The one who opened the door was a young lad, who cautiously poked his head out for a look. When he laid eyes on Fatty Hao, only then did he fully open the gate.

"It’s an appointment with Doctor Gai," said Hao Jian, somehow producing a fan from nowhere. In the dead of winter, he gave it a symbolic flutter.

About five minutes later, the courtyard door opened again, and it was the same young lad, ushering the group inside.

The backyard of Huichun Hall was spacious, with a portion filled with wooden racks holding burlap sacks stuffed with various herbs.

The lad didn’t lead the group straight ahead, but instead, took them through a Moon Sect gate, past a small garden, and then to several rooms.

"Family Head, your guests are here," the lad respectfully knocked twice at a door and then stepped away.

"Come in." A voice quickly responded from inside the room.

Hao Jian stepped forward to push the door open and gestured for Yang Ruxin and her companions to enter.

Gu Qingheng was the first to go in.

Following him, Yang Ruxin entered the room, which wasn’t very large. There were two more rooms on each side, veiled by curtains, obscuring the view inside. The man inside was a lean old man, sporting a pair of goatee whiskers, two straight eyebrows, and a pair of triangular eyes—all in all, a sleazy look.

"Who’s getting dental work?" Gai Datong glanced over the group. "You know the drill, right?"

"The drill? What drill?" Yang Ruxin looked completely puzzled.

"The drill is the drill," Gai Datong lifted an eyelid. "What kind of replacement are you looking for?"

"Of course, the best," Yang Ruxin chuckled, then pointed at Shadow Seven, "My dear Seventh Brother here isn’t married yet.
