Chapter 1116: Chapter 1116: Has the Yin Yang Mirror Also Fallen into This World?

At the Summit of White Clouds, a vast palace stood.

A woman, beautiful as a peach blossom yet cold as frost, sat cross-legged quietly in the center of the grand hall. She appeared young, but her hair, draped over her shoulders, was snow-white.

In front of her, countless light rings mirrored the situation of adventurers inside the Ghost Tower.

The woman glanced over and casually pulled two light rings forward.

In the left ring, Carson Flores rode the Snow Dragon Leopard King through the Sealed Canyon, merrily absorbing the extreme chill with the Water-Fire Mirror in his hand.

In the right ring, Bryant James had a hundred-foot-tall Arhat materialize behind him, with seven arms each holding a Magic Artifact, fiercely smashing down on his opponent with unparalleled might.

The white-haired woman’s gaze fell on the Water-Fire Mirror in Carson’s hand, her expression slightly surprised.

"A Yin-Yang Mirror? Has it also fallen to this world?"

The white-haired woman stared as Carson rode the Snow Dragon Leopard King out of the canyon, thought for a moment, and tapped on the left light ring. A Light Gate instantly appeared at the entrance of the canyon.

In the light ring’s image, Carson put away the Snow Dragon Leopard King and the Water-Fire Mirror and then stepped into the Light Gate, entering the fourth challenge.

Ahead of Carson, a Golden Giant Ape at least thirty feet tall charged at him upon his entry, swinging its massive fist towards him.

Mountain-Lifting Ape!

This ape possessed immense strength, adult ones capable of uprooting mountains and carrying them as they walked.

Though this particular Mountain-Lifting Ape wasn’t yet fully grown, its strength was incredibly formidable, already at the rank of a Great Demon, equivalent to the early stages of a Human Cultivator’s Hollow Void.

Carson didn’t draw his sword or use any magical treasures, instead meeting the Mountain-Lifting Ape’s huge fist with a punch of his own.

The Mountain-Lifting Ape’s clenched fist was about half the size of Carson; his punch gave off the sensation of a mosquito colliding with a cannon, an ant striking an elephant.

"Bang!"

A dull sound echoed, and the ground instantly shattered, both man and ape stumbling backward.

The Mountain-Lifting Ape took three steps back, but Carson only one.

Seemingly enraged, the ape roared and charged at Carson again.

Carson didn’t back down, launching another punch with the attitude of a bird striking a stone.

Suddenly, a bloody hole appeared on the Mountain-Lifting Ape’s enormous fist, the tremendous force pushing it backward step by step, each step denting the ground with a large crater.

Carson soared into the sky, his figure swift like lightning, directly reaching the side of the Mountain-Lifting Ape’s head, delivering an extremely sharp kick.

That single kick, simple and plain, erupted with a sonic boom-like sound.

"Boom!"

The ape’s head grotesquely twisted to one side, and then its entire body uncontrollably followed, crashing down with a loud thump.

Carson leaped into the sky, then plummeted like a meteor, stepping heavily on the dazed ape’s head.

"Bang!"

The Mountain-Lifting Ape’s skull burst open, its entire body crumbled following suit, dissolving into specks of light shooting off into the distance.

Carson landed, dusted off his hands, looked relaxed.

It was indeed effortless.

Inside the palace, the woman glanced at Carson, then at Bryant James, who was still embroiled in a frenetic barrage of destructive attacks, and then thoughtfully tapped on the light screen.

A Light Gate appeared before Carson, who stepped through without hesitation.

The fifth challenge.

On the other side, a frail-looking man appeared. Carson had barely caught sight of him when, in a flash, he vanished.

"Damn, that’s fast!"

Just as Carson inwardly exclaimed, a sharp gust came from behind, the fierce Sword Qi making his skin sting as though it had already pierced through his body.

With a thought, Carson activated the Magic Artifact hanging around his neck. Light flickered, and a Barrier instantly enveloped him, with the radiant light forming a massive, imposing Tortoise.

The fierce Sword Qi from behind struck the Tortoise Barrier, which remained as immovable and stable as Mount Tai, not trembling in the slightest.

The man altered his position, launching an even more intense attack.

One strike...

Two strikes...

Three strikes...

The Tortoise Barrier stayed perfectly unmoved, solid as Mount Tai.

Carson, releasing his Spiritual Energy to sustain the operation of the Barrier, was inwardly astounded.

Indeed, it was worthy of being known as the Cave Heaven’s Treasure of White Stone Mountain Cave Heaven!

With just a small amount of Spiritual Energy, it could activate the Tortoise Pendant, unleashing an incredibly powerful Barrier.

This Barrier, perhaps not even the Later Stages of Hollow Void could break through!

Impressive!

Merely enduring wouldn’t lead to victory.

Carson observed quietly, watching the ghostly man’s pattern and characteristics of his attacks.

After a while, the man’s ferocious assault slowed down—a full-speed bodily movement and intense Assassination Attack consumes a significant amount of Spiritual Energy.

Just as he slowed down momentarily, Carson suddenly moved.
