Edgar Harrison slid into his car and looked back at the villa with a feeling of being trapped in a nightmare he couldn’t wake from.

Santino Vasquez arrived soon enough but didn’t go straight there. Instead, he parked his car in the dark shadows at the curb, turned off the engine and the interior lights, sitting quietly in the dark, waiting.

If it hadn’t been for Edgar Harrison’s earlier warning call, Santino Vasquez would have gone directly into the house to wait, but now he harbored suspicions.

Was it really handled?

Or was he being tricked?

If he hadn’t managed it, then he might have fallen into Carson Flores’s hands. He had said he’d confess to save his own life, so it’s always better to be cautious!

Santino Vasquez answered the phone and whispered, "Brother Edgar, have you arrived?"

Edgar Harrison responded, "I’m here, where are you?"

"Inside the house, just bring the people in."

Santino Vasquez immediately hung up and kept a close watch on the distance.

Edgar Harrison looked around and dashed to the gate of the courtyard, pushed open the unlocked door, and charged into the yard.

Seeing this, Santino Vasquez felt a chill in his heart.

He was indeed sold out!

Santino Vasquez silently turned off his phone, reclined his seat flat, and lied down on it, ensuring that even if someone’s car lights swept past the window, they wouldn’t be able to see anyone inside the car.

Edgar Harrison quickly ran out of the house, stood at the entrance, and looked around indignantly. He dialed Santino Vasquez’s number again, only to find that Santino Vasquez’s phone was now off.

Edgar Harrison naturally understood he’d been duped by Santino Vasquez, who must be nearby, but finding him was clearly impossible.

Edgar Harrison called Ibrahim Harrison, "Santino Vasquez is wary, he set up an empty trap for me, catching him is no longer an option!"
