Eastern Victory Province, located in the northeast of the Barbaric Wilderness Realm, is the ancient lair and stronghold of the Demon Race. It was here that, ten thousand years ago, the Demon Race swept across the world and the Demon Emperor established the Demon Nation.

Although Eastern Victory Province and Easty Prefecture are under the dominion of the Demon Race, devoid of any cities inhabited by the Human Race, this does not mean there are no humans present.

The Demon Race, although powerful, relies on humans for many things they cannot do before their Transformation Phase, such as simple construction and manufacturing. Hence, from ancient times, the Demon Race has enslaved humans to work for them, fulfilling a genuine need.

In both Easty Prefecture and Eastern Victory Province, there are many Human slaves, either purchased from places like Central Divine Continent and Eastern Emperor Province or captured in past wars. Over millions of years, their numbers have grown, but they have always remained slaves of the Demon Race, engaged in various menial tasks and serving the Demon Race.

Princeton Pearson is an Elephant Demon. In terms of the power hierarchy within the Demon Race, he naturally does not rank very high, otherwise he wouldn’t need to convince city lords to secretly take over cities. However, he is still a Late Great Demon, which is considered quite powerful among the Demon Race.

The Demon Race takes pride in enslaving the Human Race, so it makes perfect sense for Princeton, a Great Demon, to have a newly acquired Divinity Transformation Stage Human slave serving him.

Throughout the journey, Carson went from initial shock to eventual numbness, and in the midst of these changing feelings, he arrived at the largest city in Eastern Victory Province, also the Imperial City of the Demon Race.

The cities of the Demon Race did not seem much different from Human cities, with densely packed buildings and wide pathways. Many of the Transformation Phase completed Demons, although still retaining some Demon Race features, generally looked not much different from humans.

The Demon Race decree states those who reach the Core Formation Stage and awaken their spiritual wisdom, able to speak human language, qualify to enter Demon cities. Like humans, they own their homes and become town residents. To reside in the Imperial City, however, they must complete their transformation.

Carson looked at the endless stretch of contiguous buildings with amazement.

The Transformation Phase is equivalent to the Nascent Soul Stage of Human Cultivators, meaning the entire Saint Hemming City was inhabited by Demons who had completed their transformation, suggesting that all residents were of the Transformation Phase or above.

"I heard there are Four Saints of the Demon Race, each managing a Sect, and three of them have even entered the ranks of the Nine Honored of the Barbarian Wilderness. Are they all here in this Imperial City?"

Princeton replied, "The Four Saints Sect is not inside the Imperial City. It’s not very far from here, though. They are charged with the important task of teaching the Demon Race. The city is not suitable for the many untransformed Demonic Beasts coming and going daily..."

Carson, curious, asked, "Who are the current Four Saints of the Demon Race, and how powerful are they?"

Princeton answered, "Each Saint comes from a different tribe, and the contemporary Four Saints are the most outstanding and powerful individuals from their respective tribes. As to how powerful they are, I’m not sure, but no one dares to provoke them."

Carson pressed, "Have they transcended the level of Great Demons?"

After thinking for a moment, Princeton said, "In terms of realm, perhaps not, but their Cultivation includes ancient secret methods, making their combat power far surpass the standard of Great Demons. It is said that these secret methods can only be successfully cultivated by very few members of the Four Saints."

Carson nodded, unsurprised yet somewhat impressed.

Although the Cultivation realm above Great Demons or Hollow Void is Tribulation Crossing, since there exist beings like Great Witches and Immortal Slaves, Carson found other peculiar Cultivation Laws not so strange.

"Is the Demon Emperor in the Royal Palace?"

"Yes."

"What about the Demon Ancestor?"

"He’s also there."

"And the Saintess?"

"The Saintess resides in the Maiden’s Residence on East Street, a bit far from the Royal Palace."

Carson breathed a sigh of relief. If Violeta Herrera were residing in the Royal Palace, it would be troublesome. No doubt, the palace would be swarming with experts.
