“The stake is our current joint project. Whoever wins gets an extra 10% on their share of the profits.”

Xia Qingtian was meanwhile having a private chat with Chen Momo.

“So, did you find anything?” Xia Qingtian was almost choking with anxiety.

She desperately wanted the answer!

But at the same time, she was scared to know the truth!

She knew from overhearing Bo Jingyan’s phone conversation with Shen Yaxuan that they would be spending the entire weekend at the resort promoting their project, which gave her some more time.

What followed was the two men fishing while the women watched on the sidelines.

“Shen Yaxuan, I’ve found you an apprentice, you can teach her.” Bo Jingyan glanced towards Shen Yaxuan.

Chen Momo was stunned, “Mr. Bo, I thought you were going to teach me?”

“I am not interested in teaching others!” Bo Jingyan explained expressionlessly.

An unwilling spark flickered in Chen Momo’s eyes.

However, after hearing Bo Jingyan’s reaction, she had no choice but to let it go.

Reluctantly, she moved to Shen Yaxuan’s side.

“Mr. Shen, I’ll be relying on you.”

Shen Yaxuan noticed her reluctance but chose not to mind it, briefly explaining to her how to fish. He then handed over a fishing rod and let her fish.

Although she was sitting next to Shen Yaxuan, all of Chen Momo’s attention was on Bo Jingyan.

Bo Jingyan did not notice her small movements.

He passed her a fishing rod, “Then, I’ll teach you how to fish!”
