Chapter 766: Chapter 766 I Won’t Just Think About Getting Something for Nothing_1
Qin Jinfang was suddenly frightened, the chill emanating from Qin Yuze was unlike any that a boy who had just turned eighteen should possess.
In that moment, Qin Jinfang felt as if Qin Yuze was a bloodthirsty beast, ready to devour him alive.
It took several seconds for Qin Jinfang to react.
What was he afraid Qin Yuze would do? Could this brat possibly devour him?
The most they could do was to sanction them economically; they surely couldn’t kill them, could they?
Having understood this, Qin Jinfang again mustered his courage and berated Qin Yuze, "Qin Yuze, don’t get cocky. With the way your grandparents are wasting their money, it won’t be long before your family is done for! When that time comes, I’d like to see which factory you plan to work at!"
"Qin Jinfang, there are some truths you will never understand. Whether my grandparents make or lose money, it doesn’t affect me. I’ve turned eighteen and am an independent person now. I have the ability to earn my own money. I won’t be like you, whose only thought is to be a parasite, a weevil, a leech! Always thinking about sucking other people’s blood and gaining without working for it!"
Qin Yuze’s grip on Qin Jinfang’s hand grew increasingly firm.
The pain traveling up his arm intensified, and Qin Jinfang’s features twisted in agony.
"Qin Yuze, you little bastard, let me go! The son of an unwed mother! How dare you treat me like this! Watch out for lightning to strike you!" Qin Jinfang cursed as he winced in pain.
Qin Yuze leaned in close, curved his lips, and scoffed with a cold laugh, "Remember, if it wasn’t illegal to kill, if you were not my grandfather’s only brother in this world, you would have died by my hands countless times already."
Having said that, Qin Yuze let go of Qin Jinfang and walked away without looking back.
Qin Jinfang gingerly touched his throbbing red arm, pointing at Qin Yuze’s retreating figure and cursing loudly:
"You wait and see, you little scamp! Once your grandparents have squandered the family fortune, I’ll be at the entrance of your neighborhood watching you cry!"
"Damn little scamp, you dare shout at me when you’re still wet behind the ears! An uncultured cur! Just you wait! Your tears are coming! Acting tough with me, what a joke!"
After cursing for a while, Qin Jinfang turned his gaze back to the entrance of the neighborhood.
After a while, he saw his elder brother, Qin Peifang, coming out of the neighborhood.
Qin Jinfang immediately perked up.
Hiding on the side, he observed as old man Qin bid farewell to another elderly man with utmost politeness.
He watched as old man Qin left and the other old man got into his car, surrounded by his entourage.
Qin Jinfang quickly rushed over, only to be stopped by the old man’s attendants.
The old man paused in the process of getting into the car and looked at Qin Jinfang.
With a fawning smile, Qin Jinfang said, "Hello, I’m the brother of the Qin Peifang who just said goodbye to you; my name is Qin Jinfang."
"Oh?" The old man looked at the person before him skeptically.
"It’s true. If you don’t believe me, I can show you my ID."
"No need, just tell me what you want."
If he really wanted to know the identity of this person, he would have had his subordinates check.
"Nothing important, I just wanted to ask what business you had with my older brother."
"It was nothing, just talking business," the old man said, wary about revealing too much due to his doubts about the identity of the person in front of him.
"Talking business? Could it be about developing the Northwestern Region?" Hearing it was business, Qin Jinfang was energized.
