Chapter 115 Divorced
Chapter 115: Chapter 115 Divorced
The next day.
Mu Yiliang woke up in the villa she shared with Yan Sijue.
The surroundings made her feel a bit dazed, almost doubting that the time spent with Yan Sijue at the hotel last night was just a dream.
However, when she came into the living room and saw the divorce agreement on the table, she instantly sobered up.
Everything last night wasn’t a dream; this man already knew she was pregnant.
"What do you mean?" Mu Yiliang looked up at him.
Yan Sijue smiled faintly, "As you wish."
"Reason?"
"Haha... When you don’t want a divorce, you string me along. When you want it, you just leave. How could things be so easy?" Mu Yiliang put down the pen, showing no intention to sign, and looked at him with a smile, "Young Master Yan, exposing your intentions so early is not the way to negotiate!"
"I’m not negotiating with you." Yan Sijue smiled mysteriously, "This is your only chance, you can ask whatever you want."
"But I feel, Young Master Yan, that you are more eager!" Mu Yiliang retorted unwillingly.
"Not signing?" He raised an eyebrow faintly, reaching as if to take back the agreement.
"Wait!" Mu Yiliang was infuriated, pressing down on the divorce agreement, "I’ll sign!"
The man smiled enigmatically, "Lady Mu is indeed sensible."
Mu Yiliang glanced at him unkindly, feeling truly strange inside.
She found herself almost driven to a split personality by this man’s changing attitudes! Just last night she was full of guilt and moved by his thoughtfulness, but now she was left only frustrated and angry!
The agreement was very comprehensive, and Mu Yiliang had every reason to suspect the man had prepared it long ago.
Ten million US dollars as a breakup fee was no small amount. So, this man was this wealthy?
Everything else was the usual stuff; their marriage had been short, with little interaction, and separating was quick. After confirming everything was correct, Mu Yiliang signed her name willingly.
"How will you explain this to the Old Man?" she asked him after putting down the pen.
"That’s nothing you need to worry about." He smiled lightly, "You can pack your things and leave at any time."
This was definitely the way to kick her out! She glared at the man!
Clearly, she was the one achieving her goal, so why was she still so angry!
Mu Yiliang bit her lip hard, turned, and went back to her room. She didn’t have much to take, only needing to pack her complete set of makeup tools. Thus, she packed quickly and waited for the outcome.
When she wanted a divorce, it took all her effort, but for Yan Sijue, getting a divorce was as easy as having a meal.
The agreement was quickly notarized and delivered to her by Yan Sijue.
Mu Yiliang calmly folded the agreement casually and stuffed it into her bag.
"What did the Old Man say?" she glanced up at him.
Yan Sijue had a relaxed smile on his face as he leaned against the wall, one leg slightly bent, looking very leisurely and lazy.
Upon hearing Mu Yiliang’s question, he lifted his eyes slightly, "Just said you were unwell and sent you abroad for therapy."
"As for the divorce... only Grandpa knows for now and it won’t be announced." He explained nonchalantly, "After all, our marriage was short, and a divorce now doesn’t look good."
"Haha... Mr. Yan, you’re certainly missing nothing, you have both face and integrity!" Mu Yiliang sneered.
Yan Sijue raised an eyebrow, "Good luck, Lady Mu... Oh, would you like a farewell dinner?"
