Chapter 367: Chapter 346 Astonishing the gods_1
Third Realm.
No matter day or night, hulking Flying Spirit Artifacts were constantly shuttling between the Third Realm and the Second Realm.
The scale had become ever more exaggerated.
That day, beneath the sea of clouds where Pang Jian was refining his blood essence, he heard an ear-splitting roar.
He peered secretly through the Fragment Land and his Spiritual Soul.
He immediately saw a whole row of colossal warships flying by overhead, bearing the "Taiyi Divine Kingdom" banners, heading straight for the Qian Tian Continent.
In the dead of night, there were warships hanging banners that read "Bright Heaven Divine Kingdom," descending from high above too.
In the First Realm, the fleets of the three major divine nations of Eastland were making frequent appearances, clearly carrying elite warriors and generals.
The powerful warriors, all of them, went to the continents of Qian Tian and Black Nether, while the ships that delivered them brought ordinary people and cultivators of lower realms on board, and flew toward certain lands and fragment lands of the Second and First Realms.
"The three major divine nations are flexing their muscles. This scale, this momentum, it’s truly astonishing!"
"How do I feel that with these three major divine nations taking action, the Alien Tribes will be easily eradicated?"
"Taiyi, Bright Heaven, Yuan Qing, the Divine Soldiers and Generals of the three divine nations are numerous and each nation has a so-called Divine King at its helm! Those Alien Tribes below are just like a bunch of rats living in dark gutters, hardly worthy of fear!"
"Indeed, once the three major divine nations join forces, there’s no need for the sects to take action to sweep away all Alien Tribes!"
"Let’s watch the situation first. If the first battle is an overwhelming victory, then we’ll go and lick the toes of those divine nation generals!"
"..."
Many individual cultivators were shaken by the might of the divine nations’ warships.
They wanted to sit back and watch the tigers fight and steer clear of the strife, but they felt that with the involvement of the three major divine nations, victory was assured.
A sure victory meant there was no need to stay hidden for long, and when the time was right, they should jump out and show themselves.
"Ignorant of life and death."
Below the sea of clouds, Pang Jian shook his head and chuckled coldly, quietly establishing a connection with the Dark Giant Python.
He instantly saw that the Dark Giant Python, accompanied by Yu Xin of the Heaven Clan, and many Heaven Clan warriors, had already arrived at the city of the Dong Family in the Fourth Realm.
Ferocious Beasts of a higher order, Cyclops, Devil Scale Tribe, Ghost Clan, many Alien Tribe warriors were also present.
Behind one of the Ghost Clan warriors floated that same foreign Alien God whom he had encountered in Absolute Sky Forbidden Land, hunched over and wrapped in a pitch-black cloak.
The Cyclops named Aman, towering like a steep mountain range, its single eye piercing through all obstructions, landed on the fragment land of the Three Immortal Islands.
"Returning home..."
Aman mumbled softly.
A group of Cyclops howled, beating their chests and stamping their feet to express their excitement, as if they could hardly wait to make a move on the Third Realm.
"Elder Aman."
Yu Xin, holding an object in her hands, flew up to Aman’s nose bridge with her wings and offered it up, "That one, asked me to give this to you. He said that with this, you would be able to better wield the power of the Ancestor of Ten Thousand Mountains."
"Mountain Flipping Seal!"
Aman’s expression became shocked as he outstretched his hands to catch a tiny amber seal that was like a grain of rice compared to his palm.
"This artifact, lost for a thousand years, how could this be?"
He was incredibly astonished.
"That one found it," Yu Xin said with a smile.
"With the Mountain Flipping Seal, even if the Old Thunder Dragon comes amid mountains overwhelmed by Filth Alien Power, I dare to stand against him!" Aman said, invigorated.
"Boom!"
His power surged into the amber seal, and the mountains of the entire fragment land seemed to be levered by him in an instant.
The connection between Pang Jian and the Dark Giant Python was abruptly severed.
"Aman, Tenth tier!"
Pang Jian was shocked and pale.
Referred to by Yu Xin as the Ancestor of Ten Thousand Mountains, and declaring that with the Mountain Flipping Seal he dared to fight the Old Thunder Dragon, what else could it be but tenth tier?
A tenth-tier Alien Tribe, which signifies a combat strength on par with a True God—no wonder the beings of the Fifth Realm dared to attempt ascending to the heavens!
If there was someone like Aman in that Fifth Realm which had seven continents, there naturally had to be existences of the same caliber. Otherwise, the Fire God Yan Lie alone would not suffice in facing the numerous True Gods of the First Realm.
"The individual cultivators above are indeed far too naive,"
Pang Jian shook his head and sighed.
Several days passed, and then one day, as he meditated on the Thunderbolt Dao Seal with his Spiritual Soul and again found himself dizzy and without gain.
"I don’t know what is happening beyond the sky."
He rubbed his forehead, pondering.
A moment later,
He took out the copper box that he had not used for a long time and using the secret skill of the Mysterious Turtle, he shrank into the ground, burrowing into the box at the heart of the earth.
As night fell, the stars shone brightly, and the moon was particularly dazzling.
Now that his Spiritual Soul was forged, peeking into the Outer Domain Galaxy became all the more clear.
He first gazed at those stars, feeling the sense of his Spiritual Soul extend infinitely far away, yet unable to reach the stars above.
Ultimately, he could only give up reluctantly.
"Stars, similar to the Star of Winter, similar to those spherical worlds destroyed by apocalyptic thunder and lightning. Inside them, perhaps there are Alien Tribes living. Because they are too far from the Purgatory World, they seem somewhat trivial and are more difficult to scrutinize."
"The moon is easier to observe clearly..."
He focused his Spiritual Soul’s attention.
"Whoo!"
It was as if he was Soul Wandering on the moon!
This time, not only could he clearly see the moon’s surface, but he also felt as if he was right there on the moon!
"A Heaven Clan man with twelve pairs of pure white wings..."
He relied on his memories to survey the place he had seen before and found that the mighty Heaven Clan man, who had died on the moon and was dressed in exquisite robes, was no longer where his body had fallen.
"Someone has been here!"
With a hint of shock in his heart, he used his consciousness to sense around the moon and soon spotted an abandoned White Jade Palace.
Next to the colossal White Jade Palace were docked... many warships of the Clan of Bright Moon, and there were dozens of them!
He had encountered and killed many people from the Clan of Bright Moon in the Absolute Sky Forbidden Land. Now, many skilled craftsmen had arrived and were restoring the White Jade Palace that had been desolate for countless years.
The people of the Clan of Bright Moon were completely unaware that someone was spying on them from the Purgatory World.
They were cheerfully talking among themselves.
"This moon will also be the territory of our Clan of Bright Moon in the future. Heh, once a Moon God fell here, plus this place is rather barren and remote, it has not caught the attention of new gods for years."
"Since our Goddess of the Moon is willing to spread her divine might here, it will belong to our Clan of Bright Moon."
"Why would the Goddess of the Moon suddenly descend upon such a godforsaken place?"
"A Sun God also went to the nearby sun. I remember this star domain is a forbidden zone."
"Strange."
The skilled craftsmen of the Clan of Bright Moon were discussing animatedly.
Pang Jian listened silently, pondering in secret: "Outside of Purgatory, a star river is viewed as a forbidden zone by Alien Tribes?"
"Only godly beings would know Purgatory is nearby. They would gather at specific moments to hunt down Human True Gods breaking out from Purgatory."
As he thought this, Pang Jian’s consciousness drifted, moving towards the White Jade Palace.
Suddenly, in the highest hall, a woman with a broad and smooth forehead appeared abruptly.
On Her forehead were various mysterious marks the size of finger pads—full moons, crescent moons, waning moons, among others.
The marks seemed innate, exuding a unique enchanting charm.
She was stunningly beautiful, clothed in a dazzling silver divine dress, upon which moons seemed to rise and fall.
She didn’t reveal a towering divine body but stood in her normal form outside the palace.
However, as long as She stood upon the moon, the whole moon was Her domain of the god, governed by the Great Tao that She dominated.
"Pang Jian, you actually have the ability to spy on the heavens from Purgatory."
She pursed her lips and sneered coldly.
As Her voice emerged, it manifested Her will across heaven and earth, causing Pang Jian’s scalp to tingle instantly.
"Whoosh!"
The Goddess of the Moon revealed Her divine body.
Like the Fire God Yan Lie, the divinely tall Goddess of the Moon, towering tens of thousands of feet high, hovered above the White Jade Palace.
She was like another moon, illuminating all beings between heaven and earth, causing the nearby stars to shimmer.
Below, all the skilled craftsmen and warriors of the Clan of Bright Moon halted their work to kneel and worship the Goddess of the Moon.
They called out respectfully and apologized, assuming the goddess revealed Her divine body because She was dissatisfied with their work attitude and progress.
"Pang Jian!"
The Goddess of the Moon stirred up a tidal surge of divine power.
The dense, watery moonlight burst forth from the moon She resided on. Her perception and divine power instantly enveloped the whole moon, seeking to drag Pang Jian out from his hidden place.
"I’d like to see what you use to observe the heavens!"
"Pang Jian, you dare repeatedly provoke Me; truly..."
Her will surged like a flood to cover the sky.
However, when Pang Jian closed his eyes and stopped looking at the moon, his Divine Consciousness Inspiration instantly retreated.
"Clack!"
Pang Jian, emerging from the Copper Box, quickly closed the lid with a grave expression on his face.
"The Sun God and the Goddess of the Moon, successively coming from other starry continents to the realm beyond Purgatory. With such a display of power, what are They planning to do?"
"Aside from these two godly beings, are there other deities beyond the heavens?"
"Could it be that recently, in the First Realm, some True God plans to break through the Heaven Forbidden, and Alien Gods from the Outer Domains have gotten wind of it, coming here in advance to intercept?"
One thought after another flashed through Pang Jian’s mind.
Suddenly, the copper medallion hanging on his chest inexplicably heated up for a moment.
Once the beehive was moved out, the inside of the copper medallion became empty, with nothing left but the same endless Misty Sea as the Mysterious Fog.
Its strange heat made Pang Jian pause for a moment.
"Before, spiritual power couldn’t enter, and divine sense could barely reach it. Only because the Bee King and my perception established a connection, I could borrow the Bee King’s vision to glimpse the wonder within the door."
"Now that my Spiritual Soul has been condensed, I wonder..."
With that thought, he allowed his Spiritual Soul to leave his brow and attempted to enter the Copper Box, curious as to why the medallion had suddenly heated up.
"Swoosh!"
His Spiritual Soul flashed in without any obstruction, an endeavor that previously seemed impossible, now smoothly accomplished thanks to the forging of the Spiritual Soul!
He saw.
Where the beehive once floated now stood seven needles, emitting a faint bluish-green luster.
It seemed that it was this abrupt appearance that caused the copper medallion to suddenly heat up.
With his Spiritual Soul observing and sensing, Pang Jian quickly discovered, to his surprise, that the seven needles were akin to fragments of ice corresponding to the glaciers within the "Heart of Winter."
Viewed on a vastly larger scale, the seven needles were in fact seven Heavenly Tribulation Pillars!
