"Fine, I will tell him right away." Lou Zheng couldn’t wait to deliver the news to Ma Dalang, eager to see how upset he would be when he heard it.

To the villagers, Ma Dalang was a man of "ability" in the village. After all, he had been a second Shopkeeper in the city for many years, so it was impossible to do that without some skills.
