Every time he thought of the moment Ivy Aretha had almost bitten her own tongue off in front of him, and the sharp knife plunged deep into her bloodstained chest, fear would spread through his body. He had constantly reminded himself, this woman loved him deeply, to the extent of risking her life for him.

Her mother might owe the Gordon family, but he owed her!

Calvin Gordon sighed. He had been so sure about everything, but ironically, it ended up being a wild goose chase. His feelings were complicated.

"There has never been any obstacle between us. The woman that Michael Gordon fell in love with, no matter who she has a grudge with, I don’t care!"

He never could have imagined that the woman who looked so much like Luna Cooper was not her biological daughter, but rather, the little princess abducted from the Orchid Kingdom. Before Calvin Gordon had made any move against Ivy, he had investigated thoroughly and confirmed she was the daughter of David Aretha and Luna Cooper. Hence he had the intention to kill. Michael didn’t even clear about what he was feeling at the moment.

Lastly, Calvin added, "Also, about Alya, I can understand you expelling her from Allure International as she’s not from the Gordon family, but Skyler is your brother. Don’t go too far. "Madeline, you’re not pregnant, are you? Are you planning to give birth abroad before you come back?"

"How do you know he loves me? Who told you that he loves me? Does he really love me? How come I don’t know it!"

On the other side of the phone, Sienna was so excited when she heard this that she almost screamed three times. It took Ivy three seconds to realize that this naive girl was delighted.

"Madeline, don’t tell me that you still don’t know he has feelings for you, do you?"

Ivy had a foreboding feeling. That reticent man, Jaysen, I bet he hasn’t confessed his feelings to Sienna properly. Otherwise, she wouldn’t have reacted so strongly to her words. "I’m about to be driven to my wit’s end by the two of you. It seems like without me stepping in to help, you’re planning to let things drag on forever!"

She really didn’t understand. They had loved each other for such a long time and had already slept together. Why couldn’t he even say ’I love you’?
