"Jaysen, when...when did you become so lewd?"

As she spoke, Sienna pushed him away and turned her head before saying, "Let’s go!"

Lewd?

Jaysen looked at her amused, the word was quite fitting to describe him now. In the past, women were unimportant to him, especially when it came to casual hookups. But ever since Sienna entered his villa, he had been led step by step to the edge of lust by this woman, and there was no turning back.

"Alright, let’s drive!"

He gently stepped on the accelerator as they headed back. Jaysen drove slowly, and given the minor accident earlier, he was more cautious than before. However, he didn’t expect another mishap to occur.

Sienna’s face turned pale in an instant, but she didn’t utter a word. Jaysen was already calm, and all she could do now was to maintain her composure. The car’s uncontrollable behavior was getting worse, and when they looked up, they saw a cliff in the distance.

"Jaysen, if we can’t do anything about it, we should jump out of the car!"

The car’s speed was out of control, and the brakes were useless. The only thing Jaysen could do was try to drive the car towards uneven terrain. This way, the bumpy road could help reduce the speed through resistance.

If it weren’t for the baby in her womb, Sienna probably wouldn’t be so scared.

"Wait, I’ll find the safest spot to jump, and you jump first after opening the passenger door!"

As they drove on the bumpy mountain road, the car’s speed had slowed down somewhat, but it was still dangerously fast, especially for a pregnant woman.

Jaysen was terrified, his forehead covered in cold sweat. He blamed himself for being careless and not realizing that someone had tampered with their car. Damn it, he was too obsessed with kissing her!

"Madeline, do you see that sand dune in the distance?"

As he spoke, Jaysen pointed to a tall sand dune near the cliff in the distance, surrounded by messy bushes. "Open the car door, sit and get ready. The car should pass by that area, and once it does, jump onto the sand dune. You should be safe!"

Jaysen was overjoyed to discover this fact, as it was undoubtedly a lifesaving straw.

"Once I jump out, what about you? There’s a cliff ahead!"

Sienna glanced at the sand dune he pointed to, quickly understanding his intentions, but she stared at him intently, "If we’re going to jump, let’s jump together. Otherwise, I won’t jump!"

In order to control the car and avoid crashing, Jaysen had to remain inside while they drove towards the sand dune. There were only a few hundred meters between the dune and the cliff, and they would be over the sand dune within seconds at their current speed, plunging off the cliff with the car.

She didn’t know who wanted them dead, but it didn’t matter now. Sienna didn’t have the time or energy to worry about that problem.

"Honey, jump out first, and trust me to be fine!"

While still trying to control the almost loose steering wheel, Jaysen gently consoled Sienna. "I promise you!"

"What do you have to guarantee?"

Madeline wasn’t a fool, even a god couldn’t ensure her safety while jumping out of the car at this speed, not to mention the distance between the sand dune and the cliff. "Jaysen, don’t lie to me. I’m not an idiot. Get the car away from that direction. I won’t jump out, and you should change course, away from the cliff!"

Still unsatisfied, Sienna continued speaking, "Drive in another direction, since there are sand dunes nearby. There must be other sand dunes, too. Listen to me, don’t head that way. I beg you!"

In the end, Sienna nearly burst into tears. That was a cliff!

"Madeline, there’s no other way. The brakes and the steering wheel have completely failed, and I can’t control the car anymore. The only thing we can do now is jump out when the time is right!"

As he spoke, Jaysen reached out to touch her head lovingly. "I’ll try my best to live. If something really happens, remember to be strong..."

"No, I don’t want to be strong!"

Before Jaysen could finish, Sienna ruthlessly interrupted him, not giving him a chance to continue. "Who told you to make me a woman who can’t be strong and can only rely on you? Ever since I met you, I haven’t been strong. So, don’t even think about leaving me behind!"

Jaysen paused at her words but quickly continued, "I’m just letting you jump first, and I’ll follow. We might even jump together, honey. We’ll both be okay!"
