The Ger's Contract Marriage [BL]
Chapter 46: Clarity

Chapter 46: Clarity

As the faint light of the early January morning seeped through the window, Xu Feng awoke, his senses slowly stirring to life. Honestly, he had been awake for some time, but he wanted to play dead for as long as was humanly possible.

It had been an adventurous night, one he’d rather not dwell on, but his body’s weariness told its own tale. Surprisingly, the soreness was less intense than he had anticipated and he was filled with energy.

As Xu Feng gazed out of the window, he couldn’t help but notice the delicate snowflakes that danced gracefully from the heavens, marking the arrival of the season’s first snowfall.

The snowflakes were like tiny, pretty dancers, floating gently from the sky. They fell quietly and covered everything with a soft, white blanket, turning the world into a peaceful and quiet place.

The stillness that came with the snow made it feel like nature was taking a calm and cozy nap, and everything outside looked peaceful and beautiful.

In this serene moment, Xu Feng couldn’t help but wonder what the day held in store for him, or what the world had in store for him.

As he continued to lay motionless in bed, Xu Feng heard some barely audible noise from outside. In only a few heartbeats, he was sure the whispers belonged to his two servants, Si and San.

He consciously wiggled his leg to make sure he could move his abused and battered body. Everything moved quite well. Xu Feng even raised an eyebrow when he found himself clean.

There were no unspeakable residues left anywhere on his body.

Taking a quick glance around everything available in his eye line, he found he was still in the bridal chamber.

He wasn’t mistaken. He was in the same bed, and the robes that were stripped off him the night before were now back on him.

One of last night’s star players might have had the conscious to clean him up and not leave him to catch a cold in the winter morning air.

Xu Feng grinned, of the two men, the only one with a conscious was Xuan Jian. But he didn’t want to think about them right now, or anything embarrassing he may or may not have said or done.

There was no proof...

He wouldn’t admit to anything even if there was proof.

While he would like to stay in bed a bit longer, this wasn’t his room. He was still in the bridal chamber beside his normal room. The overload of natural light shining unto the bright red décor, made him cringe and remember things.

*Creak

The newly purchased bed that was sturdy the night before suddenly creaked with only one single ger in it. A tall ger, but he was still pretty thin, for the moment. If he had his way, all he was going to do this winter was eat and sleep...and plot.

"Sigh," the ger couldn’t help it. His—really Lady Xuan’s—money was wasted.

There was an abrupt moment of silence as the two girls outside seemed to be listening to see if their young mistress was awake. Xu Feng wasn’t yet ready to face the day bravely.

He would rather use this moment of clarity to think through a few things that had been on his mind. So, he stayed as still as possible, until the whispers outside the room resumed—low but steady.

Glancing at the table that held candles the night before, all three were burnt out. There was only red wax left to prove there had ever been candles there.

Xu Feng wanted to use this moment well. His brain seemed like a fog was lifted. A fog that had been growing heavier and heavier over his last month and a half in this new world.

Since he’d come to Donghua, and the Xuan estate on Nanshan Mountain, he’d been hornier than when he first entered puberty. During that time, he could go through tissue like it was...a free resource. His mother had always been frustrated when she had to buy tissues several times in one month.

Xu Feng smiled, thinking about his mother in the past tense. His adoptive parents were great people. He wished he could spend more time with them, but at least he had said his goodbyes when he was readying himself for an apocalypse.

For some reason, this fog had cleared up this morning. Xu Feng no longer felt like this was a dream. Everything was real, and clearly happening in real time. The throbbing pain in his asshole was a constant reminder.

Glaring at the candle, Xu Feng wondered if the candle was an aphrodisiac. But he’d been acting next level thirsty since before last night. It may have started around the time he came to this world.

Was it something in the air? Or maybe something in this estate?

No matter what it was, there was something wrong.

He wouldn’t deny that both Xuan Yang and Xuan Jian were attractive. Any version of him would find them attractive, but he had never been the type to be so bold.

He was studious and quiet, that was his thing. Xu Feng looked around the room and felt a sense of identity crisis.

He watched the snowflakes fall to the ground as his thoughts ran wild.

The snowflakes were like tiny, pretty dancers, floating gently from the sky. They fell quietly and covered everything with a soft, white blanket, turning the world into a peaceful and quiet place.

Xu Feng took in a breath, enjoying the chilly air. He reached into the pocket in the sleeve of his red bridal robe and retrieved the seeds in them.

Germinating them and then draining their power, he repeated this process over and over again as he stroked the predecessor’s ring. The energy he felt was pure and calming.

Xu Feng knew something was very wrong with this place and his body, this was definitely an ABO world, and he was acting like an omega in heat last night.

Even the two men showed Alpha-like symptoms. The only thing that didn’t add up was two Alphas being in a relationship. In all the novels he’d read in his free time, AlphaXAlpha pairings weren’t common. Weren’t they supposed to repel each other?

If this was an ABO world, was it because the world wasn’t technologically advanced to know more about Alphas, Betas, and Omegas?

Despite the silly appearance he had the night before...for the last few weeks, Xu Feng was a straight-A student in his other world, and reading was his favorite thing to do. If there was knowledge of what was wrong with him, he would find it.

In the meantime, he would have to be cautious not to miss his weekly appointment with the Xuan young master. He was clearer-headed after the sex. Sore, but clear-headed.

"Post nut clarity..."
