Knowing that he was the only person that has got to touch him felt amazing. Kang gloated in his mind as he hugged the man tightly. But all of a sudden, he remembered something. Altren had once said that his uncle had been searching for his loved one for a long time.

He propped himself up and peered down at him. "you’re telling the truth? I heard from Altren that you were searching for someone?"

Aaron raised his brow. "I was searching for you,"

"me?" Kang was completely surprised. This made him wonder if he had ever crossed paths with the young hero before they met at that party. ’is he a little starker like altren? When did he meet me though? Before I was in this world, or was it when Kang was a villain? If so Aaron must have known my villain identity... then when....’

"from when? Why?" he whispered, the questions plaguing in mind.

"well... it was because of a dream. I dreamt of you for so long... ever since I hit puberty, you are all I could think of. I was not able to see your face clearly, though. It was all a blur. But after meeting you at that party, everything became much clearer. I knew you were meant to be mine, and I was meant to be yours. It was all fated to be." he grinned with a satiated smirk.

Zhu Kang looked down at him skeptically. "oh really,"

"I’m serious. I was searching for you all along. Do you want proof?" he looked quite serious as he said this.

Kang had to nod. "fine bring me proof,"

"fine. get up,’ Aaron shot up and swiftly covered him up in the fitted sheets he ripped off of the bed. Stunned, Kang just peered up at him as the man wore only his past and pulled him into his arms like a baby.

"umm, where are we going?"

"I’m going to show you proof of my love and dedication. But most of it is destroyed though. I searched far and wide for you, but my little treasure just ended up running over to me right when I met you, it’s such a blessing." he whispered softly, kissing his ears.

Kang did not bother though. But he was slightly disappointed that their foreplay was disturbed by this. Even so he simply laid his head on Aaron and took in his masculine scent.

Soon the side walls of the room suddenly opened up revealing the outside world. Aaron simply shot off into the sky with him in his arms.

"where exactly are we going now? as you can notice, I’m not dressed in my travel attire," Kang growled, hugging his sheets tightly. Most of the sheet covering his legs had come undone, letting in chilly air. As a cold-blooded creature, he was not so not able to tolerate chilly wind.

"my mansion," Aaron hurriedly wrapped the fitted sheet around his legs. "its not going to take long. Plus.... I don’t have protection in the academy. That’s why..." he gave a sheepish grin.

Kang let out a chuckle. "so it was not about proving your everlasting love,"

"it is. I am going to prove it to you all night with m body." He groaned loudly, kissing the top of his head.

Kang let out a giggle. "you’re corny as heck,"

"hey, I’m trying to be romantic," he pouted.

"well it came out corny and cheesy,."

Aaron glanced down with a dazzling grin. "You don’t like cheese?"

"I love it~" Kang chuckled hugging the loving man tightly.

They were currently moving downtown to the old streets where he had done a part time. Right here he had taken up a tutoring job for a young girl. It was one of the posh areas and it was quite far from his college. But the pay was great.

Aaron was flying right above it, moving to the interior of that area. Soon his sight was filled with trees. It looked more like a forest.

"your mansion is up ahead?" he raised a brow. "it looks like a forest though,"

"I like the peace and quiet. And plus my powers are too volatile. I feared going off and hurting the people living close by. That’s why I secluded myself into this small area. Ah, you can see it right there," he pointed to their right.

There was a white mansion down there with a lot of vines and creepers covering its walls. It looked more like one of those old French buildings he had seen before.

This had Kang frozen in his thoughts. ’where have I seen French homes? I don’t have any memory of that?’

Most of his actual memory was a mystery as of now. But he had a feeling that he had seen houses like this and was very familiar with from the windows to the driveway. He felt the familiarity seep into his soul.

"its an old mansion owned by a French couple. they were a just two men living out secluded form all the hub hub. I heard one of them passed away. The mansion was given up for sale. it changed hands twice and I got a hold of this place, do you like it?" he peered down at him.

Kang nodded. the house felt very comfortable and lived in. somehow it gave him a nostalgic feeling.

As Aaron got down on the ground he slowly walked over to the door.

Kang watched him open the grill grate and walk into the huge mansion.

"why didn’t you just fly in?"

Aaron pointed to the top of the building. Right by the tiled ceiling was a huge dome-like structure. "that thing can shoot down anything that flies in. only I can deactivate it. since I was so preoccupied with a certain young man’s charms," he juggled him slightly in his arms and kissed his cheeks. "I forgot to take the remote with me,"

Kang let out another giggle. "stop it. You might drop me,"

"never," he walked into the huge mansion up the winding stairs. He headed them to the first door he spotted. "this is my room," he kicked open the door.

The inside of the room was decorated very minimally. It was painted white and grey with a single bed in the corner.

Instead of leading them to the bed Aaron carried him over to the large white wall and stood in front of it.

"This is my secret room. Only my finger print can open it. I store most of my treasured things inside," he placed his fingertips on it.

The whole wall opened up.

The things inside shocked Kang so much that his mouth stayed wide open as they walked in.

It was littered with papers with a lot of scotch marks on the carpet and the walls.
