Now, as she ate the seafood, she couldn’t taste any of its freshness or flavor. It wasn’t just Situ Xin; Situ Jin reacted the same way, only eating a few bites before stopping.

It was only Situ Che and Loo Jie, who had better appetites than Situ Xin and Situ Jin. After all, they were often training outside and didn’t have many opportunities to eat at home.

"Baby, why aren’t you eating? Is it not to your taste?" Situ Che asked with concern, seeing that Situ Xin had barely touched her food.

"It’s because I was worried about you being alone. You said you wanted to come see the fish and shrimp; just tell me, and I would have brought you," Situ Jin replied. Upon hearing this, Situ Xin’s face started to show signs of vexation—she was already 13 years old, yet everyone still treated her like a 3-year-old child.

"Brother, let’s go back," Situ Xin suggested since her mission was accomplished, opting not to make more of a fuss.

As the gathering came to an end, if it wasn’t for Song Guodong holding Chiang Junchi back, he would have already run up to ask for Situ Xin’s contact number.
