The Purgatory Calamity
Chapter 644 - 610: Homeland_1

Chapter 644: Chapter 610: Homeland_1

Northern Qi was permeated with a dense Filth Alien Power.

Hovering above, Pang Jian looked down from his elevated position, surveying Fragment Land. He delved into the minute details with his Divine Sense, committing every scene below to his heart.

This was the ancient homeland he shared with his sister. Before the Mysterious Fog had engulfed it, he had looked up at the eternally dark sky and fantasized more than once about taking his sister to live in the Third Realm someday.

It was from the Third Realm that one could catch glimpses of the sun, moon, and stars.

Years had passed in a flash, and his sister had become the beloved disciple of Su Wenrou from Pure Land.

He himself, after surviving numerous tribulations, had forged a path to Divinity with an Immortal Realm cultivation that was unprecedented, pulling along a strand of fate.

Yet, their father, who had cared for him and his sister for many years, had vanished without a trace on a hunting expedition.

The only thing he left behind, a copper medallion, revealed its miraculous nature as Pang Jian grew. It became the strongest support in his ascension to True God.

"It’s time to delve into the depths of the Extreme North Mysterious Fog."

Pang Jian soared swiftly through the sky.

Below him, the stone cities built by the Demon Race, he glanced over them and moved on.

In today’s Fragment Land of Northern Qi, not a single Human Cultivator or mortal was present.

Only the Demon Race, who could adapt to nature’s spiritual energy and survive the Filth Alien Power, were the true masters of this land.

The demons here were unfamiliar to him, and he harbored no feelings for them.

As he entered the wilderness at the foot of the Solitude Mountain Range, he suddenly stopped and looked down at the vanished stone houses.

In the spot where three stone houses with fence hedges should have been, only a few broken stones remained.

A few lone wolves with lower bloodline ranks were active near the desolate wilderness, moving among the broken stones, as if searching for food.

The wolves, devoid of Spiritual Intelligence, once aware of a frosty gaze upon them, looked up and quickly fled with whines.

Pang Jian, without intentionally imposing grandeur, was still enveloped in swathes of multicolored radiance. He used a Firm Cover to block out the Filth Alien Power, preventing his divine body from being subtly corrupted.

To those lone wolves, he appeared godlike, imposing and immense.

In fact, he was indeed worthy of the title of God Spirit.

"Gone, all gone. Perhaps it’s for the better, no need to hold onto memories."

With a poignant sigh, Pang Jian flew over the wilderness and slipped into the scope of the Solitude Mountain Range.

"A human has intruded!"

The Demon Race strongholds in the Solitude Mountain Range were abundant and their territories clearly defined.

Many Great Demons with level eight bloodlines, seeing Pang Jian fly swiftly low in the sky, shrieked in terror.

These Great Demons came from the deep parts of the Extreme North Mysterious Fog, they hadn’t rushed to leave Fragment Land of Northern Qi under the orders of the Nine-Headed Bird.

They were all prepared to burst out of Northern Qi and join in the battle in the outer world soon.

Their orders were to ally with the Alien Tribes from the Fifth Realm and attack the Human Race’s Sect cities, alongside their fellow Demon Race kindred from Saint Spirit Continent.

This piece of land had been visited by Li Bai of the Devil Scale Tribe as well as the Old Thunder Dragon.

This made them realize that facing another celestial stride of the Alien Tribes, the demons had a different choice than before.

The sudden appearance of a Human Race authority threw them into panic, fearing that their deeds were exposed and the humans would initiate a cleansing operation against them.

However, the Human Race strongman who had unsettled them didn’t even care about them.

He simply flew over their heads.

Black Water Pool, Lake Heart Island, Insect Valley, the familiar areas of the Solitude Mountain Range, Pang Jian passed over them all one by one.

But he did not stop for even a moment.

His Divine Consciousness, like ripples of light, flashed briefly over those exotic places, and he understood everything.

In the pond within Black Water Pool, there were pythons and strange fish active; Insect Valley contained many insects and bugs.

That Lake Heart Island was now occupied by a new group of demons, yet none of them was familiar to him.

Fragment Land and Solitude Mountain Range, the places of his youth, were still as vivid in his memory.

Under his gaze, everything was as clear as ever. But the impression in his heart was gradually becoming indifferent.

He suddenly realized that what he truly cared about most were always his sister and his missing father.

Not a piece of cold Fragment Land, nor the stone house where he had lived for some years.

His sister was living well now, and his father... perhaps he was still alive, just waiting for him to find him.

He had become one of the Human True Gods, had a caring Shifu, and once the Old Dragon fell, his sister, Pang Lin, had a great chance of achieving Divine Enthronement through the Thunderbolt path.

If he could find his father, their family could be reunited, leaving him without regrets in life.

"I’m doing well, my sister is too, I hope you are still in this world..."

A rainbow divine light sank into the Extreme North Mysterious Fog of the Fourth Realm.

In the grey, foggy sea, his Immortal Primordial Spirit resonated with the Bee King, the Bee Insect, and his own True Body in an instant.

Although the Boundary Wall was in place, once he fell into the fog, his connection with the other part could be established.

He could feel it, the distance between him and the Bee King and those Bee Insects wasn’t too far.

If he flew upward, traversing a certain distance, he would be able to move from the Extreme North Land of the Fourth Realm to the Absolute Sky Forbidden Land shrouded in Mysterious Fog.

Of course, it wasn’t a direct line between here and the Absolute Sky Forbidden Land enveloped in Second Realm’s Mysterious Fog.

But in the same Purgatory World, in the depths of the fog near the Boundary Wall, there was also a similarly unique land.

"Whoosh!"

His Immortal Primordial Spirit saw seven pieces of Fragment Land hidden in the depths of the Extreme North Mysterious Fog.

A "World Tree" that had been dead for many years sent its leafless branches thrusting outward, piercing into the midst of the seven pieces of Fragment Land.
