The noonday sunlight streamed in through the southern floor-to-ceiling windows, just illuminating the right side of Li Qingshen’s face. It highlighted his increasingly fair skin, accented his tall nose, and sharpened his features. His black hair, like silk, moved gently as he ate, making Ling Momo unable to resist a deep sense of inferiority.

Most people in the music field relied on their looks, handsome men and beautiful women with an allure that could captivate a city. She had seen countless such faces.

Even her own face was considered exceptional.

However, compared to the godlike visage before her, it was like stars meeting moonlight, instantly losing their luster, incomparable in every way.

Ling Momo stared blankly at Li Qingshen for a while, realizing she had something else to do. She smiled sweetly and spoke obediently, "Teacher, did you sleep late last night?"

Li Qingshen raised his handsome brows, which was considered a response.

Ling Momo knew that he had stayed up until dawn. She hadn’t slept well the previous night either; the light in his room was on all night. He was probably busy with the theme song for Wang Yi’s new film.

Seeing that Li Qingshen’s bowl was empty, Ling Momo immediately got up to serve him another bowl of soup, "Teacher, this soup is good for you since you slept late last night; it can help relieve fatigue."

Li Qingshen took it, and Ling Momo obediently laughed again, "Teacher, do you think this soup tastes good?"

Li Qingshen lifted his head, staring thoughtfully at Ling Momo for a moment. He squinted, "It’s just okay."

Ling Momo pouted, obviously very dissatisfied with his answer, yet she sensibly spoke again, "Then, Teacher, shall I make it for you every day?"

Li Qingshen hummed in agreement, then lowered his head and continued drinking the soup.

Ling Momo bit her chopsticks, a gleam flickered in her eyes. It seemed that Li Qingshen was not without flaws... To capture a man’s heart, one must first win over his stomach. Hmm... With a culinary strategy, she might get the right to sing his new song.

Ling Momo mischievously stuck out her tongue. The moment she did, Li Qingshen suddenly looked up, his gaze piercing. Ling Momo instantly composed herself, smiling like a gentle, obedient cat, her smile sweet.

After the meal, Ling Momo personally peeled an orange, handing the segments to Li Qingshen, "Teacher, eating more fruit is good for your health."

This time, Li Qingshen didn’t take it. Instead, he rose quietly, walked to the living room, and sat on the sofa, his long legs crossed, demeanor calm.

Carrying the fruit, Ling Momo followed him, her smile soft, "Teacher, having some fruit after a meal also aids digestion!"

Li Qingshen looked at the small, white, tender hand in front of him. His deep gaze traveled to the girl’s pure, flawless face, focusing on her bright, black eyes, where a hint of flattery seemed to flicker.

Li Qingshen was momentarily dazed.

He knew well that her obedience had ulterior motives, knew it was fake, yet he couldn’t help being drawn in by it.

Ling Momo blinked, looking up to find Li Qingshen’s captivatingly deep eyes fixed on her. Her pupils involuntarily widened, her heart suddenly quickened for some reason, and her face couldn’t help but blush.

Both of them maintained this state for a long time before Li Qingshen came back to his senses. Looking at the girl before him, lost in fascination, his gaze was complicated. Ultimately, he forced himself to look away, casually turning on the TV, his long eyelashes flickering slightly. His tone was icy, "Speak."
