The Purgatory Calamity
Chapter 585 - 553 Water God Naga_1

Chapter 585: Chapter 553 Water God Naga_1

Within the Mysterious Fog, Pang Jian streaked through like lightning.

Unlike before, when he fell into it with his Immortal Primordial Spirit, this time he was exceptionally well-prepared, having stockpiled a large amount of supplies in his Storage Ring.

He carried some of the Thunder Crystal Stones needed by Fan Di, as well as mines, pills to replenish Qi and Blood and Spiritual Soul.

And all these were provided by the Sword Tower.

As long as he met with Fan Di and gave him the thunder attribute spirit material and pills, he could help this Thunder God restore some of his strength, allowing Him to survive much longer within the Mysterious Fog.

Compared to the fragmentary Great Tao and scarcity of supplies in the Dark Prison, Purgatory was abundantly resource-rich.

The Spirit Material Treasures that were unattainable in the Dark Prison, once back in Purgatory, he was able to collect them with ease and amassed plenty.

"Purgatory is indeed coveted by the Alien Gods from Outer Space for a reason,"

Pang Jian couldn’t help but sigh in admiration.

He had wandered through the Outer Star River with his Spiritual Soul, witnessed the Fierce Sun and the Moon, and also visited the Extreme Cold Star dominated by the Goddess of Cold Crystal, and explored in detail in the Dark Prison.

The sun possessed only extreme Flame Force, cracking and burning the planet’s surface, at most adding a fire attribute.

The Moon, naturally, was bright with moonlight and carried a slight chill.

Whereas that Extreme Cold Star held only the ultimate power of cold and ice.

The stars and "Prison of Heaven and Earth" he had seen and observed with his Spiritual Soul paled in comparison to the uniqueness of Purgatory.

Those places could not encompass all phenomena and things.

Only in Purgatory could one see stars, the sun, and the moon, as well as corresponding mineral deposits and Spirit Veins on the planet.

Thunderous Lightning, Cold Ice Territory, volcanoes, forests teeming with plants, rivers and mountains, Gold Veins.

Everything that existed or did not exist in his Dantian Fragment Land could be found in Purgatory.

Perhaps, only a world with a complete Great Tao such as this could create a unique era of human prosperity, allowing Human True Gods to break through the Purgatory Heaven Forbidden and shine brightly among the stars.

...

A golden skeleton, tens of thousands of feet tall, suddenly strayed into a black water domain while drifting through the Mysterious Fog.

This water domain spread across hundreds of miles, with Mysterious Fog above and below.

Fan Di happened to crash right into it.

"Hiss hiss!"

Bright lightning burst forth from His bone wings and from within His skeletal frame.

The fierce lightning meandered through the black water domain, causing electric currents to splash upon the surface and quickly forced the deity who had created this water domain to reveal itself.

It was an otherworldly being with a greenish-blue snake body but a human head.

Its elongated serpentine body was covered in Scale Armor, and below its handsome face were four arms—it gazed at Fan Di, emerging from the dark water with a giggling smile.

"Sea Clan, Water God Naga!"

Fan Di identified the opponent at once.

The Naga Tribe was one of the Sea Clan from outer space that could most easily give birth to Water Gods, with male Water Gods called Naga, and female ones addressed as Naga as well.

Human head, serpentine body, armless but with arms, and natural Scale Armor.

These were the most distinguishing characteristics of the Naga.

"A Thunder God from the Ancient Demon Clan,"

the Water God Naga said with a beaming smile.

The black water domain He controlled extended towards the direction from which Fan Di had come, quickly joining with another colorless water domain and swiftly merging into one.

"Whoosh!"

Another female Water God from the Naga Tribe surfaced from that colorless water domain, her apricot eyes shining excitedly: "Let’s see where you can escape to!"

One male and one female, two low-rank Water Gods of the Naga Tribe, positioned in front and behind Fan Di.

As a Thunder God, Fan Di was indeed a low-rank god, but He was a Demon God of the Ancient Demon World.

If He had not been drifting in the Mysterious Fog for a very, very long time, if He hadn’t expended too much strength, He would have been confident in using His power to defeat two Sea Clan’s Water Gods single-handedly.

Now, He knew that He probably had no chance of winning at all.

"You fell from the sky, are you aiming for the one who is pulling the star? Star Devourer, you are clearly in that Dark Prison, why are you looking for me?" Fan Di prolonged the conversation for time.

Instinctively, He sensed a terrifying surge of thunderbolt power fast approaching Him.

Pang Jian, who was using the power within the Thunder Pond, did not overly conceal the presence of the pond’s divine power, thereby letting Fan Di, as a Thunder God, sense it.

No matter who the other party was, Fan Di wanted to create more chaos to look for a chance to escape.

"Is it really the Exotic Spirit, the Star Devourer?"

When the female Naga swam over and heard Fan Di mention the existence of the Star Devourer, she became even more excited: "Every Exotic Spirit is a treasure, and that Star Devourer in the Mysterious Fog can pull a star from the Outer Star River. Surely, He must be a very high-level Star Devourer."

"The Star Devourer is in the Prison of Heaven and Earth, we can’t enter it at all, so stop dreaming," Naga said coldly.

"Right. The Prison of Heaven and Earth within the Mysterious Fog has natural Boundary Walls which even God Spirits cannot cross," Naga sighed with regret and said, "If only we could communicate with the wise beings in that realm, have them worship us, and create the corresponding Altar of Praying to God for us to descend, that would be ideal."

"That Star Devourer, knowing full well there are many gods wandering the starry sky, still dares to pull down a star. Naturally, He knows we can’t do anything about Him," Naga continued to dampen the mood.

The two Sea Clan’s Water Gods, while talking, were secretly making their arrangements.

The black water domain and the colorless water domain, in the course of Their conversation, successfully merged into one.

"Alright."

The female Water God Naga, revealed millions of feet of serpentine body from the water and slung a bow with Her four slender arms.

The exquisite giant longbow was drawn taut in an instant.

This longbow, inlaid with gemstones, made the sound of flowing water along the bow’s body, and as the gemstones glinted brilliantly, a crystal-clear water arrow emerged out of nowhere and shot suddenly towards Fan Di.

After the first water arrow, more arrows solidified one after another, all aimed and shot at Fan Di.

Fan Di was about to flee the area when the waters suddenly produced endless pulling forces. Underwater, it seemed as though countless water ghosts and plants were adhering to Fan Di’s towering golden skeletal body.

Fan Di couldn’t move.

"Pu! Pu, pu!"

After dozens of water arrows shot over, the godly skeletal body of the Ancient Demon God Spirit, famous for its indestructibility in the heavens of the Outer Star River, immediately showed numerous fine cracks.

Being low-rank gods, the two Sea Clan Water Gods filled with divine power naturally had the upper hand when combined against Him, the Demon God whose flesh and blood had already been eroded by the Mysterious Fog.

Naga held the bow and shot arrows, while Naga restricted movement with the Water God’s divine power. The two worked together seamlessly.

In a short while, Fan Di, restrained in this body of water, saw his huge golden skeleton covered with dense fractures.

Once this skeletal body broke further, there would be nothing to protect Fan Di’s Spiritual Soul, His heart hidden inside the Divine Bones would be eroded by the Mysterious Fog.

That would be the time of His death.

This time of death, which could have been delayed for a while longer, was hastened significantly due to the aggressive assault of the two Sea Clan Water Gods and would lead to His fall in a short time.

"Whoosh!"

A huge black-gold Demon Sword, ringed with Star River lightning and flinging Ice Chaff Moon Blades, flew in from the vast Mysterious Fog.

This sword cleaved through the fog, bursting forth with a brilliant divine glow so splendid that the two Sea Clan Water Gods were greatly alarmed.

"Human Race!"

"A God of the Human Race!"

"Another God of the Human Race dares to reveal Themselves beyond Purgatory, under the vault of heaven!"

The attention of the two Water Gods was immediately drawn to the momentarily faint divine shadow above the black-gold Demon Sword.

Fan Di was directly ignored by Them.
