Xia Xiaohua chuckled lightly. "It has nothing to do with the food. It’s because Yan Yan, Lin Ruoyi, and Du Xinyan all eat here. With the three most popular girls of the university gathered in one place, how could it not attract attention!"

Zhang Xian scratched his nose with a smirk.

So, this cafe was popular because these three beauties dined here. The beauty effect was far more powerful than any signboard.

Recalling something, he asked, "So, Yan Yan, your meals here should be free, right? If not, wouldn’t the owner cry themselves to death?"

Xia Xiaohua laughed, "You’re right! Yan Yan eats here for free."

"Seriously, so this is a thing?"

"Brother-in-law, you come with me to fetch the food. Xiaohua, you keep our seats."

Zhang Xian nodded and followed Zhu Yan to pick up their meal. Once they collected their food from the counter, they returned to their table.

It wasn’t bad eating in the cafe alongside Zhu Yan. Their servings had plenty of fish and meat, which looked quite appetizing. No wonder the cafeteria was so popular—it did have its merits.

A plastic tray was suddenly placed on the table, making a dull sound.

Zhu Yan and Xia Xiaohua were startled and about to yell. Seeing who it was, their anger turned into surprise.

Zhang Xian looked up somewhat confused.

Did this girl know Zhu Yan or Xia Xiaohua, or was she here because of him? If it’s him that she’s interested in, then she must be completely out of her mind!

"Mind if I sit here?" Lin Ruoyi sat down across Zhang Xian and asked with a smile.

Zhu Yan, finally regaining her composure, smiled, "Of course not, you can sit anywhere you like. But Lin Ruoyi, what brings you to our table?"

Xia Xiaohua was also curious. While Zhu Yan, Lin Ruoyi, and Du Xinyan were Tsinghua University’s most popular girls, they knew each other but not well enough to be good friends.

Lin Ruoyi pointed at Zhang Xian and asked Zhu Yan, "What’s your relationship with this guy? Your boyfriend?"

Lin Ruoyi was fuming. "You..."

Zhu Yan scratched her head and asked, "So, Zhang Xian, what’s going on between you two?"

"Ah, I don’t know actually." Zhang Xian looked troubled. "In my opinion, this girl is simply a nutcase."

Zhu Qing and Xia Xiaohua were aghast. A guy at Tsinghua University actually called Lin Ruoyi a nutcase. This was unheard of!

They had to admit, they had once again underestimated Zhang Xian. This guy was simply too audacious, disregarding even the most popular girls of the university!

Lin Ruoyi was ready to explode, gritting her teeth and glaring at Zhang Xian, as if she wanted to eat him alive.

"What... What’s going on?" Xia Xiaohua felt like her head was about to explode.

Lin Ruoyi had never been associated with any scandal in Tsinghua University, and always maintained a certain distance from the boys. Today, how did she end up clashing with Zhang Xian?
