Chapter 631: Chapter 631: Don’t be upset, it breaks my heart

"Damn it!"

Hearing his words, Lin Caisang couldn’t help but curse.

"Ya Molian, what sort of messed-up ideas are these? Get rid of them from your head, discard them right away, you hear me!!"

Her words, spoken with such anger, brought pain back to her belly where she had been bumped earlier. She couldn’t help but rub her stomach.

Upon hearing this, Ya Molian lifted his dark eyes, filled with deep amusement. He pulled her from the chair across him into his arms, his large hand gently placed on her belly, beginning to rub.

"Does it still hurt? Want some medicine?" he asked.

"It hurts because of your annoying self!" Lin Caisang retorted sharply.

Yes, wasn’t her pain caused by him? What a beautiful world it was, colourful and diverse. Instead of cherishing the good times, the idea of mutual exploitation and backstabbing is considered normal?

How horrifying that would be!

Admittedly, she knew it was not entirely unjustifiable for Ya Molian to think like that. After all, he was born in a place where it was a survival of the fittest; if he weren’t strong with no ability to protect himself, then he would be consumed by others.

It must be said, relationships aren’t just about warmth, there’s much mutual use too, but ’mutual use’ can be categorised into benevolent and malicious, right?

Different intentions yield different outcomes.

"Don’t be angry, it hurts me."

Ya Molian tightened his hold on her in his arms.

"Ever since I met you, those thoughts have been discarded. Sang’er, I don’t know when I started liking you - maybe when I was chasing you to Hongling Town, or perhaps..."

He paused in his words. There were just too many possibilities, all he needed to know was that his heart is now filled with his Sang’er.

"Sang’er, I truly like you and want to spend the rest of my life with you, you have to believe me."

"Didn’t say I don’t believe you."

Lin Caisang chuckled lightly, placing her hand on top of his.

"I can tell whether someone truly cares for me or not. I’m not stupid. But, I’m still mad at you for intending to use me. Tell me, what were your initial plans on how to use me?"

She lifted her hand, her index finger palpating his chest, asking fiercely.

"Keep you by my side; love, pamper you and never let you go. Is that acceptable to you?" Ya Molian asked her.

"Hmm..."

Lin Caisang pursed her lips, squinting her eyes as she thought it over.

"That’s about it, I guess. I don’t have any other requirements. But, Ya Molian, once you have me, you are not allowed to find other women. What I told the Clan Chief Ya and others before was serious, I wasn’t trying to scare anyone."

"Anyway, if you get involved with other women, I will immediately pack up and leave, without lingering even for a moment!"

She lifted her previously held index finger from his chest to her own eye level, warning him.

"Silly girl."

Ya Molian chuckled softly, pressing her head into his chest.

She alone is already too much for him to handle, why would he even consider someone else? Moreover, who could be as perfect as his Sang’er?

"Sang’er, I want us to settle down. Is that okay with you?"

"What?"

Hearing his words, Lin Caisang immediately lifted her head from his chest, staring blankly at him.

"Right now? Isn’t it too soon?"

"It’s not too soon, the timing is just right." Ya Molian didn’t see any issue.
