"Already sent." The items for Mrs. An and Gu Chengxiang were all for warming up in winter, such as hot water bottles, stoves, charcoal, as well as some thick clothes and quilts.

Everything needed, Gu Ya and his wife had bought and sent over to his parents. Today, when Mrs. Zhang and the Gu Baofu family saw Gu Ya, none showed a pleasant face.

Gu Ya simply mentioned the visit to the Gu Family’s house to Su Yunjin. Su Yunjin suddenly remembered the Jade Token given to her by the young master Chu, afraid that it wouldn’t be returned on time as young master Chu had already left town.
