Chapter 560: Even if You Mend it...—R18
The familiar scent of sandalwood with other calming scents, drifted through the air as Xu Feng lay in the quiet of his room in his courtyard. The paper lanterns outside flickered faintly somewhere in the distance. They cast dancing shadows on the walls that should have been glaring, but they were the least of his worries.
The soft rustle of leaves from the nearby bushes whispered through the partially opened window. The warmth of the earlier gathering still lingered in the walls, but now, within the intimacy of his space, that warmth settled into something deeper—a pulsing awareness.
The room was just as he remembered, yet it felt different now. The soft cushions on the bed, the delicate drapes framing the windows—all carefully chosen comforts he took comfort in—now seemed to close in around him.
When something is broken, you should mend it. But what if, even after you mend it, you find it wasn’t broken at all? What if you were the one who was broken? No—bent.
Xu Feng was without a doubt bent. He could feel the warmth building in his belly, the slow crawl of something primal stirring beneath his skin—the desire was unignorable.
His senses, dulled by comfort, laughter, and wine, now sharpened into keen awareness and heat. The hazy contentment from the greenhouse was gone, replaced by an undeniable tension—and an even sharper desire.
He had felt it from the beginning if he were being honest with himself. Yet, chasing whims had been far more entertaining. He had allowed himself to indulge, to lower his guard, to bask in the simple joys of family and home.
But now, those distractions faded, and he was left with the restless energy coiling within him. And his men of course—the reason for his rising heat. When he was in Dongmen, he wasn’t a ball of horn, but when his men were around it took everything in him not to strip down to his underwear.
Unfortunately, he didn’t have to go that far. His underwear had been lost somewhere in a tangle of clothes before even reaching the comfort of the bed.
A fleeting thought crossed his mind—a fondness for chili peppers and a particular fondness for snakes, not so little ones at that.
And now, the worry set in.
He hadn’t truly exercised restraint—or indulgence—in months. Dreams and memories weren’t enough to keep his body in tune. His jade toys had been untouched for over three months. That was too long to be out of practice.
The statement, "I haven’t practiced with jade eggs in a while," was a spur of the moment admission and exited his mouth without his permission. Still, it was true. THE TRUTH.
Could he handle it? The heat of the peppers, the bite of the snakes?
A bead of sweat trailed slowly down his forehead, dampening his skin. His silver hair, as wild and unmanageable as ever, clung to his temples in soft strands. He exhaled, his thoughts pressing heavily against his chest.
This was going to be a problem.
Xu Feng leaned back against the cushions, closing his eyes for a brief moment. He needed to think. Or maybe, he needed to stop thinking altogether.
"Yes, stop thinking." Xuan Yang replied to his lover’s monologues. At this point he knew what Xu Feng knew by peppers... and the little snake was exclusively his own... member.
Xu Feng’s thinking after drinking was not private. Often his thinking wasn’t private. The ger loved to word vomit, and the wine did not help in the least. It instead turned his private thoughts into interesting monologues...
"Spread your legs wider." That was all he had to offer the ger, the angle was right, but the spread wasn’t what he wanted. No, it wasn’t what he needed.
"I can’t stop—" Xu Feng retorted before a deep moan stole his words, shutting his eyes by force once again.
The wetness around his own pepper was intoxicating. It had been so long but not too long, but also way too long. Xuan Yang’s mouth felt hot and wet and like the perfect storage facility for his pepper.
"Mmm, this young master has become a pro at lewd things. A lewd scholar! That should be your new nickname. It will be my special pet name for you." Xu Feng seemed so proud of his wit. As soon as he had breath, he couldn’t help but start with his monologues again.
"Hahaha." Xuan Jian who was perched in a corner couldn’t keep his laughter in anymore. He was content to be a voyeur at first—watch a comedy (his perspective), tragedy (Xuan Yang’s), and erotic show (Xu Feng’s) wrapped up in one.
The glare he received from Xuan Yang, propelled him into motion. Xuan Jian moved toward their shared lover, the dad of their cubs, their treasure. With deep emotions in his eyes, he leaned down and cut off the words about to come out of the wet eyed ger’s mouth.
Xu Feng was undoubtedly beautiful, but beauty wasn’t everything. The emotions went deeper than a surface level attraction. Xuan Jian was filled with too many emotions, watching would be too much for him to bear tonight. He was past that limit now.
As their tongues intertwined, and his desire grew more and more, he didn’t know how he had restrained himself so far. The ger began to struggle in his state of release, his body no longer still, moving without control.
Pulling away, Xuan Jian looked down at the panting ger below him, the red mark, silver hair, and watery dark eyes were imprinted in his mind’s eyes. This night would be long, but they would need to share well, Xu Feng looked exhausted already and they were still only at the foreplay stage.
Looking back at Xuan Yang who was wiping off any signs of their shared lover’s release, they made eye contact. The snake smiled, and that was all it took. The little hesitation left in Xuan Jian’s heart was released.
Of course, he was aware their Feng Feng needed to be treasured, but that didn’t mean, Xuan Jian would need to hold himself back. Tonight he, no, they would practice until they were all satisfied. Xuan Yang would match his energy. And they would rope Xu Feng in for as long as he was willing.
Xuan Jian reached out to run his fingers through the dark of his snake. "Tonight will be beautiful."
"Mhmm," Xu Feng who stopped gasping in pleasure at some unknown time, chimed in. "Looking at you two is too beautiful of a sight. One between my legs and the other looking like desire made flesh!"
"Pfft!" "Haah" The laughter and sigh rang out simultaneously. Xuan Jian and Xuan Yang had different responses to their Feng Feng, but there was love in both, undeniable love.
"I’m so lucky to be loved by both of you..."
...
......
...
The soft glow of the morning light filtered through the windows, casting faint golden hues across the room. The remnants of last night’s warmth clung to the air, mingling with the faint scent of sandalwood that lingered in the corners.
Xu Feng lay as still as possible on Xuan Yang’s chest, eyes half-lidded as he listened to the slow and steady rhythm of the man’s heartbeat beneath him. It was comforting—almost hypnotic—but the chill creeping into his limbs made it increasingly difficult to stay still.
He didn’t want to move. Not yet. The night had been long—well, longer for Xuan Jian and Xuan Yang than it had been for him. He owed them this moment of stillness, this quiet morning peace. But early morning cuddles... were hard.
It was now fall, and the air had cooled considerably. Xuan Yang’s body, while pleasantly cool in the summer, now felt too cool against his skin. Xu Feng shivered slightly, hoping it would go unnoticed.
It didn’t.
"Cold?" Xuan Yang’s gruff voice rumbled in his chest, sending a subtle vibration through Xu Feng.
"Mmhmm," Xu Feng murmured sheepishly, not lifting his head. His breath fogged slightly in the cool air, betraying his discomfort.
Without a word, Xu Feng suddenly found himself lifted, and weightlessly transitioned from Xuan Yang’s chest into the waiting arms of Xuan Jian.
Xu Feng barely had time to register the movement before he was tucked firmly against Jian’s chest. The difference was immediate. Xuan Jian radiated a deep, steady warmth—a heat that seeped into Xu Feng’s bones.
"Ah," Xu Feng sighed in relief, unconsciously snuggling closer. His body relaxed completely, surrendering to the comforting heat.
A quiet chuckle vibrated against his ear.
"Hehe," Xu Feng laughed softly to himself, unable to suppress the grin pulling at his lips.
"Hmm?" Xuan Jian’s voice was casual, his large hand moving in slow, gentle circles along Xu Feng’s back.
Xu Feng hummed contentedly, eyes slipping closed. "I’m not on edge here. I should be, but... I feel just right."
Xuan Jian didn’t answer, continuing his slow, steady strokes.
From across the bed, Xuan Yang’s quiet voice drifted over. "Because you’re home. So... we’re also home."
Xu Feng smiled instinctively at those words, a soft warmth blooming in his chest.
But then... the weight of those words settled in.
’You weren’t home before...’
It wasn’t Nanshan Estate that made this place home. It wasn’t the walls, or the rooms, or even the land. It was them. The three of them together—that was what made this home.
The thought sent a deeper, quieter warmth through Xu Feng, mingling with Jian’s physical warmth around him.
They were home.
And that was where he wanted to be.
