Zhang Xian noticed Mo Shaoyun’s green face and secretly yelled, "Oh no, Shen Nanshan has gotten himself into trouble."

Although she didn’t know what Mo Shaoyun was thinking or why she was adamantly focused on him, there was no doubt that Mo Shaoyun wouldn’t allow him to have any impure relations with other women.

Before, she was most afraid of Zhu Qing. Now, Mo Shaoyun was added to the list.

As a man, many things and situations put him at an absolute disadvantage with his relationship with Zhang Xian.

"Who are you calling brother-in-law?" Mo Shaoyun asked coldly again.

"Speak up." Zhu Qing came running too.

Mu Cheng, Dong Qian, and Xiao Nan followed right behind her, five pairs of beautiful eyes were glaring at Shen Nanshan.

Among them, Mu Cheng’s face was a bit ugly. Regardless of whether it was for Mo Shaoyun or Zhu Qing, Shen Nanshan wouldn’t end up with a good result, no matter which woman’s name he uttered.

And more importantly, he was worried that this fool might inadvertently sell him out.

Mo Shaoyun was stunned as she watched Zhu Qing, not understanding her intention. Weren’t those supposed to be her lines? After all, she was the one engaged to Zhang Xian! What was this all about?

"I...I was asking for you." Zhu Qing grinned awkwardly.

Dong Qian blinked her big eyes, a bit puzzled. Mu Cheng looked nervous, fearing they would sell her out.

Xiao Nan was detached from the situation, gleefully watching Zhang Xian. She was wondering how he’d respond. Brother-in-law was no easy title to bear; after all, Shaoyun had no younger brothers in Tiandu.

"Explain clearly." Mo Shaoyun said coldly.

"Um, I need to use the restroom." Zhang Xian said, before letting out a series of profusely loud, unharmonious sounds.

The sounds were loud, fluctuating heavily, with a surging passion, like a rushing river, full of force.

Mo Shaoyun and the other girls were stunned, their faces turning slightly dark.

Gao Longfei, Xu Lei, and Shen Nanshan’s eyes widened in disbelief, staring at Zhang Xian. "Damn, what a great trick! Can he fart on demand? And loudly at that?"

"Can I go now?" Zhang Xian looked at Mo Shaoyun, "I can’t hold it."

"Go quickly." Mo Shaoyun turned her head away.

Zhang Xian sighed in relief and ran off, soon disappearing from everyone’s view.

By the time lunch was over, everyone had sat down. Grateful for Zhang Xian saving his life, Uncle Jiao had kindly prepared a full table of dishes.

Unfortunately, the star, Zhang Xian, was not present.

Mo Shaoyun frowned and asked, "Where’s Zhang Xian?"

"Um, sis...." Gao Longfei was about to address her as sister-in-law but swiftly corrected himself, "He’s probably still in the restroom."

"Are you serious?" Zhu Qing widened her eyes. "He went there around three, and it’s already past six. Does it take him three hours to poop?"

Mo Shaoyun’s mouth twitched unnaturally, and she asked," Who wants to go call Zhang Xian for dinner?"

There was a silent agreement between Gao Longfei and Xu Lei as they both turned to look at Shen Nanshan. This mess was created by Shen Nanshan, it was his responsibility to sort it out. What could they do, he was the fool after all.

The meal ended quickly under the suppressed atmosphere.

After taking a short break, Mo Shaoyun frowned and said, "What’s taking Zhang Xian so long? Does he plan on spending the night in there?"

"Who knows!" Xiao Nan shrugged.

"I have to say, he really has determination." Mo Shaoyun admiringly stated.

"Yeah! Never get into a stubborn match with that guy, he can squat in the restroom for four hours." Xiao Nan nodded in agreement.

Hearing this, Mo Shaoyun suddenly burst into laughter. Strangely enough, after hearing what Xiao Nan had just said, she couldn’t help but find Zhang Xian amusingly endearing. He got so flustered over minor matters that he could hide in the bathroom for four hours.

"Gosh, I don’t know when that goofy guy will be out." Xiao Nan leaned against the wall, complaining with frustration.

"Why?" asked Mo Shaoyun.

"I’ve held it in for quite a while now. It’s getting hard to hold back any longer," replied Xiao Nan, seemingly tormented.

Mo Shaoyun rolled her eyes at him. Zhang Xian had been occupying the only bathroom in the house for four hours, none of them had been able to go. Was he trying to monopolize the toilet?

"Sigh, I suppose I’ll have to drag him out," she concluded.

A moment later, Xiao Nan couldn’t bear it any longer and had reached her limit.

She rushed over to the bathroom, banging on the door impatiently, "Zhang Xian! Just how long are you planning to camp out in there?"

"What the..." exclaimed Zhang Xian, wide-eyed in alarm.

The bathroom door was really just a plank of wood without a lock. When Xiao Nan banged on it, it flung open, exposing Zhang Xian inside. Startled, he quickly covered up his privates, scolding, "What do you think you’re doing? Doing your peeping in broad daylight?"

"You..." Xiao Nan turned her head away, clenched her legs together and bit out, "I need to pee urgently. Hurry up and get out."

"No, I will stay in a while longer. And could you please stop pestering me?" replied Zhang Xian with no intention of leaving.

"I need to pee! Once I’m done, you can squat in there for as long as you like. I don’t care anymore," Xiao Nan snapped angrily.

"That’s precisely why I’m not coming out," replied Zhang Xian with a smug smile, "I was in the bathroom for a full four hours, not for nothing. You’ll just have to hang on a bit longer. I’ll come out when I’m ready."

"Get out, now!" Xiao Nan gritted her teeth, pressing her hand on her lower belly, "I really can’t hold it in any longer. Don’t push me!"

"What? You’re not really going to barge in here, are you? I’ll scream, you know!"

"Why don’t you drop dead?" Xiao Nan fumed, "Are you coming out or not?"

Zhang Xian finally opened the door, glancing at Xiao Nan, who really did seem to be in discomfort. He decided to stop hogging the bathroom, pulled his pants up, and walked out nonchalantly.

"Scumbag!" cursed Xiao Nan as she quickly raced into the bathroom.

"Watch out! I was just chatting with a mouse in there. Try not to step on him," said Zhang Xian, buckling his belt as he sauntered away.

"Aah..." A high-pitched scream suddenly rang out as Xiao Nan dashed out of the bathroom and leaped onto Zhang Xian, clinging onto him tightly, "There’s a mouse in there!"

"What’s there to be afraid of a mouse..." Zhang Xian began.

But all of a sudden, he felt warmth around his waist, followed by a fluid trickling down his abdomen.

Xiao Nan buried her head into Zhang Xian’s shoulder, holding on tightly around his neck. If one could see her face, they would notice it was as red as the rising sun, blushing brightly.

"What the heck are you doing?" Zhang Xian asked.

Xiao Nan shivered slightly but did not answer nor did she dare to.

Her biggest fear was rats - a common fear among women. She’d just pulled down her pants ready to relieve herself when she caught sight of a mouse. She ran out of the bathroom without even pulling her underwear back up.

What followed was that she leaped onto Zhang Xian and, the high-stress situation led her to give in to the intense urge she had been trying to resist.

"You should get down first," Zhang Xian suggested.

Xiao Nan shook her head, clinging onto Zhang Xian’s neck as if saying she’d rather die than let go.

"No... I mean... You can’t just keep holding onto me like this, can you? I haven’t even eaten yet," Zhang Xian said, a deadpan expression on his face.

Although he enjoyed being held by Xiao Nan, the sweet fragrance of her, the soft peaks of her chest pressed against him...it was pleasing and gratifying, but this scene couldn’t be seen by anyone else.

If Mo Shaoyun found out that he was fooling around with Xiao Nan behind her back, the consequences would be hundreds of times worse than if he were fooling around with any other woman. Xiao Nan was Mo Shaoyun’s best friend.

"Nothing happened just now," Xiao Nan suddenly let go of Zhang Xian, quickly pulling up her white panties.

When she dashed out, she hadn’t even put her panties back on. By the time she was done peeing, her clothes remained dry, while Zhang Xian’s pants were soaked.

"Sigh..." Zhang Xian heaved a sigh and walked away.

Watching Zhang Xian leave, Xiao Nan squatted down and began to cry. After this embarrassing incident, how could she face Zhang Xian in the future?

"What...what the hell happened here?"

Back in the main room, Mo Shaoyun and the others all wore confused expressions upon seeing the wet patch on Zhang Xian’s pants. Could it be that he hadn’t even managed to undo his pants after sitting on the toilet for four hours straight?

"Is there any food left? I’m starving!" Zhang Xian said as he sat down at the table.

No one responded, they just crowded around him with a mix of incredulous and scornful looks. How could a grown man still wet his pants like a child?
