Old Lady Sun, as aggressive as she was, had never seen anything like this before, a delicate young girl taking up a knife at the slightest disagreement.

As he was about to reach his house, he saw a young woman screaming about murder, running out from his family’s courtyard.

Lady Jiang was speechless, she stepped forward and explained the whole sequence of events.

Wang Yonggui’s face immediately changed, and he forced out a smile, even going over to help Old Lady Sun up: "Oh dear, my dear in-law, I’m so sorry, I didn’t recognize you just now, I thought you were that blind hag trying to bully my sister! In my haste, I accidentally hurt you instead."
