At that moment, Lady Sun knew that when under someone else’s roof, one must bow their head, and even her protector, Wang Yongfu, had been tied to a tree, so what could she, a weak woman, do? It was better to set aside her pride for now.

Why am I not even given food upon my return?"

Apart from Wang Yongfu, who glanced at him, the rest kept their heads down eating, pretending they hadn’t heard.
