy and did not see Qian Miaomiao or Tang Xinliang.

Huo Yingjie laughed and said, "But the person who gave Elder Hao the money hasn’t been found yet, still in the institute. Don’t you all feel anxious, scared?"
