Chapter 607: 9.12.4 Found your problem.

"Finally found, the gateway to the other places." I had messed up this scenario, but it didn’t mean I had no way out.

I have learned many methods from Malidi long ago. Among those was unraveling dangerous zones to their most basic elements and slowly learning how each of the parts worked. Which was far easier for me considering I could send my little avatars at the price of some sanity and memories and if they are able to return, my knowledge of those forbidden zones increases.

It was those experiences that came in handy now, Although still wondering what sort of worlds these were, after being here for a few more hours, I can ascertain that they were in fact not dreams. Nor could they possibly be realities as it’s virtually impossible to turn back time and send one to the past.

So were they something similar to my past? A spirit world where the ghosts were redoing all they did before their demise? Well, it didn’t feel like that as well, for a spirit zone like that to exist, an anchor is needed, which there were none here.

Meaning only one thing. "I don’t know what this is," I said as I stabbed my dried-up arm at a certain angle towards the sky. Which seemed to break a thing film of reality before opening like a woman’s ovary while wafting a floral smell out of it. "My gate is here." With my feeble strength I made the bodies around me help me up into the entrance, considering I lack the ability of flight, before finally crawling into it and letting the tower of corpses below me crumble after they lost my support. "So long," I said to the ones below me before turning to look at this weird but wonderful place.

"Oh, there is a limit to how long I can stay here," I said, looking at my hand was suddenly filled with holes through which some eyes grew. "Corruption, eyes... this false body won’t be able to handle it for long." This kind of thing would overwhelm others, and even kill the majority of those that dared to enter these flesh tunnels.

But sanity had long been a luxury for me, there is no need to care about such an insignificant level of corruption. "Walk, move, and find Malidi." There were others in this place, I was even curious about who else might have survived in this place. Well, my old friend might have already arrived inside. Wonder if I would run across him?

It’s my duty to thank him for coming to my rescue after so long. Sadly, I lacked time.

’Move, find, and exit, a new body.’ I ran around the place, finding it awfully nice due to the smell, if I were to ignore that this place was trying to assimilate me into its walls.

"Found it." I said, recalling the memory I had in my head, which can be called the map, and then I looked at this entrance."With this, I would be certain of my direction." With that word, I stepped into it, appearing directly over the seas, followed by a plop sound as my body which had long been contaminated with the aura of the cave suddenly burst into rotten flesh and organs that I didn’t even know I had.

"Still too much blood." These were the seas, and there was an island in the distance. "Come and have your feast." I can be considered lucky considering it was night, otherwise, the sun would have burned me alive without the defense of a physical body.

"Finally a new one." It wasn’t long before certain fishes came out from under the rocks after smelling my blood, followed by their death as this was contaminated blood, but it did make it easier for me to find a new body. "A turtle should do this time."

Like a demon Farhad dug out of the collapsing tower and then exploded into the sky, as his wings unfurled, and while carrying the boy and Hasina in his tentacles, he made some distance from the area of activity of the mage Dilbur.

"Mon...monster... I have... How did you?" In his hands, currently bound with no chance of possible movement was Hasina, still finding the whole situation absurd.

Never in a million years would she have imagined that Warnan was so strong. No, this Warnan can’t be considered a human, he was a demon, a demon that has exceeded all her understanding.

Even mage Dilbur lost to him the moment this monster got serious. So what about her? What about her family The Dhumas? Did they bring calamity on themselves by calling for this monster’s help?

What about the fact that their family had obviously offended him before?

"Sir, I beg you, please don’t..."

"Shut up for now, you will get plenty of time to speak once we reach your home." Farhad had given up, or one should say he had chosen to abandon playing the game by the rules since seeing that odd cat. ’Do what the cat says... save this kid.’ Knowing how he helped Jester escape from that damned dream, the same should be done by that cat here.

It was probably trying to help him, or so Farhad hoped.

The sun had still not risen, and the family Dhuma had only recovered from suffering from their nightly pain and were currently in the process of going to sleep.

But it was at this time, in front of their yard, an explosive sound came. "I would like to request an audience with the patriarch of the Dhuma family." The tone was sharp and concrete, and there were few in the family who found this voice a bit familiar, but the face of Farhad never came to their head, instead, they focused on dealing with what this explosive sound meant. "Run to the hidden passageways, We will deal with whoever it is outside." Spoke the men of the family, picking up bows and even swords for defense, while the patriarch, felt it.

’I can escape... huh.’ he spoke, feeling an oppressive atmosphere from the front of the Yard. ’Then dialog it is.’ He said, looking at the futile attempts of his sons with some scorn before letting them do what they wanted.

"I wonder why your..." As the door opened, the Patriarch tried to do a greeting, but his lips paused when they saw the abomination that was Farhad, which made him quiver a bit.’Monster... what is this?’

There was no simple way to say what Farhad was, his form was never the same and when he let his muscles expand to their true potential, he easily reached the height of six meters, appearing demonic to all those that are unlucky to see him.

But that was not to end of the Patriarch’s surprise, as the being opened his wings, two figures bound in tentacles appeared. One was Hasina who was released and fell to the ground, but her legs were too weak with fear to do or even speak.

The other was the boy called Rudhir by mage Gaur. This boy stood in his place, unaware of the danger he was in. He just stood there, looking around with a smile and saying, "I sense them... my family." He spoke in words that only Farhad could hear, which only made him pity this kid even more.

The patriarch’s reaction to seeing that boy? "Sir... please, we don’t wish for any violence. Ask what you may; I will try to fulfill all you desire." There was nothing; he was sharp and knowledgeable enough to know what might have happened.

If this monster can save this boy from the mage Dilbur unharmed, it would mean his strength exceeds that madwoman’s. So there is no need to struggle in front of a monster like this.

"Why should I have any request? You asked me to do a job, and I did... I found the reason for your family’s agony." Farhad said, pointing one of his arms toward the kid, who still felt glad to see his family that barely moved in fear of what was standing behind him.

"So what are you going to do about it now?" His questions were a shock to the family again, more so the Patriarch Dhuma, who at first was confused over when he asked for help from a monster of this caliber before his face twisted up and he asked. "Master Warnan?"

"There is no need to repeat my name. Just tell me what I want to know. Did I succeed at my job?" Farhad asked again, looking at the old man with some curiosity.

"Yes, of course, you did... we will pay you for your services and some more for the extra work you were forced to do due to us." The patriarch bowed to the monster and then gestured his sons to do the same, who struggled to follow in their father’s footsteps out of pure fear.
