Chapter 481: Chapter 481 What the Hell are You Tolerating?_1

It was nearing the dead of night. The streets were devoid of people, eerily quiet as if a storm was imminent.

In the streets of Seoul, South Korea, a shadow darted swiftly under the dim streetlights, running at such speed that it was comparable to a high-speed train, kicking up a gusty rush of wind.

If anyone passed by, they would undoubtedly be startled by this speed.

Regrettably, there was no one on the street. At this moment, most people were already in dreamland, and this place was far from the bustling areas.

"Huh..."

Upon arriving in front of a large building, Zhang Xian’s brows furrowed tightly upon spotting two figures lingering at the entrance, smoking and chatting idly.

Not far ahead, the two were both masters of the Innate Realm, one an East Asian, and the other Caucasian, conversing in English.

He might not have suspected anything elsewhere, but once he realised that the Sharpshooter was stationed in this very building, he had no choice but to associate these two men with him. The three of them were on the same side.

"Hmm? That guy..."

The Caucasian casually turned his head, spotting Zhang Xian around a corner. He immediately threw his cigarette down and ordered, "That’s the guy. Kill him."

The East Asian man composed himself, discarded his cigarette and charged straight at Zhang Xian.

The speed at which two Innate Realm masters could strike was astonishing. Within two breaths, they covered the distance of over ten meters and were upon him, emanating an overwhelming force.

"So it’s the assassins from Skynet. They must have been instructed to kill me" Zhang Xian quickly retreated to avoid a sneak attack from the Sharpshooter.

Skynet’s headquarters were completely obliterated just this afternoon. They couldn’t have gotten the news so quickly. Jerry wouldn’t have been foolish enough to leak information to Skynet.

The sudden appearance of the assassins revealed that Skynet had already marked him for execution. Three arrived with the first attack, and two of them were formidable A-Class assassins.

"Die..."

A series of crackling sounds emanated from within the Caucasian’s body, as if his bones were shifting around.

The moment the sound started, his physique visibly bulked up at an observable speed. He rapidly transformed from a small face to a muscular man with a punch full of explosive power.

"What kind of strange technique is this?" Zhang Xian was taken aback.

The previously thin Caucasian had suddenly transformed into a person known as Big Head, with a significant increase in power; this left him mildly surprised.

However, he was no ordinary person himself, and so he did not pay it too much attention, once again dodging the strike.

He was still at the mouth of the alley and the Sharpshooter had not yet appeared. He might not feel any pressure against two A-Class assassins, but with the addition of the Sharpshooter, he had to be cautious.

"Hmph, trying to escape?" After giving a cold laugh, the East Asian man abruptly disappeared.

When he reappeared, he emerged from the wall behind Zhang Xian, wielding a dagger with a cold glare and lunging at Zhang Xian’s throat with lethal intent.

"A ninja, huh?"

Zhang Xian pivoted and backed off a few more meters, distancing himself from the mouth of the alley.

"Huh?"

Seeing Zhang Xian dodge his attack left the ninja slightly surprised.

After a slight pause, the ninja launched another attack, closing the distance between Zhang Xian and himself in a few blinks. He chalked up the previous miss to luck on Zhang Xian part, rather than Zhang Xian using his strength to dodge his attack.

"Die, weakling of East Asia."

The muscular man let out a roar and the fist he threw, packed with tremendous power, felt like a cannonball aimed straight at Zhang Xian’s head.

"Who told you Eastern people are weak?" Zhang Xian gave a cold laugh as he prepared to counter-attack.

Just then, a silhouette appeared at the mouth of the alley. Within two breaths, he completed a series of actions – drawing a gun and firing, squeezing off two bullets at once.

This man was a Sharpshooter and his speed was incredibly fast.

The bullets he fired were methodically aimed, shooting diagonally, resulting in difficulty for the person at the targeted point to dodge.

"This guy is fierce." Zhang Xian found himself in a predicament, facing attacks from three people while dodging a bullet that was seemingly unavoidable.

The Sharpshooter behind him obviously had a wealth of combat experience. He didn’t aim for vital spots, but more often than not, in their bid to avoid, victims would expose their vital organs and get shot. Those woke rich combat experience would retreat and take a bullet head on, while the two close combat masters would launch their attacks. The collaboration amongst these three was seamless.

"Heh heh..." The Sharpshooter gave a weird smirk.

No matter the target, once he made his move, they basically had no chance of survival. He was an impeccable support.

Despite the previous miss at the target in front of him - making him sulk for a while, it wasn’t a problem. The lad opposite was as good as dead.

"Dammit..." Zhang Xian was annoyed.

Stimulate the Spiritual Energy within his body, he first created a wall of flames to engulf the muscular man, before grabbing hold of the ninja’s wrist.

"Shit..."

Enveloped in flames, the muscular man felt the scorching high temperature and intense corrosiveness but promptly mobilized the energy in his body to coat his surface and protect himself from the flames.

"Ugh..." A bullet pierced through Zhang Xian’s right shoulder.

Grimacing, he mustered a strong force with his right hand and twisted the Ninja’s right wrist in a swift motion, breaking it before quickly pulling back.

"Damn..." The Ninja yelled furiously and quickly retreated, with a hint of surprise in his eyes.

Even under those circumstances, the man in front of him had managed to react so quickly. What kind of speed was that? And what were those flames that had turned the muscular man’s roars into screams?

"Ah! I’ll kill you." The muscular man’s hair was completely burnt, he roared angrily, charging at Zhang Xian like a tank.

The sharpshooter behind saw that Zhang Xian had actually broken into their formation receiving only minor injuries, he was somewhat annoyed, and raised his hand to fire two shots, blocking Zhang Xian’s escape route.

"Haha..."

Zhang Xian laughed loudly, completely disregarding the two bullets coming his way, and punched the charging muscular man.

"Bang..." The two fists collided.

Zhang Xian grunted and stepped back twice, a blood arrow burst from his right shoulder wound.

"Oh my god......" The muscular man kept retreating.

He felt like his whole arm had lost its sensation, as if it didn’t belong to him. His gaze towards Zhang Xian was also filled with astonishment.

As a fighter of strength, he was at a disadvantage in a hard fight against a youngster, which was a great blow to him. How could a guy in his twenties be stronger than him?

"Damn, how can this guy be such a freak?" The sharpshooter was frustrated.

The two bullets he had fired earlier did not hit the target nor were they intended to. But if the target moved, they would certainly be hit.

However, the target just didn’t move, as if seeing through his intentions, causing his two bullets to miss completely, almost sticking to the target’s body as they flew past.

"Sharpshooter..."

Zhang Xian looked at the backline, smirked coldly and then a slash of spiritual energy slashed out with a wave of his hand.

"Watch out..." The ninja warned loudly.

The sharpshooter was a god of guns, but his own strength was a flaw. He was only a bit faster than ordinary people. When the ninja warned him, he didn’t react, and didn’t know what was going on.

"Puff..." A burst of spiritual energy penetrated the sharpshooter’s throat, a head flew high into the air, and landed not far away.

Post Acquired Peak masters can feel the existence of spiritual energy, Innate masters can avoid it, but the sharpshooter, an ordinary person, can’t feel it at all.

"Bang..."

Under the surprised gaze of the muscular man and the ninja, the sharpshooter’s body fell to the ground, blood dyeing the ground red.

"How can this be..." The ninja and the muscular man were puzzled.

The sharpshooter was always hiding behind and shooting in a sneaky manner, every mission he returned unscathed, providing them with perfect support.

This time, the sharpshooter died so unjustly, their target was incredibly strange. He was somehow able to attack from a distance, taking life from several meters away, so silently. It was freaking unbelievable!

"Go....."

The muscular man recovered and turned to run.

The ninja glanced at Zhang Xian, suddenly vanished in place.

"You think you can escape?"

Zhang Xian stepped forward, punching the back of the muscular man.

"Shit..."

The muscular man tried to dodge, but Zhang Xian’s speed was too fast, more horrifying than before, he was trapped with nowhere to evade, and was directly hit.

"Puff..."

A strong force surged into the muscular man’s body. At the same time as he fell forward, he tasted sweetness in his throat and couldn’t help but spurt blood, falling to the ground.

"Die!" Zhang Xian stepped out, ending the life of the muscular man.

From Skinny Monkey’s information, he knew that the A-Class Assassin knew limited information, so he didn’t bother to interrogate him. If he had to find someone, then it would be the three main instigators and the group leader. Those were the big shots.

"There’s one left..."

Zhang Xian turned around and walked to the wall. He punched.

"Ah..."

A scream suddenly rose, a figure appeared on the empty wall, it was the ninja who had disappeared earlier.

wiping the blood from the corner of his mouth, he looked at Zhang Xian and asked, "You...how did you find me? Impossible, you couldn’t decipher my ninjutsu."

"I really don’t know why you’re showing off your ninjutsu here. The jugglers in our Great Huaxia Circus are better than you. What the hell is your ninjutsu good for? Where can you hide?" Zhang Xian looked at the ninja, full of disdain. In front of a cultivator who possesses divine knowledge, this guy is actually playing hide-and-seek, isn’t this seeking death? In front of him, the ninjutsu is just trash.

"Impossible..." The ninja was greatly affected.

Zhang Xian didn’t want to argue with this guy. A few slaps over, he beat the ninja to death.

In front of ordinary people, ninjutsu might have room to shine. In front of him, it absolutely wouldn’t work. With a sweep of divine perception, no matter how the ninja hides, there’s nowhere to hide. What’s he hiding for?

"I won’t rest in peace..." The ninja died with his eyes wide open, he fell to the ground.

The reason he didn’t run was that he had absolute confidence in his ninjutsu, believing that the target couldn’t find him. But the result...If he had also chosen to run, he might have run far away by now.

"Another three settled. I wonder how many A-Class assassins your Skynet organization has, and when will the S-Class come out to strut."

Zhang Xian smirked coldly, walking out of the alley with an extremely joyful mood, even though he was injured. According to this situation continuing to develop, he knew that the three instigators might not be able to hold back anymore.
