on a road in the Ruined District, Li Yi stood nonchalantly in the middle of the road while a sedan approached swiftly at 160 miles per hour directly towards him.

"Which blind bastard dares to attack me? Have you no wish to live?" Fuming with rage, the cultivator had been on the run after killing someone. At this moment, he feared no one, not even an investigator, whom he was willing to kill.

"Jin Zhong, an hour ago in the old district, you killed seven people and seriously injured Investigator Fu Bing...then you stole a sedan and fled to the Ruined District. Am I wrong?" At this point, a voice reached the ears of the cultivator named Jin Zhong.

Jin Zhong’s pupils contracted as he immediately turned to face the voice, his heart filled with shock.
