Chapter 82: Before Her Marriage! 1

Chapter 82: Before Her Marriage! 1

Viola squinted her eyes, looking at the flirty expression on Fabio’s face. She knew he wanted something bad. No matter how bad it was, she wouldn’t give it to him. She can receive help from someone else who would take cash as payment.

"What do you want?" She asked him, pushing him out of her way. She walked away from the door, looking around his room. A deep frown settled on her face. His room used to be adorned with portraits of renowned artists, golden decorations, and flowers.

His mother purposely made his room the best out of every room in the manor.

But, that was then. Now... It was filled with framed pictures of Eduardo.

’Does that witch knows her son is still obsessed with my brother? She hasn’t entered his room yet. I think that’s the problem’

Seeing those pictures of smiley Eduardo refreshed her memory of when her mother was still alive and Eduardo was the most peaceful and sweetest younger brother in the world.

Then, Fabio and his mother weren’t in the picture. His mother’s sudden death and Catherine’s arrival in the house. It was no coincidence. Everything was incidental.

"I only want one thing from you..." Fabio touched her shoulder from behind and she moved away from him, feeling disgusted.

"One thing?" She asked and he nodded his head. He still had that fake grin on his face.

"What is it?" She asked and waited for his response.

He slowly walked towards one of the pictures on the wall and trailed his finger over it. He took it off the nail and brought it close to his face.

"If by chance, Eduardo is alive... Give him to me" he said.

"No way! No fucking way! I’m taking him to America with me. We have nothing to do with this family ever again!" She yelled.

"It’s my request, Viola. It’s either you fulfil it or I do anything in my power to get Eduardo. He should be mine. He must be mine. If you take him with you, I’ll burn down the whole country to drag him back with me" he said and snuggled the frame obsessively.

Viola stepped back, clenching her fist to her side. It was the same. Fabio hasn’t changed a bit. He’s still the same monster that he was before.

"If that’s your request, then I don’t need your help," she said and turned to leave the room. As she pulled the door open, from behind, Fabio pushed the door close.

"You need my help, sweetheart. After all, I’m the only one who knows where the Rossis are located. You’ll never be able to find them no matter how hard you try" he took a dramatic pause, seeing how she was trembling in fear. He took her blonde hair and kissed it. "Once you’ve made up your mind, I’ll be waiting for you. So, take your time"

He stepped away from her and watched how she hurriedly left the room, slamming his door close. He held the frame in his hand and walked to his bed. He fell on the bed with the frame close to him. As if he was talking directly to Eduardo, he pointed at the frame.

"I wish you were alive, Eddy. If you are, I’ll lock you up so no one will take you away from me again. Not even my mother. So do well and stay alive for me"

.

Viola, on the other hand, returned to her room, panting hard. She closed the door and hit her back against the door before sliding to the floor.

"Fuck! I shouldn’t have asked for his help in the first place. I just need to find out who those Rossis are and where they are. How are they connected to that witch?"

She grumbled, picking on her fingers.

She crawled to the bed and flipped open her laptop. She immediately typed the word, Rossi Family into the search bar. There were a bunch of pictures of the family members, but the latest information about them was that they all died in a fire.

Fire?

It’s rare for Mafias to die in a fire.

’It must be arson. But, who would want to kill them?’

She pondered and scrolled through the news. There was no mention of any suspect. Everyone just concluded that it was an accident from the gas pipe.

"What if it’s her doing? She loves to ruin people’s lives without leaving any evidence behind" Viola was already blaming Catherine. After surfing the internet, she concluded that there was no way she could find them without Fabio’s help.

"Fuck! I guess I’ll have to need his help after all" she grumbled to herself.

....

The next morning, while Catherine was having breakfast with Fabio, Viola walked in. Catherine’s face turned sour when she saw Viola. She was beautifully dressed in her simple jumpsuit. She tied her hair into a rough ponytail as she gestured for the maids to bring her something to eat.

Fabio stopped eating as his eyes remained glued on her. Catherine was annoyed. Seeing Viola reminded her of her late mother. She was just as beautiful as Viola. She had blonde hair, blue eyes, long legs and a perfect figure. But, she was married into the Ivanov family to be used as a tool.

She wasn’t able to do what she wanted to do and that was to become an artist and make her paintings popular. She didn’t want to be popular. She wasn’t the kind of person who wanted attention; she just wanted her painting to be popular.

Before her marriage, she would always sneak out of her parent’s house and attend a painting class at a popular art academy. Her family was popular but they hid her like a flower, so her identity wasn’t known to the world.

She entered the academy, with a fake identity. She acted like an average girl who lived painting and just by her first appearance, everyone in class fell in love with her. Including the art teacher, who was Catherine’s brother.

"Hello everyone, my name is... Rose"

That was the short introduction that she gave and everyone couldn’t take their eyes off her. She was really attractive, just like her fake name. Catherine, who sat at the corner of the class couldn’t help but be bewildered by her appearance at first, but as time passed, she hated everything about her.
