Situ Che felt a sense of dread when he heard Loo Jie’s reply to Situ Xin, thinking to himself that Loo Jie had fallen right into their beloved sister’s trap. However, the two families didn’t have many constraints in such matters. As long as the character was good and the children liked each other, and the couple got along, that was enough.

Nonetheless, Old Madam Situ and the others were curious about the two girls who had caught the eyes of Situ Che and Loo Jie. Even if the boys had chosen them as a last resort, these were the ones they were most satisfied with from the many matchmaking encounters. "Here, these are the girls," Liu Qian said, pulling out two photos from her bag and handing them over to her mother-in-law and Old Madam Loo.
